How You Can Use Your Kitchen to Develop an All Natural Skin Care Regimen.

Today when we want to try out a skin care product, we
immediately think of ‘which one will I buy’. It wasn’t that long
ago when the only option available was to make your own skin
care treatments. Of course there are many excellent commercial
skin care products who have thousands of adoring customers. If
you wanted something different, something more holistic or even
organic, there are companies who produce these items as well.
What if you wanted to go an even more all natural route and
create your own skin care regimen at home?

Well, obviously, to do that you would need to manufacture all
the skin care products yourself. A typical skin care regimen
consists of first exfoliating your skin, followed by a nice
cleanser. Next, applying a toner helps really condition and
clean the skin. Lastly, a good moisturizer helps leave the skin
smooth and silky. So, knowing that, all one needs to do is find
recipes for each of these steps in the process. Note: If you
prefer an organic option, make sure all the produce in the
following recipes is organic.

Home Made Lemon Exfoliator: Take one lemon and cut in
half and juice it. Save the lemon halves to rub on your elbows,
knees and bottoms of your heels (anywhere you have thick skin).
Combine the lemon juice with 1/2 to 2/3 cups of granulated
sugar. Take this mixture and rub it all over your body while
standing in the tub or shower. Once you have completely rubbed
the paste all over your skin (take care on your face and avoid
using it near your eyes), rinse your body.

Home Made Facial Cleanser: Take 1 cup of roll oats or
oatmeal and add it to a blender. Process it for a few seconds to
soften the flakes. Do not process it to a powder. In a bowl, add
the processed oats and 1 tablespoon of granulated salt or sugar.
To this mixture, add 1/4 cup of farina. To use it, splash your
face with lukewarm water. With your wet fingers, take the
mixture from the bowl and rub it on your skin. Take care not to
stretch the skin and remember to be gentle. Rinse with splashes
of lukewarm water. Do not use every day.

Home Made Apple Toner: This is a very simple toner
recipe. Take 1 apple. You may want to experiment with different
varieties till you find the one that suits you best. Start with
perhaps a green apple, like a Granny Smith. Remove the core and
skin of the apple. Place the apple, chopped into quarters, into
a blender with 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey. Puree the mixture.
Gently spread the mixture all over your face and let it rest for
12 to 15 mins. Rinse it off with lukewarm water and gently pat
your skin dry.

Home Made Moisturizing Cream: Take a ripe avocado and
slice it in two lengthwise. Remove the pit and discard. Take
only half the avocado and place in a glass bowl. To that, add 1
to 1.5 tablespoons of wheat germ oil. Mix this well. Apply it to
your skin and let it set for 15 to 20 mins. Rinse it off with
lukewarm water.

Forget the pharmacy, you can make your own skin care regimen
with house hold items you may already have in your kitchen. If
you have problems with your skin such as sensitivity or allergic
reactions, make sure to test the recipes using a small area
first before applying to the rest of your skin. If you truly
have a serious skin condition you may need to consult with your
local or online dermatologist for advice and treatment.

How To Get A Perfect Hair Cut

The right hair cut can mean the difference between hours spent
coercing every strand of your wayward hair into place or a style
that falls perfectly into place with little prompting on your
part. That is why it is so important to make sure that you have
the perfect hair cut for your type and texture of hair.

For most people, finding the right hair cut is not possible by
simply looking through a few hair cutting books and picking out
their favorite styles. The truth is that hair cuts featured in
the top style magazines and style books have been chosen
specifically for each model that sports them. Each hair cut and
style has been formulated to compliment the model’s bone
structure, coloring and hair texture. That is why they look so
great.

It would be foolish to think that a straight, textured cut
would be possible to achieve on a client with naturally curly
hair. And trying to put excessive layering on a client with thin
and limp hair would result in a disastrous hair cutting
experience. So, what can you do to make sure that you always get
a great hair cut?

The first step to great hair cuts is finding the right stylist.
Once you find a stylist with a proven record and one with whom
you are comfortable, take some time to talk about what you want
out of your hair cut. Ask for cuts and styles that will
compliment and work with your texture of hair, not go against
it. For example: If your hair is wavy, you can not expect to
achieve a sleek straight style in minutes. Nor can you expect to
achieve a bouffant style on fine, limp hair in a matter of
minutes.

Pay attention to how your stylist communicates with you. A good
stylist will be honest with you and tell you if a cut that you
really want is a bad idea. On the other hand, the same stylist
can use their unique hair cutting skills to adapt popular styles
to suit your individual hair characteristics and craft your
locks into the best hair cut you’ve ever had.

Along with your stylist, browse through hair cutting and style
books and discuss different hair cuts that caught your eye. Try
to look for models with hair similar to yours. It is also very
important to pay attention to face shape. So, choose models with
bone structures similar to yours also.

What to do when a good hair cut goes bad

Sometimes, even people who have done all of their homework get
bad hair cuts. Maybe they’ve chosen a stylist with an approach
to hair cutting that is not ideal for their hair type. Or maybe
they’ve insisted on a hair cut that does nothing to flatter
their features. Or worse yet, maybe they’ve gotten a botched
hair cut from an inexperienced stylist. No matter what the
reason a bad hair cut is not the end of the world. There are
things that you can do to make the recovery from a bad hair cut
less painful.

While it may seem strange, the first thing you need to do after
receiving a bad hair cut is to go and get another one. Find a
stylist who can smooth out the rough edges and carve your locks
into a style that is more suited to you and more suited to the
growing-out phase.

Do not stop at additional hair cutting, ask your stylist to help
you find the right products to keep your tresses under control
while they are recovering. Yes, it is frustrating, but in a few
weeks you probably will not mind your new hair cut. You may even
grow to like it.

Hair Removal: Hair Removal for Men

The New Man and His Unwanted Hair

Believe it or not, you could soon be trotting along for a bikini wax with your girlfriend. Well, maybe not the full Brazilian. But if the word in the tanning salon is to be believed, hair removal for men is well and truly on the rise.

It’s not just swimmers, bodybuilders and male strippers in those gross animal print thongs who are saying goodbye to their unwanted hair - men of all ages and backgrounds are doing away with their fuzz. And why not? It’s more hygienic, it leaves your skin silky smooth, and with so many procedures and professionals waiting to oblige, it seems unfair to let the girls keep all these hair removal secrets to themselves.

Some clinics say that at least 50% of their laser hair removal clients are men. Most want the hair gone from their chests, backs and legs. Some want the necessity of shaving their faces in the morning (and sometimes the afternoon as well) to be a thing of the past. With increasing pressures on time, many new products are marketed to exactly that.

The nose, ears and between the eyebrows can also be problem spots for guys. While the perfect arch may not on top of many men’s to-do list, stars like David Beckham and Johnny Depp, with their suspiciously slaved-over looking brows (not a mono- or uni-brow in sight) certainly add to the pressure men already feel to look the part.

Men are also targeting the back of the neck, their pubic area, toes and knuckles. They’re not necessarily going for full-on treatments like laser, electrolysis or even waxing (men’s pain thresholds aren’t what they’re cracked up to be!) but they are looking into alternatives to shaving. Shaving can cause razor burn which is very irritating, and it’s hardly a long-term solution anyway. Plus, there are some areas which simply need closer attention. While men are finding their feminine sides, and still on the look out for practicality and cost-effectiveness, it’s no wonder the tides are turning.

For some men though, evolution will always win out. Why bother to wax your legs or your eyebrows, when your kids and grandkids will probably look back and wonder what the hell you were doing. Well, don’t speak to fast. Repeated waxing or laser treatment can weaken a follicle so much that it grows back very finely, if at all. Give this kind of treatment a few years, and the next generation may not have the problem to begin with. So think of your poor unborn son and his dad’s uni-brow while you consider whether or not to start waxing. You’re riding an evolutionary wave as we speak!

If you’re a guy and it’s all sounding a bit too girly for your taste, fair enough. You’re entitled to your hair (and you’re lack of sexy smoothness!). But if hair removal could be the new you, get yourself on Ebay and start tracking down some decent tweezers, check out your local electrologist and raid your girlfriends waxing supplies (she’ll thank you in the end, I promise).

Sex & Passion is one of the most integral parts of our lives. It has been inevitable since the day Adam set his eyes on an apple and savored it. Thanks to Adam, since that day men have never been able to take rest and are continuously deployed to achieve a better performance in order to satiate both his as well his partner’s urge to sex.

There have been a lot of factors that are a cause of being a barrier to our sex lives like age, hormonal imbalances, society, illness, money and many other things, but none of those have been powerful enough to sustain the Sex flow. There have been many alternatives like herbs, meditation, yoga, drugs but none of them have that extra thing to help men from his impotency or in medical terms-erectile dysfunction. The search of that extra has led to the discovery of wonder drugs like Cialis & Viagra.

Defining Erectile dysfunction- Popularly known as Impotence, ED refers to the inability of a man to sustain an erection for a sufficient period of time needed to attain a sexual satisfaction. There are a good number of reasons that causes ED like many psychological factors, hormonal factors, arterial or muscular factors. The diseases associated with it are Diabetes Mellitus, Major Depression, etc.

Cialis- An Ultimate Treatment for Impotence

Cialis is a PDE-5 inhibitor recommended by FDA for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. It is only to be used by people suffering from impotence and that to after taking proper consent from health care professionals.

Cialis has a life period of around 36 hours in comparison to that of Viagra, which is around 4 hours that means that a person can take the drug and can expect to have erection at a time much later than the time of administration.

Headache, nasal congestion, stuffiness, and fall in blood pressure are some common side effects in patients taking such kind of sex pills. Some patients even complain of loose motions.

Cialis is strictly restricted for women and children. Adolescents who are not suffering from erectile dysfunction should not go for Cialis as it can lead to dangerous adverse effects.

Techniques For Women Who Deal With Depression

Some women have a difficult time in managing their depression.
Sometimes, their depression and fears can be very difficult to
manage and overcome. As a result, here is a short list of
techniques that a women can use to help manage their depression.

Some people get depressed and have a difficult time getting out
of bed in the mornings. When this happens, a person should take
a deep breathe and try to find something to do to get their mind
off of the problem. A person could take a walk, listen to some
music, read the newspaper or do an activity that will give them
a fresh perspective on things. Doing something will get your
mind off of the problem and give you confidence to do other
things.

Challenge your negative thinking with positive statements and
realistic thinking. When encountering thoughts that make your
fearful or depressed, challenge those thoughts by asking
yourself questions that will maintain objectivity and common
sense. For example, your afraid that if you do not get that job
promotion then you will be stuck at your job forever. This
depresses you, however your thinking in this situation is
unrealistic. The fact of the matter is that there all are kinds
of jobs available and just because you don’t get this job
promotion doesn’t mean that you will never get one. In addition,
people change jobs all the time, and you always have that option
of going elsewhere if you are unhappy at your present location.

Sometimes, we can get depressed over a task that we will have to
perform in the near future. When this happens, visualize
yourself doing the task in your mind. For instance, you and your
team have to play in the championship volleyball game in front
of a large group of people in the next few days. Before the big
day comes, imagine yourself playing the game in your mind.
Imagine that your playing in front of a large audience. By
playing the game in your mind, you will be better prepared to
perform for real when the time comes. Self Visualization is a
great way to reduce the fear and stress of a coming situation.

Another technique that is very helpful is to have a small
notebook of positive statements that make us feel good. Whenever
you come across an affirmation that makes you feel good, write
it down in a small notebook that you can carry around with you
in your pocket. Whenever you feel depressed, open up your small
notebook and read those statements.

As a Layman and author of an anxiety book, I have done many
interviews with various counselors in how to manage fear,
anxiety and depression. The techniques that I have just covered
are some basic ways to manage your depression, however your best
bet is to get some help from a professional.

Choosing A Perfume

The choice of fragrances and scents seems to grow wider every
day, as manufacturers fight for our attention and try ever
harder to distinguish their offerings from the competition. With
such a selection to choose from, how does one even begin to know
where to start when it comes to buying perfume?

Broadly speaking, all perfumes fall into one of six different
categories based on their dominant top notes. Different
categories will suit different people or occasions.

Earthy or woody type perfumes evoke smells of the forest, and
are usually very refreshing. They often tend to appeal to the
older generation, and may make ideal gifts.

Oriental fragrances use strong spicy scents, and are ideal for
special social occasions, but be cautious giving them to anyone
you don’t know well - these intense perfumes can be a very
personal choice.

The so-called “greens” are much lighter than the orientals, and
are well suited to more casual wear. Because they make a less
dramatic assault on the nose, they are also safer to give as
gifts!

Modern “oceanic” fragrances are becoming more and more popular,
particularly among younger people who appreciate the intense but
often quite unusual scents, which instantly bring to mind
seaside scenes. Naturally these are an excellent choice in the
warmer months when thoughts turn to holidays.

Spicy fruity perfumes are also a good warm-weather choice, and
can be a good all-round choice for the woman who wants to wear
something with some traditional base-notes but is a little
different to the classic floral scents.

Finally, those classic floral fragrances are suitable for almost
everyone and any occasion. But be wary of cheaper brands; this
most feminine of all the main groups works best when the
ingredients used are of high quality, and that means less
expensive brands can smell exactly that.

Ultimately, choosing a fragrance is a very personal choice, and
many women prefer to stick with what they know and buy the same
thing year after year. But by trying different fragrances from
the same group as your favourite smell, you may just discover a
new gem.

Hestia the Goddess Of Hospitiality

Hestia, in the high dwellings of all, both deathless gods and
men who walk on earth, you have gained an everlasting abode and
highest honor: glorious is your portion and your right. For
without you mortals hold no banquet, - where one does not duly
pour sweet wine in offering to Hestia both first and last.
~Homeric Hymn to Hestia~

Hestia was the first and last born to Cronos. She was the first
child born to Cronos and Rhea. Because of a prophesy that one of
his children would grow up to usurp his throne Crono swallowed
her and her and the brother and sisters that were born after
her. Later during the birth of Zues Rhea was grieving for her
children so she tricked Cronos into swallowing a rock that he
thought was an infant. He regurgitated all the infants and
Hestia first swallowed last regurgitated so it is said she is
the first and last born. Hestia, was a virgin Goddess, she swore
a oath that she would never marry. But unlike some of the other
virgin goddesses she did not have wild adventures. She loved the
home and the hearth. Hestia was the hearth keeper. Her job was
to literally keep the home fires burning. This task or ritual
symbolised the nurturing and continuity of a spiritual force
within the home.

The Olympic Torch is just one example of the living flame that
has survived to modern times, though it is seldom recalled that
it originally honored the Greek goddess Hestia. Hestia,
symbolizes the living flame of life. Her sacred flame was never
allowed to go out as that would invite coldness and bareness
into the home. When a new home was built flames from the town
fire were carried to the new home to assure prosperity of that
home. Pray to Hestia for the warmth and comfort of the living
fire within.. Just as the hearth and the fire soothes and warms
us so you can call on Hestia to accept your life and love
yourself. She will give you inner peace. Hestia can help you by
allowing your to be complete within yourself as she is. When you
are doing mundane tasks center on the task and call on Hestia.
She is one who can bring holiness to the simplist of tasks. Call
her name.

Female Aphrodisiacs

Female Aphrodisiacs and Why They Bring Women More Intense Sexual Pleasure

Low sex drive, or libido, is a common problem facing millions of women today. While it can be fairly common in older men, it is more prevalent in women at a much younger age, whom by all rights, should have a healthy sexual appetite.

The expanding occurrence of low female libido is slowly being answered by the sexual enhancement industry with newer and better female aphrodisiacs that not only revive your libido, but also enhance your overall sexual experience from beginning to end and help to dramatically intensify the female orgasm.

These natural aphrodisiacs come in several forms including oral supplements and external oils containing stimulants that increase circulation and blood flow for more sensitivity and more intense and gratifying interludes.

I personally prefer externally applied libido enhancers, since oral supplements can take an hour to several hours to take effect in the female body, and this definitely tends to take the spontaneity factor out of the sex act.

The external oils, gels and creams also work almost instantly and prepare a woman for sexual activity immediately. Most of the common ingredients used in sexual pleasure enhancement oils help to further swell the delicate tissue and make it more highly sensitized. These ingredients make include L Argynine, which is a precursor to the chemical reaction that helps produce the female orgasm, menthol, and various other amino acids.

Too many women suffer lowered sex drive today - largely due to the high stress levels of today’s society, and increasing burdens on women in general. It’s time for us women to take more control over our sexual satisfaction. After all, what better tension reliever can you think of?

For more information on an excellent female aphrodisiac as mentioned in this article, you can visit Natural Female Aphrodisiacs for More Intense Pleasure

Premature Ejaculation

Definition of Premature Ejaculation:

Most men have experienced the problem of premature ejaculation at some time in their life. Premature ejaculation is one of the most common sexual problems. Premature ejaculation is explained as a condition where in a person is unable to delay ejaculation to a point when it is mutually desirable for both the partners. That means ejaculation occurs before a man wants it to happen. Some men ejaculate during foreplay while some do so at the very entry itself.

But few men feel that 5 or 10 minutes time to have orgasm is not enough and they feel that this is also premature ejaculation. This suggests premature ejaculation is most likely psychological in origin than physiological. The exact cause of premature ejaculation is still unknown.

Ayurveda has said Kshiprumunchati Shukram……. this means the person will have Premature ejaculation when vata in his body aggravates and leads to a very quick ejaculation of shukra (semen).

The probable causes for premature ejaculation:

• Anxiety during the first experience of sex. Some men will develop
a longer-term anxiety toward sex, which can cause a prolonged experience
with premature ejaculation.

• A long period of abstinence from sex.

• Younger men tend to ejaculate more quickly than older men, as
experience seems to be associated with ejaculatory control.

• Depression or anxiety about poor sexual performance

• Anxiety due to anticipation of Rejection by partner.

• Anticipation of failure to satisfy his partner

• Anticipation of pain

• Adverse experiences with sex in childhood

• Religious beliefs

• Financial burdens

• Job stress

• Relationship problems

• Side effects of some prescription drugs

Apart from psychological causes some physiological causes like inflammation of prostate gland or spinal chord problems may cause premature ejaculation.

According to ayurveda when vayu gets vitiated it causes premature ejaculation. The following causes vitiates vata

• Consuming stale, spicy, cold and junk food (Men who are away from
home on business mostly consume this sort of food )

• staying up for long hours at night .

• long gap between meals

• Controlling natural urges (this happens during long corporate
meetings)

• Physical and mental exertion.

• Under nourishment due to worries and grief

• Sitting for long hours in uncomfortable chairs.

• Traveling at high speeds.

Prevention:

• Seek psychotherapy to maintain a healthy attitude towards sex.

• Do not blame yourself for premature ejaculation. Anybody can
experience premature ejaculation.

• Speak openly with your partners to avoid misunderstanding and
miscommunication.

• Use some relaxation techniques to reduce stress.

• Have full knowledge about sex

• Try to minimize the above said causative factors.

Simple Remedies

Many techniques are used to control premature ejaculation. “The squeeze technique” is popular and effective amongst all. Squeeze technique is a behavioral therapy. If a man senses that he is about to experience premature ejaculation, he interrupts sexual relations. Then the man or his partner squeezes the shaft of his penis between a thumb and two fingers applying gentle pressure just below the head of the penis for 20 seconds. And then sexual relations can be resumed. The technique can be repeated as often as necessary. When this technique is successful, it enables the man to learn to delay ejaculation with the squeeze, and eventually, to gain control over ejaculation without the squeeze.

The Masters & Johnson method:

• The best way to combat premature ejaculation is by learning to
control the sensations prior to orgasm. This method takes time and
practice, but it is very effective.

• First you need to bring yourself close to orgasm (this can be
done via masturbation, without the involvement of your partner) and then
stop and relax before recommencing. Each time you need to bring yourself
closer to orgasm until finally you cannot control it. If you do this
often enough, you will learn where your point of climax is. This is
helpful when interacting with your partner.

• You will need to practice reaching your climax point with your
partner by engaging in non-penetrative sex so that when you feel it is
near, you signal them to stop and you allow your erection to subside.
This also needs to be repeated so that you and your partner are familiar
with the procedure.

• Once you feel you are ready for intercourse, it is best to start
by lying on your back so that you can guide your partner during
penetration. When you are near orgasm, give your partner a signal to stop
and you should relax and start again. Once you get the hang of it (it may
take several weeks or months), premature ejaculation shouldn’t be too
much of a problem.

• A variant of this method involves the partner squeezing the tip
of the penis just before orgasm (”squeeze technique”). This pushes blood
out of the penis and reduces the erection.

Penis Enlargement Pills

Penis enlargement pills are pills, which enlarge penis size safe and permanent. There are so many penis enlargement pills in the market. But all of them are not safe for penis health. If you want to take penis pills for enlarge penis size then be sure that which pills you take that should be approved by FDA conditions and uses only approved natural ingredients.

How Penis Enlargement Pills Work: The penis is made up of three chambers, two large ones on top, which is your erectile tissue ( Corpora Cavernosa ) and one smaller chamber on the bottom from which is used to urinate and ejaculate (Corpus Spongisum).
When you are sexually aroused your brain releases a hormone causing blood to go to the penis and fill the erectile tissue and fill your erectile tissue (corpora Cavernosa).
The cells from the corpora cavernosa are filled with blood until the full erection is achieved. The Corpora Cavernosa are the two bodies of erectile tissue on each side of the penis.

Now here is question is that how penis pills enlarge from a pills ?

Penis enlargement pills internally stimulate development of the erectile chambers allowing for more blood to be held, thus giving a longer and thicker erection.
