7 Ways to Drive More Targeted Traffic to Your Website

Unfortunately, when it comes to your website, the “if you build
it, they will come” strategy just doesn’t work. Fortunately,
there are several ways to drive high-quality traffic to your
website for little to no cost. The following 7 strategies will
show you how:

1. Optimize your site for the search engines.

You’d have to be a fulltime search engine optimization expert to
keep up with all the changes the major search engines make, but
there are a few basic things you can do to help your site come
up for relevant searches. Here are some to get you started:

a. Define your keywords - this is how people will find your
business online. The trick is to find keywords that are highly
relevant to what you offer and popular enough that they will
attract decent traffic to your site, but not so competitive that
you can’t rank well using them. Use your keywords in your web
page copy.

b. Create your metatags - this is how the search engines “read”
your site. Put your keywords in your metatags on each page of
your website.

c. Don’t use lots of graphics or Flash, frames, or “alt” tags in
HTML for pictures - search engines don’t like them because it
makes it hard for them to “read” your site.

d. Submit your site to the search engines (see #2).

e. Get links to your site - create a page in your website and
call it either resources or links and add GOOD links, meaning
relevant links. Linking is the second biggest indicator of how
your site is ranked.

2. Submit your site to the search engines.

Why wait for the search engines’ robots or spiders to find you?
Submit your website (it’s best if you submit every page
individually) to at least these three major search engines
manually. It’s easy and only takes a minute.

Submit your web pages to:

Yahoo at http://search.yahoo.com/info/submit.html Google at
http://www.google.com/addurl/?continue=/addurl DMoz at
http://www.dmoz.com/add.html

3. Use pay-per-click advertising.

Google Adwords or Yahoo Overture both offer pay-per-click
advertising options. You can create a ppc campaign for a very
small investment, and because you have complete control over
your budget, you can set it for whatever amount you feel
comfortable with. It’s very difficult to get to the top of the
“organic” search results (on the left side of the search results
page) but can be very easy to get on the first page of results
with a PPC, bringing targeted traffic to you. The best part is
you only pay when someone clicks your ad that takes them to your
website.

I’ve been told that Overture is actually easier to learn for a
beginner, but I personally use Adwords. I spend less than $50 a
month on my Google campaigns at the moment and it consistently
brings visitors to my website who are interested in what I have
to offer.

4. Place or swap ads with other ezines in your niche.

Seek out other ezines in your niche whose publishers might be
interested in swapping ads. They can either be formals ads, or
just a recommendation within the content of the ezine itself.
I’ve used this strategy myself, with the result being lots of
new visitors to my website and new subscribers to my ezine.

In addition to or instead of swapping ads, you could also
purchase ad space in an ezine in your niche that has a large
circulation. If you pay to place an ad, I usually suggest
running it for a minimum of three consecutive issues for the
best results.

5. Be a bonus participant.

You’re probably aware of the tactic of adding valuable bonuses
to your offerings to encourage people to buy. As a
traffic-building technique, you could do the same for someone
else’s product offering. For example, when Andrea Lee released
her second edition of “Multiple Streams of Coaching Income”
print book, one of my audio products was offered as a bonus to
those who bought the book. I received loads of new visitors to
my website and had a nice spike in ezine subscribers as well as
a result.

6. Become an “ask the expert” on a high-traffic website in your
niche.

Seek out websites that are information portals for your niche,
and see if they offer an “ask the expert” section (and if they
don’t, you could always suggest they do). Offer your services as
an expert, to answer questions from their visitors about the
challenges they face.

For example, I’m the online marketing expert at
www.womans-net.com, and I get targeted traffic from people
visiting that site.

7. Be an active participant on a large discussion list in your
niche.

Research and join a handful of discussion lists in your niche,
and schedule time every week to check in and see if you can
offer any valuable advice to the conversation. Be careful to
follow the list rules about promoting your website, though. Most
lists are intended to be a place where people can ask for help
without worrying about being sold to. However, most lists also
allow you a couple of lines in your email signature where you
can promote your business. Use this space to point people in the
direction of your website.

These 7 ways of attracting targeted traffic to your website are
tried-and true, meaning they do work. You may have to do a bit
of thirsty work, and give it some time, but the end result will
be more high-quality traffic to your online business.

Army Loans - Get an Army Loan Today

Filed under:Web Of Loans — posted on @ 9:08 pm

Army Loans can be a great benefit for current and former members of the US Army. However, the amount of misinformation and ignorance about these wonderful benefits makes them scary for some. However, no matter which division you are in, there is some information that can help you with your army loan.

Question: Do I need to be stationed in the United States to get an army loan?

The answer is no. In fact, you can get an army loan from any country in the world as long as you have access to either the internet or a phone. Applications are often available on line or even over the phone. What’s more, they take very little time to fill out and the answer is usually back to you very quickly. From there, you can have the money sent wherever you need it: to your family in the States, to you at your base, or to someone else you need to get the money to via Western Union, mail, or even direct deposit if you so desire. It is that easy for you.

Question: Do I have to be currently serving to get an armed forces loan?

No you do not. Army loans are for currently active and retired military personnel. If you have served and are in good standing, then you are eligible for these quick and easy loans that are a great benefit to those who served.

Question: Can my wife take out the loan for me?

Actually, it depends. Army Loans, while only for those in the military or retired from it, can be had by those holding the power of attorney while you are away. If you are in the Marine Corps, Air Force, or even the National Guard and are away from home and have given power of attorney over to your wife, then she can absolutely apply for an receive an army loan on your behalf.

Question: How are army loans paid back?

That depends on what kind of terms you got and from whom you took the loan. With an army loan, though, you do have the added benefit of having payments removed from your paycheck each time you get one. Then you need not worry about sending in a payment or being on time when you are out of the country or in the midst of a move.

Army loans are available at reasonable interest rates if you know your facts. National Guard Loans or Air Force Loans are a great way for military members to get their needs met, especially in emergencies.

How to Always Get Whatever You Want - Part I

Do You Know You Have the Power to Harness Huge, Hidden Powers
of the Universe?

First there is your mind:

- your conscious mind: ideas, thoughts, emotions, attitudes
etc. you can directly perceive or conceive.

- your subconscious mind: your past, deeply hidden ideas,
thoughts, emotions, attitudes etc.

Then there is the unconscious mind, which is collective,
universal, common to all human beings and to all the Universe.

This Universal Mind has been called: Intelligent Energy, Supreme
Energy, Superconscious Mind (Carl Jung), Collective Unconscious,
Thinking Energy, Infinite Intelligence (Napoleon Hill), Supreme
Power, Intelligent Substance (Wallace Wattles), The Oversoul
(R.W.Emerson), Supreme Intelligence, Universe, God, and many
other things.

I personally prefer to refer to it as the “Universal Intelligent
Energy” (UIE).

It is everywhere. It is all-embracing. It permeates the totality
of the Universe.

It knows no difference between past, present and future (time),
here and there (space), what has been and what will be, what you
have now and what you want in the future.

The UIE makes no difference between thoughts and physical
objects.

And it has the ability to solve your problem. It has “all
abilities”, for that matter.

Your individual, conscious mind can join the UIE through various
channels, such as meditation, affirmations, visualizations,
intuition, telepathy, precognition and premonition…

For example: In his book, “The Sense of Being Stared At, and
Other Aspects of the Extended Mind”, Rupert Sheldrake a
Cambridge-trained biochemist quotes a dream that occurred five
days before the 9/11 terrorist attacks. “Mike Cherni, a forensic
scientist who worked 300 yards from the World Trade Center, had
a dream he was on an airplane. He became alarmed as the plane
took an unusual flight path very low over Manhattan.

“It was clear that we were flying directly south over the
southern tip of the island,” Cherni’s explained to the
researcher. “Then there was a tremendous impact and I woke up.
This dream disturbed me for days afterward, enough that I
described the dream to my wife.”

Sheldrake talks of “a kind of collective unconscious that allows
members of a species to draw from, and contribute to, the
collective memory of the species.”

In this article, we’ll be talking more specifically of
affirmations and visualizations.

If you express your “wants” or “wishes” often enough
(affirmations/repetition), they get impressed (or imprinted) in
the UIE, after travelling from your conscious mind and through
your subconscious mind. Finally, they become real, physically
real, because your wishes eventually pervade the whole Universe,
get into contact with whoever or whatever can fullfil them, and
get fullfilled.

For, “there is no problem without a solution”. Problems and
solutions follow each other like night and day.

Maybe it should be more accurate to say that problems and
solutions co-exist in the UIE. Or that they search for each
other like two eager lovers or Siamese twins who must urgently
be joined back together.

And the individual mind’s job is to join them together: this can
be achieved through the repetition of affirmations and through
visualizations i.e. seeing yourself as you are AFTER you have
received what you want.

Landscaping, An American Pass Time

Filed under:The Gardening Way — posted on @ 7:48 pm

Landscaping has been a favorite American pass time for hundreds of years. Recently through the added exposure of popular TV shows, the interest in sprucing up one’s landscaping has become greater than ever. Today, many shows are introducing everyone to new and fun ways to enjoy landscaping. There are even dedicated television channels, such as the Home and Garden channel, that explore all things beautiful to improve one’s living space and take it from just functional to luxurious through improved landscaping.

Landscaping is a pass time no longer limited to just seniors or those that enjoy a relaxing activity. Today, all across our great country, families are finding landscaping to be a great activity that everyone from Grandma and Grandpa down to the youngest children can enjoy together. Landscaping is a family activity that everyone can get on board with.

Landscaping, although relaxing, can also be a good source for exercise. With an ever increasing spot light on weight loss, adding landscaping to your routine can increase calorie burn.

Landscaping’s appeal has so many facets. Those looking to improve the look of home they want to sell as well as those looking to improve the look of their current home and neighborhood are finding landscaping to be a viable option. It is simply amazing to see what a difference a little landscaping can do to add curb appeal to a home or neighborhood. Many communities are improving their aesthetic appeal with professional landscaping.

To be an expert in landscaping, one must understand that it is not as easy as it seems. You need to do appropriate research, design and implementation in order for any landscaper to appreciate the outcome. This of it the way an artist looks at an empty canvas. The beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Take that into landscaping and you’ll see results that you never thought you could achieve.

News of Antioxidants in Coffee not a License to Make It a Mainstay in Health Regimens

Coffee may be a chief source of antioxidants in the American diet, as recently reported at the meeting of the American Chemical Society by Dr. Joe Vinson of the University of Scranton, but “that is not a license to make it a mainstay of your health regimen,” says Dr. Keith I. Block of the Block Center for Integrative Cancer Care & Optimal Health in Evanston, Illinois. Vinson recently found that, based on both the concentration of antioxidants in coffee and the relative amounts we consume of coffee and the more conventionally acknowledged antioxidant sources - fruits and vegetables - coffee contributes more to our antioxidant intake than any other food.

“Vinson’s results are perhaps more a reflection on the inadequacy of our fruit and vegetable intake than on the health benefits of coffee, which has some significant health concerns for many people,” noted Block. Caffeinated coffee joins several other popular caffeine sources in the diet in contributing to excess intake of this natural drug. Recent studies highlight the role that caffeine overdose plays in insomnia, anxiety disorders, elevation of stress hormones, urination and bladder problems in older women, and non-cancerous breast lumps. It produces a small but disturbingly significant elevation of blood pressure. Even decaffeinated coffee contributes to health problems. When it’s combined with high-fat milk, cream, sugar or flavorings, a single 16-oz cup can have over 250 calories - a questionable addition to the diet of anyone trying to keep their weight under control (not to mention their budget)! “Decaf and caffeinated coffee alike contribute to a range of gastric problems that are becoming ever more important in contemporary society, including both ulcers and the widespread gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD or chronic heartburn), which can be a precursor to esophageal cancer,” explained Block, who is co-founder and Medical/Scientific Director of the Block Center. “While a little coffee can be fine for most people, increasing beyond a cup or two a day can lead to clinical problems. The supersized caffeinated blends can actually be toxic! In fact some studies have found that increases in blood levels can be responsible for adverse effects among persons consuming only moderately increased doses over average consumption. Though usually toxic dosing requires quite high dosing, upwards of 150 ounces daily, toxicity can result for some people if they were to consume 35 to 70 ounces in a short period. This is only 7 to 14 cups at only 5 ounces per cup. Or, at the supersize 16+ ounce level, only a few!”

While many people may be able to tolerate coffee in the small cup or two per day that Dr. Vinson points out as being reasonable, anyone with health problems that are potentially coffee- or caffeine-related needs to examine their daily coffee intake closely.

“Yes, coffee is chock full of antioxidants,” says Dr. Block, “but don’t run to your neighborhood coffee-house in place of consuming fruits and vegetables. These colorful plants contain an array of plant chemicals that help reduce your risks of killer diseases like cancer and heart disease.”

The Block Center for Integrative Cancer Care and Optimal Health, located in Evanston, Illinois, was founded in 1980 by Penny and Keith Block, M.D. with a focus on treating the patient as a whole person, not treating just the diagnosis or symptoms. The Center’s research-based treatment integrates an innovative approach to the best of conventional medicine with scientifically sound complementary therapies — therapeutic nutrition, botanical and phytonutrient supplementation, prescriptive exercise, and systematic mind-body strategies — to enhance the recovery process. Block has pioneered this “middle ground” approach to cancer care and optimal health - designing a total treatment plan that is tailored to the precise needs of each patient, using a unique set of clinical and laboratory assessments. The Block Center is breaking new ground with the creation and development of Cancer Rehab as an innovative treatment modality, and currently is the only private North American medical center using chrono-modulated chemotherapy. While the Block Center is a full treatment clinic, it is involved in collaborative research with M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas as a Community Clinical Oncology Program (CCOP) and is also engaged in clinical cancer research with other university facilities in the United States and Israel (www.blockmd.com)

Web Site Design - How To Make More Sales Without Spending More For Traffic

There are only two ways to make more sales with your Website. You can drive more visitors to the site using the latest traffic generating techniques or you can convert more of your existing visitors to customers which is known as “increasing the conversion rate”.

In this article I am going to show you how to increase the conversion rate (and profitability) of your web site by using Direct Response Techniques that have been around for many years. These methods do not rely on the temperamental search engines or the latest technology, they rely on something that never changes; Human Psychology.

Let’s say that you buy 1000 visitors to your site using a method such as pay per click and you are paying 20 cents per click. For those 1000 Visitors you would pay $200. Now let’s assume that you make $10 on each Sale. If you get 1 out of every 100 visitors to buy your products (1% Conversion Rate) you would make 10 Sales. You would make $100 in Gross Profit but you paid $200 for the visitors so you have as Net loss of $100!

But what if we can Increase the conversion Rate? What if we got 2 out of 100 customers to buy? Or 3 or 4 or 6? Well if you got a 2% Conversion rate you would get 20 Sales for a Gross Profit of $200 and a Net of “Break Even” If You got a 3% Conversion Rate you would Net $100, 4% would net you $200 and 6% would net you $400 .. all with the same amount of traffic!

Here are 5 Elements that will make your web site more profitable by increasing the conversion rate

1 - A Powerful and Gripping Headline

The Headline is without a doubt the most important part of any ad, sales letter or website. From the time a visitor get to your web site you have 7 Seconds to grab their attention before losing them forever. The best way to think of your headline is . “The Ad for Your Ad” . If your headline connects with the prospect they will read further . if not they will click away into cyberspace .. Never to be heard from again!

If you get nothing else out of this entire article make sure your site has a powerful and compelling headline. I go a lot into developing powerful headlines in my newsletter so feel free to subscribe to it on my website. A free tool for developing powerful attention grabbing headlines can be found at http://www.FreeHeadlineCreator.com

2 -Compelling Copy

The job of the headline is to stop your prospect in their tracks and get their attention; it’s the job of your copy to keep them interested and make the sale. Great copy will engage the prospect, get their interest, touch their hot buttons, and ask for the sale. A top notch copywriter may charge $10,000 or more to write a sales letter for your website, and they are well worth it . If you can’t afford $10,000 for a Sales Letter I might be able to help you..

Good Copy uses the AIDA formula

A - Attention (Get the prospects Attention, with a great headline!)
I - Interest (Get their interest with some great Copy)
D - Desire (Whip them up into as frenzy so that they DESIRE your product)
A - Action (Ask for the Sale!)

3 - Testimonials

There’s a phenomenon known as “Social Proof” which basically means “If it’s good enough for him its good for me”! By having testimonials on your website it shows your prospect that he is making a good decision to buy your product because “Everybody else is doing it” Testimonials are very powerful, the more the better!

When giving Testimonials the more details the better:

Bad Testimonial: “I loved the Product” J.R, Texas

Good Testimonial: “This Product is great!, I Lost 21 pounds in 30 days and I have a lot more energy” John Roberts, Police Officer, Houston Texas

4 - Defined Course of Action

You should have a course of action that you want to lead you prospect to … either to buy something, opt-in to your list or whatever . If you have a bunch of distracting links such as “About Us” , Our Staff” etc your just going to distract the prospect from your real purpose which is to get him to purchase your product or opt in to you list!

5- The Fortune is in The Follow-up!

No matter what you do it’s more likely than not that your prospect will not be in a “buying mood” when they come to your website. The worst thing that you can do is let them leave without even knowing that they have been there. Even if they don’t buy anything immediately you want to capture their information for later follow-up.

The best way to do that is to have them fill out a form that takes their information and puts it in an auto-responder. Once you have the information the auto-responder will do all the follow-up work for you automatically. This will free you up to do other things . like going to the bank to deposit money!

In order to induce your prospect to leave their information you will have to offer them something; it could be a free subscription to your newsletter, a free report or a free e- course. It must be something of value and it should have the same theme as your website.

For example, If you have a site that caters to dog owners you could offer a 7 part course on how to Groom your dog. You could set up 7 Lessons in advance and put them in your auto-responder. The auto responder I use is Aweber Systems. I have been using them for years and have been very happy with them. At the time I am writing this they have a Special where you can try the system risk free for 30 days, their web site is http://freetrial.aweber.com

I hope you enjoyed this article and put it to good use converting those visitors to cold hard cash

Tips to Ensure You Get the Right Home Improvement Contractor

Filed under:Home Improvement Center — posted on @ 1:41 pm

It’s hard to find good help and especially if your planning to market your home or you have just purchased one that needs some updating. Complaints about home improvement contractors rank high on consumer agency lists. Mark Nash author of 1001 Tips for Buying and Selling a Home offers do’s and don’ts for home buyers and sellers when planning to hire an outside contractor to repair or renovate their home.

Do’s

-Verify their insurance. Ask to see copies of liability insurance and amounts before signing a contract.

-Ask for references. Request a list of references from past and current clients. Call and discuss with them the pluses and minus’ of the contractor. Take the time to visit homes where work was done, check for timeliness and attention to detail on work sites.

-Request information on suppliers and subcontractors. Contractors are only as good as their support system. Vendors and subcontractors can share insight into the business practices of your potential contractor.

-Check with local Better Business Bureaus and with local building and planning officials. Most likely you’ll need building permits and certificates of occupancy from the local office that regulates renovation and building. These officials should be familiar with you contractor and their work.

-Get at least 3 estimates. You will be surprised at how different the costs can be for the same work. Have plans and specifications in writing to deliver to contractors who bid on work. A flat fee for a project is more cost effective than time and materials. Detail materials, paint colors by brand, appliance make and model and warranties.

-Draft a complete contract. Make sure it lays out who is doing what, when it should be done by and what happens if it is not done to your satisfaction. Include payment schedules and how changes to plans will affect costs and the contract. Options should be listed separate from the main contract.

-Address refusal to complete work. It’s not likely that your contractor will refuse to complete work or abandon the project, but it pays to include a course of action if these situations arise in any contract.

-On occasion provide food treats and beverages. On hot and humid summer days or below freezing winter ones, make the effort to provide chilled bottled water, steaming coffee and a quick pick-me-up to contractors.

-Be appreciative verbally. After a rough or long day at your home, I have found it always pays to let contractors know that you appreciate their extra efforts. Staying late to complete the plumbing to get a toilet running or leaving the job site broom clean without asking is worth a hearty thank-you.

Dont’s

-Ignore making scheduled payments on time. A sure bet to get slow follow-through from contractors. If the contractor is performing as stated in the contract, so should you.

-Forget patience. Delays by cabinet or door manufactures can be out of the contractors control. Don’t be afraid to double-check though if they have been ordered to meet job lead times.

-Make the contractor guess what you want. Start a clip file before you have a contractor over to review job. Pick up some home magazines and tear out colors, finishes, appliances and overall looks for a room that you like. Develop a list of dislikes, anything helps to eliminate and communicate your thoughts.

-Be cheap. Good work costs sometimes comes at a higher price. And buyers know chintzy materials and craftsmanship. Don’t nickel and dime your contractor, and pay for all change orders you request.

-Be unavailable for contractor questions. There are always a couple of items that sneak past the drawings and specifications or surprises that you run into in an older home. Make al your contact information to your contractor so if they need to reach you to make a decision that if you don’t could hold the job up.

-Forget that we don’t live in a perfect world. It’s difficult to have strangers in our homes and even more so when the inconvenience of a remodeling job interrupts our personal refuge. Contractors like to complete work in a timely manner, but they don’t control all the remodeling moons to align them perfectly on every project.

A Concise Guide to Dream Interpretation

Most of us dream. But only a very small percentage of us understands that dreams hold much importance and opportunity for our self growth, improvement and self discovery. But many mystics of both Eastern and Western origins are aware of the fact that dreams hold a wealth of untapped knowledge. Because of its inherently vague nature, dreams and the art of interpreting them never entered mainstream sciences. Jungian psychology is the closest mainstream science that took dreams seriously.

This article is a concise description of the method of dream interpretation that I use. There are several points/guidelines to take note.

1. The dreams are often symbolic representations of what we are experiencing or are about to experience in the near future. I have found that my dreams often convey messages of occurrences that will most likely happen within a month or so.

2. Usually the people that we encounter in the dream symbolize the different aspects/characteristics of ourselves. For example: a woman may represent a feminine aspect of oneself even when one is male in the waking hours. Much of our repressed tendencies also tend to manifest themselves as characters in dreams as well.

Have you ever wondered why we sometimes appear and behave so differently in our dreams. Well, my take is that dreaming offers an outlet for us to be ’somebody else’ that we never had the opportunity to be during our waking hours.

3. Often how we feel and the emotion we felt during the dream reveals and conveys much about the meaning of the symbols.

Intuition and the willingness to examine ourselves with brutal honesty are two very important factors for successful analysis.

Below is a list of commonly encountered symbols. In my opinion, we should always take into consideration the fact that symbols hold certain semantics and meanings that are specific to individuals. Thus the interpretations of symbols are not generic and therefore there can be no hard and fast rules with regards to dream analysis.

Common dream symbolism

Water- associated with emotion.

Ocean or any large body of water - often represents the subconscious mind. The state of the sea often is an indication of the emotional state as well

Eating/digesting- Trying to understand an issue/situation

Walking- associated with learning and assimilating.

Path, road or pavement- symbolises life or spiritual Path/journey

House- symbolises our self. Within the house, the various rooms could represent the various aspects of self.

Snake- symbolises knowledge.

Tree and forest - subconscious feelings that governs our emotions

Bridge- a transitional phase or period of transformation / change

Below is an example of a dream and its interpretation.

Dream

Miss A was visiting a foreign country. She boarded a train that has a stop in a shopping complex that meanders through mountains and terrains. She remembered telling the train driver that she wanted to alight in the shopping centre so that she can find her way home.

Instead of alighting at the intended destination, she alighted at a strange place. She had difficulty getting to her destination. She contacted her partner (boyfriend). Though they communicated through the phone, she was still stuck and lost in that unfamiliar place. By this time, she was starting to get depressed. In the moment of depression, she woke up from the dream.

Symbolism involved

Foreign country- unknown knowledge, new experience
Train- accelerated learning and understanding
Through mountains and terrains- ups and downs
Find the way home- spiritual path
Train-in-charge - guiding aspect
Her partner - male/ mental aspect
Queen shopping center station - an intermediate stage that must be attained.

Interpretation

Miss A is currently experiencing and/or learning something that is still unknown to her. It is something that is rather difficult for her to grasp and apply. She is/will be experiencing some feelings of ups and downs. However, if understood, the newfound understanding and knowledge could significantly accelerate her self-growth and discovery. However, for the time being, it is something not within her experience yet (as symbolized by alighting at a strange place instead of the designated station). When she tried contacting her male partner (which symbolizes using her mental reasoning), she was still confused and thus became depressed.

Well, that’s all for a quick lesson in dream interpretation. I hope it is informative and beneficial.

Happy Dreaming…

Low Cost Home Improvement Loan Lightens the Burden of Interest

Filed under:Web Of Loans — posted on @ 12:39 pm

You may have so many requirements which you cannot fulfill with your own source of income. So very often you need to borrow money for this reason or that. Now, it may be like that already you have some other loans to pay and it has become inevitable to make an improvement of your house.

It is not possible fir you to afford the fund you need to make the renovation of your house. So you need a loan. But already you have a burden of paying heavy interest. So this time you are looking for loan with as much less interest as possible. Alright, the option you are looking for is low cost home improvement loan.

A low cost home improvement loan, as suggested by the name, carries a low rate of interest. So you can do away with the burden of paying high interest. In addition to that it will provide you with a small monthly repayment and flexibility in the repayment terms.

Your chance of getting the loan will be higher if you can offer collateral. You may have to run the risk of keeping your property at stake. A Single Dads Journey Towards Motherhood

The rainy day made for a wonderful chance for the three of us to finally spend some quiet time together. Faith and Elissa climbed into my bed and snuggled up to me, at the same time taking all but a corner of my blanket from my prying hands. It was only 9:00, who wakes up this early, especially in the summer time? I slowly opened my eyes, and suddenly it hit me. My girls were here, here in my home. In our home! Finally, I had my babies, only they weren’t babies anymore.
My wife was no longer part of our lives. She had long since lost control of her life. Her drug addiction had seen to that. I pray for her every night, that she might surrender and seek help, but it was out of my control. If and when, she decides to ask for help, I will be the first one there for her.
So now, I was all my angels had, as far as someone to care for them, nurture them, and provide for them as they deserved.
A man could never understand how much time and energy goes into being a mother. I for one, never thought it to be such a big job, afterall I was the one out there everyday working a job I hated and putting the food on the table, as well as paying all the bills. That was how I thought before. I now a new respect for motherhood and it seemed to me at the time that I was way over my head.
At that time, the girls were preparing to start at a new school. Elissa was starting kindergarten and she needed uniforms for school. So off we went on our first shopping excursion. Three hours and 2 advils later, we finally made it back home.
It was getting close to dinner and I decided to take the easy way out and go thru the fast food window, which seemed to please them just fine. And then it started to get a little tricky. Do they take showers? Do they take baths. Do they bathe together.
As the weeks passed by, I began to understand their needs, as well as their schedules. I was on my way. I was beginning to make the journey towards motherhood. I cooked them dinner, dressed them for school, drove them to soccer practice, and yes, believe it or not, I even joined the p.t.a, along with the other mothers.
Two years have passed, the children have become little ladies. They are helping me in so many ways. I understand my role as a father and I have learned that i can never replace the special relationship a young girl has with her mother. I have no control over that and I accept it. I can only do what ever it takes to be the best parent possible for my girls. God knows, I love them more than life itself, and we shall all live happily ever after. God Bless our children.
