Satellite Cell Phone

Why Buy A Satellite Cell Phone?

The satellite cell phone is definitely the wave of the future when it comes to mobile communication. These phones debuted a few years back, and many people did not take them seriously. When these phones first came out, they lacked the range and roaming capabilities of the traditional cell phone that got its feed from local towers. The problem was most cell phone companies were supplying signal via nationwide towers, whereas a satellite cell phone was working off of a single satellite. This presented many problems as far as a quality signal was concerned. The first people to have a satellite cell phone complained about the quality of the calls. But this was when there were not a lot of satellites to get the signal from.

If you fast forward a couple of years, it looks like all cell phones are moving in the direction of satellites. Eventually a satellite cell phone will be able to provide the user with a signal regardless of where they are in the entire world. This is due in part because they will be using a satellite in the sky, as opposed to a tower on the ground. With the current set up, if you are not within the appropriate distance of a network tower, you cannot get the signal needed for service. As more and more satellites are being launched by service providers, the need for a satellite cell phone is going to increase.

A satellite cell phone is also able to have more features than a standard set up. One feature that is coming into its own is the ability of the cell phone to pick up satellite radio. This is going to be a huge selling tool for service providers in the next few years. In addition to being able to play MP3s, a satellite cell phone will also be able to get the signal for XM or Sirius radio.

A satellite cell phone may not be a good buy right now, but eventually this form of mobile communication will take over.

Mortgage Loan Officer Training: 10 Helpful Tips That Can
Instantly Boost Your Income By $5,000 Per Month

Well here they are… 10 mortgage loan officer training tips to
improve efficiency and increase revenue. These tips have made me
hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years and I’m
confident they will do the same for you:

Mortgage Loan Officer Training Tip #1: Only use a few
lenders Depending on your niche, all you really need is a few
good lenders. With a portfolio of about five lenders, you can
handle all credit grades and even special programs like stated,
no doc and 100% financing.

Mortgage Loan Officer Training Tip #2: Read your
lender’s guidelines to build an intimate knowledge of their
products and procedures - THIS IS A MUST!!! (And easy to do if
you only use a few lenders.) Don’t rely on lender reps to tell
you about their guidelines. They are human and can make mistakes
just like the rest of us.

Mortgage Loan Officer Training Tip #3: Send gifts to
your appraiser, title agents, and underwriters to gain favor.
This is a great way to build relationships with the people you
rely on to do business. Look for a reason to send these people a
thank you card along with a gift. This is another good reason to
use only a few good lenders.

Mortgage Loan Officer Training Tip #4: Define your
market What loans will you do and what loans will you not touch?
You can and will cause yourself undue heartache if you agree to
take a loan that is outside of your market. For instance, I
refused to even look at a loan unless the borrowers had a credit
score of 580 or higher. If an applicant has a credit score less
than 580, I referred them to my loan officer partner and split
the commissions.

Mortgage Loan Officer Training Tip #5: Specialize Find
a niche. Specialists always make more than generalists. Everyone
does purchase loans on single family houses. What if you became
the expert in your area on financing investment properties,
construction loans, or VA loans? With some work and dedication
you could become the mortgage lending “guru” for your niche and
monopolize your marketplace.

Mortgage Loan Officer Training Tip #6: Location,
location, location If you can: Keep a frig in your office, place
a copier close to your assistant’s desk, and have your computer
printer right next to your desk. This will save loads of time
walking around the office. It will also keep your assistants
focused. Sometimes it’s hard to walk through an office without
falling into several casual conversations that can lower your
team’s production.

Mortgage Loan Officer Training Tip #7: Get all
documentation up front I believe in getting every piece of
documentation I could possibly need right up front. That way if
a problem arises you have a greater chance of being able to fix
the problem on your own without bothering the borrowers.

Mortgage Loan Officer Training Tip #8: Only the
necessities Just because you collect extra documentation,
doesn’t mean you have to use it. Don’t submit extra paperwork to
your processor or to underwriting. It could open a can of worms
you don’t want opened. Only turn in exactly what’s need to fund
the loan - nothing more or less.

Mortgage Loan Officer Training Tip #9: Sandwich
technique At some point you’ll need to contact a borrower during
the loan process and ask for more information. When this
situation arises, try using the sandwich technique:

Re-establish rapport Make your request: “Oh by the way I
need___. When can you fax it to me?” Continue rapport building
dialog. Say goodbye and politely get off the phone

If you have a difficult borrower, this works like a charm to
diminish their anxiety level.

Mortgage Loan Officer Training Tip #10: Testimonials
Get testimonials from everyone. They are great marketing tools
for your business. Use them to target your client’s CPA, HR
manager at work, real estate agent and financial planner to
establish a referral relationship.

There you have it. Incorporate these ideas into your mortgage
business and see how they impact your bottom line.

Hypnosis - What Exactly is it?

Filed under:Hall Of Medical Resources — posted on @ 7:28 am

Hypnosis is probably not what you think it is. Hypnosis is a technique that allows you to utilise your own inner strengths and hidden abilities. It can bring out those talents and skills you perhaps don’t even believe you possess. Hypnosis could be the key that unlocks the door to an experience of life that is, at the very least, a little easier; and at the very best free from phobias or anxieties that have been with you so long you believe that that is how you were made.

Hypnosis is not about someone taking control of your mind; it’s about someone giving you permission to take control back. For when you are trapped by an unwanted habit, such as smoking, or you have a fear of social encounters, or food is your enemy, then the problem controls you and dictates to you how you are and what you do. The habit may mean you can’t be anywhere without a cigarette or visit places you would like to because of No Smoking rules. The fear may mean you avoid parties, or that a family wedding or celebration is an occasion of intense anxiety rather than something joyful. Your enemy makes you put on weight and become unacceptable to yourself and others. Hypnosis releases you to be yourself.

The word trance itself sounds like something mystical or magical, yet it is nothing of the sort. It is simply an everyday natural phenomena being used in a therapeutic way. If you’ve ever lain in bed on a Sunday morning, all snuggled up in the blankets nice and warm and cosy, drifting in and out of dreams, with an almost total lack of awareness of the time - then you’ve been in a trance. If you’ve ever been driving along a familiar route and suddenly realise you don’t remember part of the journey, or you’ve driven the way you usually go instead of the way you wanted to go - then you’ve been in a trance. When you become totally engrossed in a book or a film and lose track of time - this too is a form of trance. So you can see the hypnotic trance is nothing to be feared, it is simply a pleasant relaxed state of mind and body where the mind is freed to wander and explore the world of the imagination.

Freed from the limitations and restrictions of logical thinking (this is the thinking that generates irrational fears and maintains unwanted habits) your mind is enabled to use symbolic thought processes to solve problems. This way you don’t need to see how to solve the problem from a rational point of view and so the barriers to problem solving are removed.

For instance, the problem with the smoking habit is that people define themselves as either Smokers or Ex-Smokers. But the truth is that when each of us is born we are a Non-Smoker. That is what we are. The Hypnotic treatment that I use to assist people in giving up the habit re-defines them, at an unconscious level, as a Non-Smoker and because, after treatment, they see themselves as a Non-Smoker there are unlikely to be any cravings, or any of the other adverse side-effects that other methods of stopping smoking can have. But it only works if there is a determination to stop. Hypnosis can never make someone do what they do not, deep down, want to do. But if you are determined hypnosis can help remove the ‘pain’ from the process.

Hypnosis can be used to help a wide variety of problems: pain control (with the approval of GP or consultant); achieving and maintaining a target weight by shifting the focus to healthy, enjoyable eating rather than diets; creating a better self-image and boosting self-confidence; as well as a variety of other disorders.

How to Have the “Perfect” Christmas

“This year will be different. I vow I won’t get stressed out
over presents, parties, cards, Christmas plays, putting up the
tree and decorating, and all the many other tasks of the season.
I will remember the true meaning of Christmas.”

Do you find that all the Christmas chores steal your joy?

“For unto us a child is born” - Aahh the miracle of birth. The
true miracle of our Savior’s birth. As Christian mothers we are
doubly blessed to celebrate Christmas. We know the joy and pain
of childbirth. We can imagine an exhausted Mary looking at her
truly perfect, holy baby.

How can we recapture the joy and the simplicity of the first
Christmas?

Following are some suggestions for making this the “Perfect”
Christmas

1.Decide how you want your family to experience the true meaning
of Christmas. Ex. Will you help another family with presents?
Our family now has a tradition of doing Christmas boxes for
Samaritan’s Purse. Our children love picking out items for the
box and praying for the child who receives their box.

2.Prioritize what is most important to you. Maybe you can’t do
it all. You may choose not to send Christmas cards, but do a New
Years note.

3.Decide what parties you can and cannot attend. Sometimes as a
family we may rarely be home in December. So much for family
time.

4.If you have young children, remember how important, normal
routine and sleep schedule are for younger children and you.
Taking a cranky toddler shopping is not a good experience for
anyone.

5.Decide what traditions you want for your own nuclear family.
Sometimes we are so busy going to extended families’ homes we
don’t get to start our own family traditions. Try to have a
leisurely Christmas morning with children enjoying their toys
before rushing off to anywhere.

6.Start a tradition of celebrating Jesus birthday. Ex. Happy
Birthday Jesus cake, reading the Christmas story before opening
presents, or children having their own child size Nativity set
to play with and tell the Christmas story.

7.Set a limit on Christmas spending and stick to it. Don’t
celebrate Jesus’ birth by being in debt in January.

8.Take time to pray and think about the most precious gift of
all. Often our quiet times are the first to go when we get so
busy. Using an advent calendar with children will also help them
focus on the true meaning of Christmas.

9.Be kind to yourself. You may not be able to do everything like
your Mom did. Perhaps you can make slice-and-bake cookies with
your children instead of homemade cookie dough. Your children
will remember the fun of decorating cookies, not who made the
cookie dough.

10.Remember that you are not superwoman and you can’t do it all.
Sit down with your husband and decide who can do what on your
list. Children can help put stamps on Christmas cards. Be kind
to yourself and rest in our Savior’s loving arms.

I don’t know if you or I will have the “Perfect” Christmas, but
we can make a conscious effort to focus on our Lord. Things will
go wrong and we will get stressed, but we need to keep our eyes
on Him. We need to show and teach our children that Christmas is
not about Santa and receiving gifts. Christmas is about the
ultimate gift that we can never repay.

So, I wish you a “Perfect” Christmas with Christ’ birth as your
focus, and that you would be kind to yourself. Set reasonable
expectations for yourself and experience the true joy of
Christmas.

Visionary Art and Physics

Physics is transcendent in its objectivity; an objectivity that
explains our world in layers of realities. Sometimes we may take
this transcendence for granted but there is still a feeling of
excitement that accompanies the strangeness of physics and what
it reveals. Visionary art has this kind of transcendence. This
visionary art is based on the medium of “the vision”. A vision
would be a transcendental seeing of reality. In this meaning
transcendental would be the way the world actually is but is
rarely seen.

Reality has these layers which only one is usually perceived as
existing. Beyond what is normally deemed reality the other
layers can be perceived through acts of seeking the vision and
sometimes by accident of some inheritance unknown to the seer.
Visionary art in this context would be an illustration in its
metaphysical, transcendent reality, or truth of divine nature.
Corroboration of the truth in the artwork comes from some kind
of recognition from the observer of the art.

Some discovery may have been made in the past by an individual
that observes the Visionary art in the now. This discovery may
have been too strange or too much like fancy to exist. The
visionary art can corroborate the objectivity of scientifically
untestable subject matter. Subject matter can be formed by any
deeper layers of reality that would be normally fairly hard to
describe or prove in another context. Awakening of something
within a visionary art observer is often reported. This may seem
like the observer in question is having a transcendent vision of
their own but is more likely a transcendent recognition of the
deeper layers of reality.

Evidence of the transcendent truth of existence is shown like a
fleeting shadow of a bird within the observer of the visionary
artwork. Upon seeing the artwork there may be no initial
understanding, thus no recognition. Yet upon later reflection
there may be a recognition based on new discoveries post viewing
of the art. Visionary art is a language describing the beauty of
underlying layers of reality.

Physics reveals a reality that’s tenuous in its objectivity at
the base level. Visionary art has it’s nature stemming from the
gossamer essence that is all too real underneath everything.
Like a mirror underneath reality is the force of manifestation
that breaths existence into being. Visions of this reflective
minds eye become more real in the illustration of the Visionary
artist.

Cheap Loans are Within Your Reach

Filed under:Web Of Loans — posted on @ 12:41 am

It may appear to people that a cheap loan has no existence at all; it is simply a device invented by lenders to pull in more borrowers. But the fact is quite opposite to this notion. Cheap loans are invented to facilitate those borrowers who do not like to pay high interest for the loan they take.

There are plenty of borrowers who do not take a loan because they cannot bear the burden of high interest. As a result a vast majority of borrowers are missed by the lenders. So, in order to grab this group of borrowers cheap loans are initiated. Those who take a cheap loan do not require paying high interest.
