What are hydrofoil supported catamarans?

The simplest way to describe the hydrofoil system is to
imagine a wing much like an aircraft’s wing fitted on the bottom
of the boat that creates lift, caused by the forces of the
moving water as would the air on an aircraft’s wing. This lift
then elevates the hull of the boat out of the water so that the
hull only touches on the planning surfaces and reduces a high
percentage of the drag that would normally result due to
friction on the wetted surface of the hull. The less drag the
more efficient the hull performs and the more economical the
boat becomes. The other aspect that is often forgotten is that
as with an aircrafts wing the resultant lift created by surface
movement is also able to support large weights, which means that
when the boat is heavily loaded the load is not noticeable as
with other conventional hulls.

The Hydrofoil Supported
Catamaran (HYSUCAT) is a hybrid of a catamaran hull equipped
with a hydrofoil system between the demi-hulls which carries a
part of the crafts weight at speed.

The effcient load carrying capability of the hydrofoil system in
combination with the inherent stability and pleasant seakeeping
properties of the planning catamaran results in a most
economical high speed surface craft with excellent seakeeping
behaviour. The specific hull design is an asymmetrical catamaran
hull with a centre-pod rounded tunnel. Specially designed and
patented sprayrails which were incorporated into 24 degree
deadrise hulls.

System benefits: Fuel efficient, Increased speed, Increased
stability & Comfort Less resistance, more maneuverability.

The Magic in Food: LOVE

Filed under:World Of Nutrition — posted on @ 11:35 pm

Remember the old adage, you are what you eat? The simplest magical ritual that you can do is to cut open a fruit or vegetable and eat it while thinking of your magical intention. Below is a compilation of common foods and their metaphysical associations.

Apple: Draws a lover, erotic experiences to you. Increases attraction. Apple compote with cinnamon is thought to speed up the arrival of a lover to you or encourage a reluctant lover to make a cerebral relationship physical.

Apricot: For flirtation or light hearted romantic experience.

Avocado: To make yourself appear younger to others or increase personal beauty or attractiveness. Avocado is the love apple of Venus.

Banana: Eaten by males - increases fertility and heroism. Eaten by females - draws a lover.

Beets: Increases virility, passion, erotica and fertility. It is a root so it grounds a relationship and binds the lover to you.

Blueberry: To eliminate obstacles or rivals that may come between you. As you swallow each blueberry, imagine the things that come between you falling away or disappearing.

Butter: To eliminate hostility and arguments. While smoothing it on a piece of bread, hopefully with a little honey too, think of things smoothing out.

Cardamom: This herb is thought to amplify a love that is already there or strengthen existing relationships. Drink a cup of Chai tea with cardamom in it for this purpose.

Carrot: Helps bring masculine energies to a woman. For a man strengthens virility.

Celery: Increases libido and passion. Encourages reluctant lovers to take action

Cherry: Eat for love, health and to boost sexual attraction.

Chocolate: An aphrodisiac. Lifts moods and attracts sensual experiences. Binds lovers.

Clove: Add clove to curry dishes, baked dishes and hot chocolate for fun, love and erotic experiences. This is also the bud of stolen kisses so it is good for mistresses to spike their lover’s meals with it.

Coriander: Add to curries and salads to attract your soulmate. It represents a high spiritual love combined with wisdom.

Cucumber: Eaten for sexual stamina, beautiful skin. Chop with extreme prejudice if you are into revenge on a certain philandering male.

Eggs: An ancient symbol of conception: Eat for fertility and fidelity.

Garlic: Eat to banish the “other woman” or a rival who may be in the way.

Grapes: Grapes are a symbol of a happy marriage and many children. Eat to increase fertility and emotional security. Can also be used to increase your popularity with opposite sex. As you eat each grape, picture another lover coming your way … known or unknown. Red grapes are best for this purpose.

Guava: Relieves heartbreak, attracts new romance, revives the erotic imagination.

Honey: The nectar of the Gods. Sweetens up a relationship. Attracts positive love and attention.

Lemon: Marriage, joy, fidelity, pure intentions and longevity in a relationship.

Mushrooms: Eat raw to make yourself beautiful and increase your feminine mystique.

Orange: Health, fidelity, love and joy.

Peanut: Crack these open from the shell and attract more male energy into your life.

Peas: Used to attract love, positive Goddess energy into life.

Pineapple: To attract a wealthy lover.

Pomegranate: For fertility, erotic imagination, a long line of descendants. Also eaten sometimes to attract numerous partners or a wealthy partner.

Popcorn: For popularity and fun. As each corn pops in the microwave, picture another positive romantic event.

Pork: Eaten for fertility.

Quince: Are traditionally eaten for happiness between lovers.

Raspberry: For sexual stamina and amplifying love that is there.

Sweet Relish: For enhancing sexual passion.

Rice: For childbearing and fertility.

Sausage: To bring kinky sexual partners to you, a variety of partners or social excitement.

Strawberry: To attract a lover, to increase sexual intensity and stamina of a lover. To make a lover think of you eat a strawberry every day.

Sweet Potato: To attract a well grounded, emotional secure, gentle wise love.

Maple Syrup: To assure a positive “first meeting” or that a blind date goes well.

Tomato: The original “love apple”. Eat to attract a partner or increase the love that is already there.

Tangerine: Health, fidelity, flirtation, love, joy and childlike qualities. Banishes heaviness

Self-Sabotage - Are We Prisoners of the Past?

Many people who suffer from low self-esteem would give
anything to escape their painful feelings of inferiority.
Almost anything, that is.

People are reluctant, even obstinate, when it comes to
giving up their illusions of an idyllic childhood.

And yet, if we are to break free from our mental prisons,
we must become willing to honor the truth of our personal
history. This is the key to removing our invisible
psychological and emotional chains.

Lack of Self-Worth Does Not Develop in a Vacuum

There is just no getting around the fact that our core
beliefs about the world and ourselves and our place in this
world are pretty firmly established by the time we are three
or four years old.

Lack of parental approval in early childhood exacts a heavy
toll. Low self-esteem, the root of all self-sabotaging
behavior, hangs heavy around our necks for life

“I Left All That Behind a Long Time Ago”

People are quick to grasp at a simple “Out of sight, out of
mind” escape. Sadly, this is a fantasy. While you can,
indeed, leave home and leave your family life behind, their
influence does not leave you.

Negative parental messages carry enormous weight. It is
through these concepts that everything else later on, (i.e.,
for the rest of our lives) is filtered.

Clearly then, if these basic messages are more negative than
positive, it is not surprising that we would wind up with a
badly mangled sense of self-worth.

A life of self-sabotage and perpetual dissatisfaction is
what results, because we simply do not believe, at a
SUBCONSCIOUS level, that we are worth anything better.

Traditional Morality Would Have Us Turn Away

People recoil at the idea of finding fault with their
parents. We have many religious, social and cultural
injunctions to honor, obey, respect, forgive, and worship
our elders.

These commandments prevent us from looking upon our
caretakers in a less than adoring way without incurring a
tremendous sense of guilt, betrayal and ingratitude. So we
remain unaware.

What people fail to appreciate is that it is only by
shattering our ignorance and examining our formative years
that we can come to understand what makes us tick. This
awareness will, in turn, allow us to process any distress so
that we may finally release it. Not ignore it, not
camouflage it, but finally release it.

This is all done in a spirit of healing, not one of
self-pity, and certainly not one of denunciation. As a
result of discovering and embracing our emotions rather than
squelching them, we can finally come alive.

Not only do we gain a new sense of vitality, but we gain a
new source of wisdom. And our awareness allows us to cut
negative patterns off at their source. You see, we cannot
let go of something if we don’t allow ourselves to
acknowledge what we are hanging on to.

Rational Justifications Do NOT Penetrate the Subconscious
Mind

Many well-intentioned people and spiritual mentors will
agree that while injurious things may have been said and
done, we should be mature or evolved enough to understand
that our caretakers were doing the best they could.

After all, they didn’t mean to hurt us with their harshness
or neglect. Why don’t we just rise above it and move on?
Surely we are noble and generous-hearted enough to forgive
them, yes?

Well, no, actually. And for two very important reasons.

First, this is an attempt to reason things out consciously.
It is a fruitless activity, because it does nothing to reach
and alter the core beliefs and distress that are stuffed
down BEYOND conscious access.

And second, the person whose body and/or emotions were
assailed was NOT an adult capable of reasoning things out so
rationally. The early distress lives on unabated.

We Cannot Live With the Results

We may be able to carry on, but we cannot really live and
flourish while those negative core beliefs remain frozen in
time. The tragedy for so many of us is that they remain
lodged firmly in place today, without our consent and
without our conscious awareness.

Down With the Taboo Against Knowing Who We Are

Rather than continue to justify our ignorance, we must dare
to bring the unconscious to conscious light. There are
compelling reasons for doing so.

• To heal a mutilated sense of self-worth.
• To process our present moments through fresh eyes.
• To avoid becoming subtly mean, cruel or sarcastic.
• To prevent ourselves from unwittingly passing on our damage.

And finally, and perhaps most compelling of all, if
traditional morality continues to deny us knowledge of
ourselves and our history, our bodies will end up speaking
for us. And this it will do by erupting into disease.
Witness the alarming number of people who suffer from
depression today.

Our psychological and emotional disturbances must eventually
surface as some type of physical or mental malady. Or as I
heard somewhere along the way, “If your mouth won’t say it
straight, your body will say it crooked.”

And according to the title of Dr. Alice Miller’s most recent
book on the victimization of children, The Body Never Lies.
Time spent digesting any of Dr. Miller’s books is time well
spent, indeed.

The greatest healing contribution any of us can make to
world is to heal our own wounds, not hide from them or deny
them or justify them. After all, we do want to live and not
just survive, don’t we?

Enterprise Architecture

Filed under:The Software Way — posted on @ 5:13 pm

Historically, little thought has been given to creating or maintaining strategic architectures for business enterprises. As the competitive landscape continues to put pressure on organizations to be more efficient, the process of implementing unified Enterprise Architecture will become an essential part of any business. This paper covers the definition of Enterprise Architecture, provides a description of how it should be utilized to tightly couple business processes and goals to information systems, and how to create an architecture that is able to be supported.

Enterprise Architecture:

Enterprise Architecture is a tool that aids businesses by allowing managers to see and think about smaller functions within the whole of the business. A common phrase used to describe an Enterprise Architecture is a set of “living documents” that are short, simple, and easy to understand. Enterprise Architecture is a relationship between processes and goals that allow businesses to organize, assess, and implement changes based on a set of “blueprints.” These blueprints vary based on what is needed. For example, a company setting up an Enterprise Architecture could have three, four, or five different sets of blueprints for various reasons, such as one for product assessment, one for consumer reports, and so on. Not only is Enterprise Architecture a set of blueprints, it is the actual work behind those plans. Implementation is required for the architecture to be built and maintained, as all the plans and actions must be integrated so that proper managers can view needed material in its relationship to other factors.

After building upon the blueprints and integrating all the processes and goals, the proper questions may be asked. These questions are what bring about change that may improve and maintain a business.

An Architecture Cycle:

When establishing an Enterprise Architecture, all aspects need to be incorporated into one place. It is this assimilation that allows managers to begin questioning. Often, this process is a cycle with four phases. First, an architect receives input about new strategies, goals, and processes that may not be performing properly. Next, the architect must look at any further implications and connect those to the received input. Third, the architect makes alterations based on the input and wider implications. Lastly, the process starts all over again. Overall, this cycle gives the architect the opportunity to assess all areas of the business, including some that may have been overlooked, and make changes that will best suit the organization.

Organizing Business Processes and Informational Systems:

Once organized, an architect will assess the alignment of business processes to informational systems. Simply put, an architect translates the information that is transferring from process to applications and vice versa. The architect determines if the results are in-line with goals, and so on. Proper organization allows the architect to translate and even determine where translation is needed.

Creating an Enterprise Architecture:

Enterprise Architectures are not developed in a day, and in order to set up an Enterprise Architecture, an organization needs to establish a series of steps.

The specifics of the individual Enterprise Architecture will differ among businesses. However, listed below are six general steps for creating an Enterprise Architecture:

1. Assess Current State & Agree on Deficiency:

To create an Enterprise Architecture, it takes one or more persons to determine the need for such an architecture. The Enterprise Architect, usually the one who suggests the architecture and ultimately builds it, assesses the different variables that demonstrate a need for change.

2. Select a Framework, Platform and Methodology:

The selected framework should fit the individual needs of the business, the goals and desired results of the organization, as well as a course of action that suits both the architect and managers.

3. Select Tools:

Keeping track of the integration of the processes and documentations may require the utilization of various tools. Appropriate tools will store all the information in a repository that will allow managers to access the needed materials.

4. Organize, Organize,
Organize:

Whichever type of organization an architect chooses, it is important to remember that this is the most time-consuming and important step. One suggestion for a type of organization is Business Functional Domains & Sub Domains over a unified architecture. Another method for organization is to build the models of the existing system as they are improved

5. Utilize the Architecture:

Although the architecture may not be complete, the business should begin to use it. It is designed to fit the organization; therefore, the architect should make sure that the managers start to utilize its benefits as soon as possible.

6. Maintain & Build Upon the Architecture:

Once the foundation for the architecture is done, the business should maintain and build upon the architecture, and in order to do so, a methodology should be selected. A methodology will allow managers and workers to function with the same goals in mind, improving results. In addition to maintaining results, the right methodology allows a business to expand the architecture’s uses to fit the organization’s needs.

Initiating and Supporting an Enterprise Architecture:

When initiating an Enterprise Architecture, one must survey the existing environment, talk to representative users, read existing documentation, and study current systems. It is critical to seek inherent problems the enterprise has in accomplishing the tasks it needs to perform in order to be successful. This is accomplished by boiling down the potentially large amounts data gathered and abstract the findings into the conceptual diagrams. One must aggregate important policies and standards into a cohesive and broadly applicable guidance document. Applying some well-known patterns and a few of the favorite concepts will evolve working documents into drafts and eventually into the proposed architecture. Educated and armed, one is able to lobby superiors, peers, and subordinates to aid in implementing the architecture.

To support an Enterprise Architecture, certain tools are relied upon that will aid in the integration and execution of the architecture. These tools should provide the opportunity to view all diagrams, documentations, and processes. Although analyzing and designing processes are still left to be done, assembling and tracking the various relationships will be managed by using a tool.

How Fast is Fast Food? The Race is On!

I couldn’t help it. My neighbor was heading out on her almost
daily trek to the McDonalds Drive-thru. I was about to start
dinner. Who would win?

I seasoned the steaks and put them aside. I washed and poked
the potatoes to “bake” in the microwave. Fire up the stovetop
grill and throw on the steaks. Start the microwave for 5
minutes.

Meanwhile I made a salad – lettuce, tomato, onion, shredded
carrot, and a little broccoli.

5 minutes is up. Turn the steaks. Turn the potatoes and set
for another 5 minutes.

I also noticed that there was still some cantaloupe, so I cut
up some of that too.

Dinner is done, and Diane is not back yet!

She typically has a McChicken and a large Coke. Because
it’s chicken she thinks it’s healthier. And she thinks it’s
faster and easier. Hmmmmmm

A McChicken and a Large Coke is 730 calories. No Fries.
Can you Imagine?

A 6 oz. filet, baked potato- with butter, tossed salad with
dressing, and cantaloupe comes in at about 560 calories.

My dinner was hot and fresh in about 20 minutes.

She took 40 minutes to get back to eat cold food.

Her “dinner” cost about 5 bucks.

My dinner cost about 6 bucks per person. (I only buy filets
when they’re on sale) Plus, I didn’t use any gas.

She had no dishes.

My dishes were minimal.

I’m a size 4.

She’s a size 28 and growing.

Which fast food would your prefer?

A Short Cut For Achieving Top Search Engine

Filed under:Great Marketing Tips — posted on @ 1:19 pm

It’s almost an impossible task to try to get
listed number one at the major search engines
nowadays. This report illustrates exactly how
to get listed number one at the engines for
maximum exposure. You’ll discover how to save
tons of time and money.

I promise you that if you use the killer tips
you are about to learn, you’ll see a
significant INCREASE in your traffic and sales
volume. In order so that you don’t LOSE
thousands of dollars worth in profits, PRINT
OUT this article now.

The tactics you are about to learn will make
the difference between day and night for your
Internet business; print out this article now;
you will soon FORGET the sound advice you’ll
discover.(Or, you can provide this article for
your site visitors and ezine readers.)

Back to business: As you well know, if your
site isn’t listed at the top 10 search
engines, regardless of how your site might
look, how great your products and seruices
are, your site “doesn’t exist” if you’re not
getting the traffic!

Why is it so incredible difficult to get
listed at the top search engines? Here’s the
reason why:

If there exists for any number of highly
popular keywords(computer, sports, health,
business, etc.) anywhere starting from a
minimum of 20 thousand to 100s of thousands of
web sites that relate one way or another to
them, what do you think happens?

All of those web site owners under any popular
keywords want to be listed at the top ten
positions at the major search engines. This
fierce battle to be listed at the top ten is
what makes it almost impossible for countless
of web site owners to even get noticed.

If your web site is listed at Yahoo down at
5,671, you’re in deep trouble! Who in the
Internet world(or in the right mind) is going
to bother to search all the way down to your
listing at 5,671? No way!

The Alternative

But there’s another way to beat the getting
listed-at-the major search engine nightmare:
Pay for your top website listing by using
pay-per-click search engines.

Recent statistics from payperclicksearch-
engines.com show that the well-known Goto.com,
the king pay-per-click search engine, gets
approximately 10 million searches a day!
That’s about 300 million searches in a month.
Boy, that’s a lot of searches from only one
pay-per-click search engine!

Not only that: Payperclicksearchengines.com
website states: “You’ll receive more traffic
from Goto.com than from all the other
pay-per-click engines combined.” That’s a lot
of search power from only one pay-per-click.
Can you imagine how much traffic you’d get if
you were listed at the top 5 listings at
Goto.com!

It gets even better at Goto: Payperclick-
searchengines.com also states that in the top
10 listings at Goto your link will appear
when someone searches using Dogpile meta
search engine.

If you’re in the top six, you’ll also appear
in the Metacrawler searches.

So the bottom line: If you cannot get listed
at the top ten major search engines, don’t
fret; you can use a major pay-per-click search
engine, such as Goto.com and pay for a top
listing instead of wishing upon a shooting
star for a top search engine position for your
site!

So, you realize how a major pay-per-click
search engine like Goto can solve your
getting-listed-at the major search engine
blues.

Now, well look how you can use Goto to your
advantage for driving mega traffic to your
site.

How The Pay-Per-Click Search Engines Work

When you use a pay-per-click search engine,
like Goto you agree to pay a certain amount
for each visitor who clicks through to your
web site. For example, let’s suppose the web
site in the number one position in search
results has bid 8 cents per prospective
customer; this means that that advertiser
agreed to pay 8 cents for each individual who
clicks on their link to take him/her to their
site. If position number two and three has
bid a little less than 8 cents, that’s how
much the advertiser is paying for each
visitor who clicks on their listing.

This kind of bid for position system will
guarantee a high placement for your web site;
all you got to do is out bid the site
currently in the position you want. This is
called “instant positioning.” Great, isn’t
it? (No waiting from two weeks to six months
to an entire year to get listed at the major
search engines!)

Recommendations

Don’t just bid on two or three keywords. Do
not just bid on six or twelve. Try to bid on
20, 50, 100, or as many as 500 keywords. This
way you might achieve 20, 50, or 100 times
more traffic to your site.

In order to submit many keyword bids, use
Goto’s spreadsheet template which you can
download. You fill it out and then return it.

Try to fit your keyword listing into the
popular categories, such as travel, sports,
computers, etc. You’ll get a lot more traffic
to your site if your listing appears at the
top 3 bids. Why? Because the top listings
at the popular categiories will show up on
the search engine site’s home page.

It’s an effective strategy to focus on only
one product or service in promoting; don’t
try to promote an entire category of products.

Do not send your potential customers to a web
site that will confuse them; make the web
page that you’re planning to send them
specifically designed for a particular
product, service, or program.

Strategies To Boost Your Click Throughs

Bid for a lower not too expensive position
for the more popular keywords.

Study and pay careful attention to each
popular keyword and the price at which each
advertiser is paying for that position.

You don’t necessarily have to be first. Some
advertisers in order to have first place
positions are paying mountains of money and
draining their account, sometimes without
generating enough sales. You can easily get a
decent position, like third or fourth place
very cheaply.

Aim to get listed on the first page, whether
you’re tenth or sixteenth place. Research have
shown that listings at the top and bottom of
premium pages are far more likely to get
clicked on as opposed to the middle.

You must strive to write a good ad copy that
jumps out at the potential customer. Your
headline will greatly determine how many
targeted potential visitors you’ll get at your
web site. Tell them in your copy what you’re
promoting and a number of good reasons why
they should click on your link to visit your
site.

Bid for only keywords that are relevant to
your project. Do not waste your limited
resources on keywords that will not help sell
and promote your products and services. It’s
a good strategy to bid as many relevant
keywords as possible. You will get a lot more
potential customers visiting your site. You
will be able to get sometimes effective
clicks for pennies!

Tracking Your Keywords

You got to track your keywords. You got to
know which keywords are getting the most
clicks.

As you monitor your keywords, you will be
able to better tune your efforts by upgrading
the value of your bids, increasing and
removing keywords.

You must check your keyword position on a
consistent daily basis to be on top. Others
will bid for top keyword positions and can
drive your keyword position down really fast!

All of this keyword maintenance, keyword
brain-storming, and bidding will easily absorb
20 to 30 hours of your time each week!

Do you want to save plenty of your precious
time by automatically checking your existing
and possible Goto keyword bids?

Do you want to save more time by automatically
daily updating your Goto keyword positions?

Do you want to save even more time by easily
managing an unlimited number of keywords?

Do you want to save a lot of money by
identifying keyword bidding opportunities by
showing pricing gaps for your keywords? (if
yes, go down to the bottom for further
details.)

Do you want to stay on top of your keyword
bidding status without having to manually
search keywords to find the price for your
optimum position?

Do you want to get an accurate picture of the
top 20 Goto bid positions for any keyword you
choose?

Do you want to be notified daily via email of
changes in your keyword bid positions?

Do you want your keywords arranged

Balance Transfer Credit Cards: Are They Right For You?

Filed under:Hall Of Mathematics — posted on @ 1:12 pm

If you are carrying a balance on one or more credit cards you already have, you may want to think seriously about applying for a new 0% balance transfer credit card offer.

Now you may be wondering how an issuer can possibly offer 0% balance transfers on credit cards, but it’s true. Many leading banks offer interest free balance transfers. That’s right, you can transfer balances from your current credit cards onto the new card that you apply for and pay 0% interest on the balance for up to 12 months. What’s more, some programs have absolutely NO fees to make the transfer, though you must qualify by having excellent credit. Other programs charge a 3% fee of the amount you transfer, but many banks commonly cap the fee at $75. That means that transferring more than $2500 will not cost you any additional fees.

Determining If a Balance Transfer Credit Card is Right for You

There may be a few cases when some consumers do not benefit by transferring to a zero interest rate card. For example, if you carry only a small balance from month to month and you intend to pay it off soon, it may be better to choose another credit card that offers a different benefit such as frequent flyer miles or bonus points good for merchandise, since the 0% interest savings are minimal for you.

But in most cases, taking advantage of a 0% credit card offer is a great deal. After all, why continue paying interest on your credit card balance with one bank when another bank is offering you 0% interest? There is no logical reason not to save yourself money.

The Benefits of a 0% Balance Transfer Credit Card

1. Paying 0% interest for 12 months can provide relief if you need to devote your cash to other expenses. With 0% interest, your monthly minimum payment is actually less than a credit card that charges interest, because more of your payment goes to paying off your principal each month rather than to paying the interest fees.

2. Alternatively, a 0% interest credit card allows you to pay down your debt more quickly because you might be able to increase your monthly payment since you no longer are paying interest for one year. For example, if you transfer $5000 to a 0% card, and your previous card had a 12% APR interest rate and a 3% minimum balance due payment, you would have spent $538 in interest fees over the year. But with the 0% card, you can choose to pay that extra $40 - $50 per month towards your principal, and thereby reduce a sizeable chunk of your debt.

3. Similarly, a 0% interest credit card might even allow you to pay off your balance with less each month if you chose to do this. For example, if you transferred $5000 and intended to pay if off over 1 year, you would need to pay $444 / month with a 12% interest card, but only $416/ month with a 0% interest card, a savings of $28 per month.

An Important Caveat

Please note that with any of the 0% balance transfer credit card offers, you must commit to making your payment on time each month. If you miss a payment or are late, you risk losing the 0% rate and you may find yourself paying a higher penalty interest rate on balances owed, so pay attention to your credit card statements and make your payments on time.

All in all, the savvy consumer should take advantage of the best 0% balance transfer credit card offer he or she can find. The best course of action is to look on the Internet for 0% card offers and assess the best choice for yourself, such as the Citibank Platinum Select Visa (with no transfer fees), or the Chase Platinum Visa, or HSBC Platinum MasterCard to name a few. It is recommended that you apply for the best card your credit history can qualify for and transfer as many balances as you can to take maximum advantage of these offers.

someone from your past, and finding your current partner
lacking? Worse yet, have you found yourself telling your current
partner he or she is being compared to someone in your past and
falls short?

What is it we are really after when comparing current and former
partners? Do we want our current partners to be just like our
exes? Probably not, or we would still be in those relationships.
I think when we are making a comparison, we are really after
something else. My hunch is what most of us really want is to
have our current partners meet some specific needs and desires
in the same, natural way as our past partners did.

Unfortunately, when we make this comparison between partners and
then tell our partner about it, he or she will probably not take
the feedback well. In fact, your partner will be very likely to
feel angry, resentful, and to make sure not to do what you want.

How can you, then, get what you want in a more effective way
than causing resentment and anger in your partner? How can you
have your needs and desires satisfied? It’s simple, really. Just
ask. But be sure to ask without making your partner wrong for
not already having met your needs.

Let’s look at an example. Let’s say you are not getting enough
romance in your current relationship, but had gotten plenty of
it in your past relationship, and liked it that way.

If you were comparing your current partner to your ex, you might
say things like, “Why aren’t you more like X? He (or she) was so
romantic. I would get flowers and cards from him all of the
time.” Or, you might say, “She was much more interested in
romance and intimacy than you are.” Then you might finish with,
“You are just not like him (or her),” with a negative
connotation in your voice.

As I said, after this kind of encounter, it’s unlikely you will
experience romantic gestures from your current partner, even if
he or she originally had a desire to be romantic.

Asking for your needs to be met looks very different than
comparing partners and making your current partner wrong.

You may say something like, “You know, I really like and
appreciate romantic gestures. Flowers or cards would make me
feel loved and appreciated. Physical intimacy would make me feel
loved and connected to you. I would like more of these from you.
Can you do that for me?”

With an approach like this, you are much more likely to get what
you want.

So stop comparing and start asking!

Toxic Overload

Filed under:Hall Of Medical Resources — posted on @ 6:41 am

A thirty-six-year-old construction worker withered in pain as the ambulance rushed him to the hospital. Andy’s cramps were excruciating and he thought he was going to die. The doctor told him that his gall bladder would need to be surgically removed and there was no time to waste. Three hours later, this otherwise apparently healthy young man lay recuperating in his hospital bed minus a vital organ needed to help the body system run properly, similar to a car with a leaky gas valve. And where do the gallstones go now since Andy had his gallbladder removed?

A fifty-six-year-old widowed secretary and grandmother of six began experiencing severe abdominal pains, throbbing back pain, nausea and vomiting. Abigail was told about a simple intestinal cleanse that might alleviate her condition, and maybe even eradicate her symptoms, but she was skeptical and didn’t believe a cleanse would really work. She continued with her way of eating and hectic lifestyle. Six months later, this wonderful woman had her colon removed; she now expels bodily wastes into a bag attached from her waist that she hides under her smock.

Modern-day diets are clogging our pipes and suffocating vital organs that are needed to run our bodies mechanisms efficiently. But there is something we can do. Cleanse the body of these toxic overloads. “Every tissue is fed by the blood, which is supplied by the bowel. When the bowel is dirty, the blood is dirty, and so on to the organs and tissues.” Dr. Benard Jensen

Our intestines are like a sewage system, because they too need periodic maintenance to keep running properly and effectively. When the toilet becomes clogged and you flush it, what happens? It overflows all over the floor. Either the toilet itself is clogged, or maybe it is the sewer line a thousand feet from your toilet. You try fixing the problem by using a plunger, but the toilet still overflows, because you are not attacking the source of the problem. Now you have to call rotor rooter to unplug the sewage line where it is clogged. In the same way with our intestinal tract, if it is clogged we need to unplug the intestinal pipes, so that the toxins can escape. Rotor rooter can’t do this for us; we need to cleanse our bodies by flushing out the old waste and deposit buildup. By fine-tuning the entire intestinal tract by cleansing, we are attacking the source of numerous health problems, and eventually many disease systems that cause numerous health problems.

How will you know if you have clogged intestines? Do you have, aching joints, high mucus levels, nagging backaches, allergies, obesity, boils on the face and back, persistent headaches, irritable bowl syndrome, pains in the gut, pot belly, sluggishness? Do you catch the common cold or flu easily, and do you feel weak and rundown? All of these are symptoms of toxic overload. The funny thing is, these symptoms don’t show up at the place it is overloaded, but at the weakest part of the body.

When I was a teenager every morning before school I ate sugary-boxed cereals for breakfast and waited at the bus stop drinking Pepsi. Before school I bought candy and chips to keep me satisfied before buying donuts for lunch. After school I ate toasted pop-tarts, and another Pepsi. My taste buds liked the sweet sugary sensation because I was addicted to sugar and caffeine.

Candies, cakes and cookies filled our cupboards and kitchen counters; we even had a drawer in the kitchen called the junk drawer that was always filled with processed snacks for the taking. Sound familiar? When I was young, eating this way did not phase me, I was a top runner in track, arm wrestling champion for the girl’s middleweight, and won several presidential awards for my athletic ability.

But soon this all changed. I got married and had three children, and started eating a little bit better, only because my husband was more health conscience than I. About eight years later, my athletic and muscle-toned body began taking on a new shape and feel. I didn’t like the way I felt. At thirty years old, I had persistent nagging lower back pain; I could barely sit down or get up without looking like the hunchback of Notre Dame. For two years I carried around a consistent throbbing in my lower back. I was fearful for my health because the doctors, or I did not know what the problem was.

I had huge pimples on my shoulders even though I scrubbed them vigorously with a loufa pad every day. I wasn’t fat, but I began exhibiting a potbelly, and days several days would go by without a bowl movement. My back, obviously being the weakest part of my body was severely getting worse. I went to the doctor, and was told, I was healthy as an ox, and nothing was wrong. He told me to do several exercises that would help lessen the pain in my back. He also informed me that lower back pain runs in 70% percent of the population at sometime in their lives, and is something most people just learn to live with. This wasn’t good news.

I tried the exercises, and it helped for a little while, but soon the throbbing came back. With two babies and a toddler, I certainly couldn’t lay on the floor all day doing exercises. At this point, besides always being tired, I became frustrated, edgy and nervous, but I was still determined to find the cause. I eliminated all processed foods from my diet, and bought a juicer and drank fresh-juiced vegetables and fruits daily, my three boys, and husband were enjoying the variety of fresh fruit juices and they were getting healthy as well.

I bought diet and herb books, and I even grew my own herbs and greens. Sprout sandwiches became the normal lunch in my home. My diet consisted of half raw foods and half cooked foods. Still, I had the lower back pains, not as bad, but I still couldn’t sit down like a refined lady supposed to sit down, I had to crouch my whole body into a semi-roll before sitting and I needed pillows under me for the persistent and aggravating hemorrhoids I got from being constipated, and another pillow behind me for back support. This went on for over two years, yet the doctor told me I was healthy.

“Every tissue is fed by the blood, which is supplied by the bowel. When the bowel is dirty, the blood is dirty, and so on to the organs and tissues.” Dr. Benard Jensen

When I was almost thirty-four-years old, a miracle cure was brought to the attention of a Pastor friend of mine who now writes, publishes, and distributes the book, “Cleansing or Surgery” The naturopathic doctor said my symptoms were so closely related to the effects of toxic overload that he was sure the cleanse would indeed work. Promise and hope came back into my spirits. My husband even decided to take the intestinal tract cleanse with me. The great part about the intestinal cleanse is we could still eat the same foods we had been eating before!

We took the three month intestinal cleanse, and my backache, constipation, potbelly, pimples, hemorrhoids, groggy and tired feeling vanished, just like that! Since then, I have done my own extensive research into why, when I changed my eating habits and eliminating processed foods, and eating half of my food intake raw, I was still showing and feeling the toxic overload symptoms. Simply because I wasn’t going to the source of the problem, but rather covering up the root of the source and health problems, which was a clogged and caked up intestinal tract.

When the intestines are caked with hardened fecal matter, nutrients and wastes cannot be transferred efficiently. The nutrients in the foods I was eating were not absorbing into my blood stream properly because of my clogged up intestinal tract. Now, after six years, and doing much research, I find how all of this makes so much sense.

The intestinal cleanse is effective at relieving these afflictions: Constipation, chronic fatigue, asthma, flues and colds, allergies, backache, respiratory disorders, digestive problems, such as gas, indigestion, and abdominal pain; prostrate troubles, headaches, and skin disruptions, colitis, and much more.

Every system in the body will function better once the intestines are cleaned
Intestinal Cleanse Ingredients:

You may contact me for any questions you may have associated with doing the intestinal cleanse. Angie@heavenministries.com

1) Premium quality whole psyllium husks- these husks provide fiber and lubrication for the bowels. When taken with liquid, they expand into a gelatinous mass, scrubbing the intestinal wall, by gathering up old fecal matter and caked on waste deposits. You can buy this at your local health food store; do not buy the tablet form or powdered form, they do not work. Get only the whole psyllium husks that you mix with water. The tablets and powder are already broke down and processed, therefore will not scrub the walls of the intestines like the whole husks do.

2) Blackstrap molasses- Blackstrap molasses is a rich source of minerals and vitamins. It is a bowel regulator and helps prevent constipation and colitis. Blackstrap molasses doesn’t digest entirely in the stomach like most other sugars. It only partially digests in the stomach, than goes into the intestinal tract and is consumed in the intestines. Because of this, nutrients are available in the intestinal tract where they are needed to help assist in the cleansing process. Molasses helps to regulate the bowls, and is an essential part of the intestinal program.
Whole Psyllium Husks and Blackstrap molasses are the only two ingredients needed for the intestinal cleanse. You may need to call your health food store ahead of time to make sure they have the whole husked form in supply.

Doing the Cleanse:
First week, take four times per day before meals.
1 level tsp. whole psyllium husks
1 tsp. blackstrap molasses
Dissolve in 8 to 10 ounces warm water
Drink immediately
Drink another 8 to 10 ounces water
Advance to full dosage, four times per day before meals.
1 level tbs. whole psyllium husks
1 tsp. blackstrap molasses
Dissolve in 8 to 10 ounces warm water
Drink immediately
Drink another 8 to 10 ounces water
Do this cleanse for a full three months for a complete digestive tract cleansing. After the three month period is over, you may discontinue taking the psyllium husks.

The most important thing we can do for ourselves is to keep an open mind to the cleansing possibilities regarding our health. After all, If I had not had the knowledge of this cleanse, or even worse, was skeptical of its properties, I could have very well ended up in my later years with a bag attached to my waist or without a gall bladder. Yet, here I am enjoying life to its fullest, completely healthy and grateful to the talented and open-minded people who have discovered ways to clean up our bodies without the use of conventional medicines, drugs and surgery.

“It is the bowel that invariably has to be cared for first before any effective healing can take place, “ Dr. Benard Jensen.

Try the intestinal cleanse and see the results for yourself, it is unbelievable the end result. Best wishes to you and your health, as you experience the natural properties of cleansing without surgery. Happy cleansing!

Natural and Dietary Therapies for Acne

The typical modern medicine answer to outbreaks of acne include antibiotics, drying agents, skin peelers and in some cases a very toxic and strong drug Accutane TM. All of these will normally work for a short period of time, but eventually, if the original cause of the acne is not addressed and treated, the acne returns, usually stronger and more widespread than before.

Many of the common theories regarding the possible cause of acne point to the improper release of toxins. As the skin is the largest organ of the body, it helps to eliminate toxins and waste through sweating if the kidneys and liver are overburdened. When a person’s diet is unhealthy, their hormones out of balance or their skin clogged, acne is usually one of the red flag symptoms.

In using natural therapies to treat acne, the focal points of treatment are to decrease the amount of toxins that need to be excreted, balance the hormones, and in general, bring the body back into balance. All of the above can be regulated through diet, herbs and other nutritional supplements.

Vitamin and mineral therapy is a good place to start in the quest to clear up a case of acne. Crucial additions to the diet include essential fatty acids, chromium picolinate, and zinc. A variety of vitamins such as Vitamin A, B complex with extra B3, Vitamin C with bioflavonoids, Vitamin D3, and Vitamin E are also helpful in supporting the body while it works to come back into balance.

Herbal therapy includes any herb that works to detoxify the liver and kidneys. Examples include burdock root, dandelion leaves, milk thistle and red clover. Burdock root and red clover also help in cleansing the blood which is another important part of the overall therapy to decrease acne outbreaks. For hormonal balancing many claim that chaste tree berry works very effectively.

Regardless of the type of treatment you decide to use, always check with your doctor first about the natural therapies you would like to try.
