Niche Marketing - Three Successful Business Models

So you’ve decided on a Niche Market, you’ve researched it,
created your product and found there’s a potential gold mine in
it, now you have to decide how you’re going to set your business
up. To help you decide here are three successful models to
consider.

Niche Business Model One - The Mini-Site

This is probably the most common model online based on a single
niche product. Here’s the process :

==> Buy a domain name based on your main keyword/phrase.

==> Create and set up a sales page and thank you/download page
(mini-site) targeting the niche.

==> Drive targeted traffic to the site.

==> Once established and producing revenue, find a different
niche and repeat the process again and again.

This model is relatively quick and easy to set up and requires
almost zero maintenance once it’s up and running. It also
provides safety in numbers, because if one of your sites fails
you still have income from all the others.

On the downside this can be quite an expensive model as each
niche you target will require a domain name and hosting for each
website unless you have a hosting package which allows you
multiple domains on the same account.

Niche Business Model Two - The Network

This model is similar to the one we covered above, but in this
case you have a series of mini-sites all focusing on a main
niche theme. Each mini-site is targeted at a different sub-niche
within the main theme and each site islinked to the others to
produce a network. If this sounds a little complicated, don’t
worry, it’s not. Here’s how it works :

==> Choose a main theme - for example Yoga.

==> Select a series of sub niches and build a mini-site for
each. This could be:

- mini-site A - Yoga for beginners

- mini-site B - Hatha Yoga

- mini-site C - Yoga mats

==> Link all the mini-sites to each other i.e. mini-site A to B
and C, mini-site B to A and C etc.

==> Drive targeted traffic to the sites.

==> Keep adding more sub-niche mini-sites and linking.

As with the Mini-Site model this is relatively quick and easy to
set up, though it does require a little more work to establish
the cross-linking of all the sites. But there is an added
advantage here that the reciprocal linking should help improve
search engine ranking for each site.

This model is also relatively maintenance free once set up,
apart from checking that all the links are working properly from
time to time. As with model one, it also provides safety in
numbers and separate income streams.

But like model one, this can also be quite expensive as each
sub-niche you target will require a separate domain name and
hosting etc.

Niche Business Model Three - The Content Site

This model is similar to number two except that the income
streams come “not” from linking individual mini-sites, but from
linking the different sub-niche sections within the same domain.
Here’s how this one works : ==> Choose a main theme - we’ll
stick with Yoga again.

==> Select a series of sub niches, for example:

- Yoga for beginners

- Hatha Yoga

- Yoga mats

==> Build content in the form of sales pages, product reviews,
articles, tips, RSS feeds etc. around each sub-niche.

==> Create links between each sub-niche using a relevant
keyword/phrase as the link name. You could also use a site map
to link all the pages in the website together.

==> Drive targeted traffic to the sub-niche pages.

==> Keep adding more sub-niches and linking.

Content sites are a lot more time consuming to set up than the
two mini-site models and require constant maintainance but the
search engines love them, so it’s well worth the time spent
building them if that’s the way you want to go.

Content sites also have the added advantage that they require
only one domain name and hosting package so they are relatively
inexpensive to run.

There are many other business models you can apply to your niche
marketing - these three are some of the most popular which are
working for a lot of people online. Try them and see what works
best for you.

Fly Fishing: A Perfect Family Past Time

In the hustle and bustle of day to day living in the 21st century, many people have their eyes open for activities that provide a much needed break from rushed routines. In this regard, when it comes to a sport that can be enjoyed by all members of a family, many people turn to fly fishing. Fly fishing has enjoyed continuous popularity with people of all ages — from senior citizens to children who have barely learned to walk.

What many people do not realize is that fly fishing is actually an ancient form of angling. In other words, fly fishing has been around for thousands of years. Initially, fly fishing was developed primarily by ancient peoples to catch trout and salmon. However, as the centuries progressed, fly fishing came to be used to catch other types of fish, including carp, bass and pike. Indeed, in this day and age, fly fishing as a technique even is used in salt water fishing in certain circumstances.

The reason that so many people enjoy fly fishing is really twofold or on two distinct levels. First of all, people obviously like actually taking off to a lake, pond or stream to cast for fish. However, a good many men, women and children also enjoy the preparatory process of making flies. For many people, fly tying is a much loved activity.

The making of flies to be used in fly fishing really has developed into something of a specialized art form. Certainly, the creation of flies has become an important hobby and past time enjoyed by people the world over. Over time, there have developed organizations dedicated to fly tying. Additionally, specialized schools favoring different types of fly tying have been created, drawing adherents from all across the globe.

During ancient times, fishers would craft flies using animal fur and bird feathers. Their goal was to create a fly that looked similar to insects and the like that fish naturally were attracted to as food. While the purpose of the handcrafted fly has not changed over time, the materials that are used to create flies has broadened greatly. In today’s world, the materials that people use in the crafting of handmade flies is limited only by imagination.

A notable number of families actually plan an annual vacation or holiday trip around fly fishing. They plot out travel plans that will take them to one or even several different fishing spots where they can spend truly quality time together fishing. In recent years, a number of resorts have been developed specifically for families who are interested in taking a fly fishing holiday.

With that said and when all is said and done, a family interested in fly fishing does not need to plan a grand holiday to enjoy the sport. Rather, they can spend a perfect day casting about in a local lake, pond or stream and create truly appreciated, fond memories for all — memories that will be cherished for years on end.

Realtors, Use Google’s new ‘Click to Call’ to Get Your Next Listing

Hello, this is Google calling, I have a call for you, please hold. Sound funny? Well, it might just be the next online advertising wave for professional Realtors.

Google has done it again. Google has come out with some very innovative advertising programs lately and this one is right up your ally if you’re a professional Realtor. Along with your Google AdWords pay per click campaign for your real estate website you can now have “click to call”. Instead of your real estate customers clicking through to your real estate website, they can now call you directly from your pay per click ad. If you’re a Realtor It’s a new and unique way for you to connect with potential real estate customers in your area.

Here’s how it works. Next to your Google AdWords ad your customers will see a phone icon. When your new real estate customer clicks the phone icon, they enter your phone number next they click “Connect For Free”. Google calls the number they provided. When you pick up, you hear ringing on the other end as Google connects you to your new customer. Next thing you know, your phone is ringing and there is a brand new real estate lead on the other end.

This service will make it easier for potential real estate clients to contact you without searching through your website for contact information. Realtors without a strong web presence, or first page ranking, have found that Goggles pay per click advertising is a great way to compete with other real estate websites in their market. Goggles “click to call” is going to turn up the volume on real estate AdWords ads.

To make your potential clients feel more comfortable, Google won’t share the customers telephone number with you, the advertiser. In addition, Google will delete the customers phone number from their servers after a short period of time. Also, Google foots the bill for all calls, local and long distance. However, if the customer calls your mobile phone, they may incur airtime fees depending on the mobile phone plan. Check your mobile phone provider for details.

This advertising product is geared towards smaller businesses and is perfect for the professional Realtor. Imagine, new real estate customers calling you when they come across your Google pay per click ad. You’re real estate customers can now have a direct pipe line to you, the real estate professional. You might be asking yourself why is pay per click advertising important for my real estate website? If you’re a Realtor, having a professional real estate web presence should be an important part of your real estate business. However, just having a website will not guarantee success. You need to market your website. If your clients don’t know you’re there, you may as well have a lemonade stand in the middle of the desert. You might have the best lemonade in the world, but, if no one can find you, you’re not going to sell much lemonade. Pay per click advertising is the fastest, most cost effective way for you to start marketing your website.

In real estate, one good listing or buyer can turn into thousands in commissions. Now with Goggles “click to call” your potential customers will have the luxury of speaking directly to you. Realtors are always looking for a way to track visitors to their website. Advertising has always been the life blood of the real estate industry, but it has always been difficult to judge what advertising was working. When someone uses the “click to call” program to inquire about real estate you will be getting live and immediate feedback on your Google advertising.

Real estate is a competitive business. You should be competing for those leads. That’s why Pay per click advertising is important for your real estate website and “click to call” will be a great addition to your pay per click advertising campaigns. Remember, Realtors won’t be replaced be technology, they will be replaced by the Realtors who use technology to their advantage.

Are You Content With Your Professional Profile? Five Ways to Buff Your Web Guru Shine

- ZZ Top

ZZ Top and the Fashion Police aren’t lying. If you want to make people buy from you, you have got to start looking ultra-professional. Ever see a sales page featuring testimonials from goofy looking dudes with messy hair and scrappy tee shirts? Would you buy from these people? Hell, no! Check these five ways to Buff Your Web Guru Shine so People Will Pay You The Fees You Deserve.

1. Update Your Photo.

Ditch that shot of you at the family picnic. Get a professional photo taken where you’ll be bathed in flattering light with your hair just so and that crisp attire that says “Power Marketer, Baby.” On a budget? Try a photoshoot taken by a good friend who knows how to use a digital camera.

2. Refresh Your Author Bio.

Log in to your favorite article website and take a good look at your author profile. What’s it say? Does the message reflect your current offering, or is it still advertising yesterday’s tired old news? When appropriate, entice your readers to a web page that tells your story and includes live links of websites where they can re-route to discover the “you” that best matches what they want to read.

3. Fix Your Logo.

Trying to portray sleek and savvy, but your web logo says “Romper Room?” Too many colors, cartoon-like fonts, too bright, too busy. These are all things you MUST CORRECT if you want to be a sharp-dressed web marketer with a hot logo that tells the story. Call a real designer who achieve that look you want - and if he doesn’t, ditch him.

4. Get a Tagline.

“Terrestrial” marketers have been using logos and taglines to brand themselves for centuries. Brainstorm a unique one-liner that distinguishes your business from the rest. Make it catchy, something that people will want to repeat over and over. After the line, share your URL and make sure it’s clickable. Finally tell the customer what to do: “Click here for more information.”

5. Put it All Together.

Giant corporations leave their signature stamp behind on everything they touch - their billboards, magazine ads, TV commercials, phone book listings, menus. You need to do this in your web travels, too. Leave your sign-off, URL and call-to-action wherever you roam - blogs, articles posts, emails. Every single Power Marketer on the web does this and it’s what you should be doing, no question about it.

Okay - so we’ve covered the basics of your “marketing appearance makeover.” We both have a lot of work to do, so let’s go buff that shine.

No Time to Scrapbook?

No time to scrapbook? Here are 9 ways you can make more time for scrapbooking.

1. Record your “why.” Make a list of all the reasons you love to scrapbook. What does it do for you
personally; for your family; for generations to come?. Ask your family and friends, “why are you glad
that I scrapbook?” The answers may surprise you. Scrapbook these answers and hang the finished piece
in your scrap space. Seeing the motivation hanging before you will make scrapbooking seem less self-indulgent.

2. Book it. Write in time for scrapbooking on your calendar or on your weekly to-do list. When you
schedule specific scrapbooking time, you may be more committed to keeping that time for yourself.

3. Let go. Remember that each page you scrapbook is a reflection of you at this moment, and sometimes
that means the layouts have to be simple and quick. It’s important to be able to let go of a layout without
holding yourself to a certain standard each time. Don’t taint the joy of scrapbooking by making it
one more thing you have to do.

4. Get inspired. If you feel like you aren’t getting enough accomplished or you’re feeling
burned out, find inspiration in fresh design books or a new magazine subscription. Or slam out some quick
pages with a page kit.

5. Fresh products. Subscribe to a monthly auto-ship kit. When you invest in your scrapbooking habit at
regular intervals, fresh ideas and inspiration — appropriate for the season, come right to your doorstep.

Encourage a few friends to
join and- viola - instant club! And you won’t spend so much time wandering the aisles of your local
crapbooking store (Unless of course you want to) because all of the supplies already coordinate.

6. Organize. Make your supplies and tools easy to get to and to find. Get the organizational system you
need to make the best use of your time. Tidy and organize your area as soon as you are finished with a
layout or project so it doesn’t become daunting to go there the next time.

7. Scrapbook with your family. Scrapbooking itself can create some magical family moments. Even young
children can get started with their own creations. I love to watch my children record their memories and
create cards for friends.

8. Start (or join) a scrapbook club. Get a few friends together to scrapbook at a regular time each week
or month. When we have someone that is waiting to meet us there, we are more inclined to hold the commitment.

9. Make it your business. Become a scrapbooking instructor or consultant. When you move from the spending
side of our favorite hobby to the earning side, you may be surprised how much family support you’ll get.
When scrapbooking is your hobby *and* your job, all of your creations become “demo pages,” too —
and that is multi-tasking at its finest.

Five Keys to Make Your Cold Calls Sizzle

Do you clam up on the telephone? An advertising rep called the other day to sell some ad space in a local news magazine. After I said, “Hello,” there was nothing but monotone dialog until I interrupted him a minute later. It sounded like he was reading a script… but he wasn’t (I asked).

When you make calls trying to sell your products or services to your prospects, don’t forget to be yourself. Here are five simple tips that will help.

  1. Smile — it can be heard in your voice.

  2. Stand up — it helps you breathe.
  3. Look In The Mirror — it will help if you can see what your face is doing. You’ll convey your message better.
  4. Listen — remember it’s about your prospect, not about you.
  5. Be Personable — act like you’re talking to the person face-to-face. It makes the process easier.

USE THE MEDIA–marketing help for biz.

“Do News Releases Work?”

Invariably, when I talk with business people on-line, someone asks that question. Many of us have sent out a press release only to be greeted with silent indifference from the media. But that doesn’t have to be the case. The media needs, must have, craves, can’t do without a steady stream of usable news. YOU are the person that can supply the news they need. And you can get free publicity for your business at the same time.

Even better, you can email your press release to the media. That makes it much cheaper to send a release to lots of media sources

The news release is the time honored method of putting nformation before the media. This is especially true for businesses and organizations. It takes the form of a page or two detailing your message, generally slanted a bit to favor your goals. In its most basic form, the news release has your name and contact number at the top, followed by some points that will interest the media outlet.

You Gotta’ Be Newsworthy!

Make sure your story is something that the reporter will agree is important. Newspapers don’t like it if you send in an ad for your business to be used as a news story. Their attitude is, “Hey, if you want to advertise, call the advertising department and buy and ad.” You have to cloak your message in a story that is newsworthy, a story that readers will find helpful, interesting, simulating, sad, or hopeful.

If your message seems too commercial for your local daily newspaper or TV newscast, try sending your release to a trade publication in your industry. A story that is of little interest to the general pubic will often be welcomed with open arms by a more specialized industry newsletter or e-zine.

The bottom line is this: think like the media, shape your message to fit their likes. Do that and your message has a good chance of being used. Above all, don’t let up. While one media manager may not have the slightest interest in your idea, another will welcome you with open arms. The media needs piles of fresh stories everyday.

Where Do You Find the Addresses for the Media?

It used to be that you had to shuck out a few hundred bucks to buy a media guide on CD-ROM. Now that just about every media entity in the world is on-line, the process of getting accurate addresses is much easier and
cheaper.

Gebbie, a well-known guide, has jumped ahead of the pack and put their addresses and links on a well organized web site (http://www.gebbieinc.com). I recently sent a press release via e-mail to over 1000 of the radio stations Gebbie has listed and hot very good
results.

Remember, bulk mailing your press release to media is not the same as spamming individuals. Media expects to get unsolicited promotional announcements. That’s the business their in.

There are also companies that will send your press release out for you, although I’m not so sure you’ll get better results than the do-it-yourself method. Mostly automated press release services make the job much faster.
The top press release agency in the corporate world is PR Newswire
(http://www.prnewswire.com or 800/832-5522).

PR News Target (http://www.newstarget.com) claims to have cultivated a relationship with thousands of editors covering a variety of industries. I would take that with a grain of salt. When I worked in media we often got calls or cards from PR firms asking if we wanted to get their stuff. We usually said yes because they would sometimes send free hats, shirts, and other trinkets. The press releases often went into the trash. It’s much better if YOU cultivate your own relationship with editors.

Jennifer Howard of American Small Business Association does a fine job of sending to over 5,000 media outlets for $250 .

Also check out Automated Press Releases (http://www.gapent.com/pr). For the nice price of $12.50 per hundred, they’ll send your release to any of
their 7,600 media sources in 37 countries. While you’re at the Automated site, read through their “Pet Peeves of the Media” article.

Some PR firms will write your press release for you. The price usually runs around $200 for a one-pager. (Don’t do it! I’ll write it for you cheaper.)

Here’s a simple example of what a standard press release looks like:

The Secret To Healthier Plants? Let’s Ask My Grandfather.

Filed under:The Gardening Way — posted on @ 9:20 am

My Grandfather was an old school farmer from way back who depended on his crops for his living. He, like farmers then and now, knew that the secret to optimum yield and plant health begins in the soil. If the soil was just right and other conditions were favorable, his yields were higher and he could make a descent living that would get his family through the rest of the year.

My grandfather also knew that the condition and health of the soil directly influenced the plants ability to resist disease and insects. Having to use any type of insecticide on his farm was virtually unheard of. And yet, he had no insect problem.

So the question of what is the secret to healthier and more beautiful plants should really begin with the question of what is the secret to healthy soil.

Many factors will influence the quality and condition of your soil. And at the top of the list is the ph (acidity or alkalinity) of soil. Most folks have heard about soil ph but very few know how important it is and the difference it makes in color, yield, flavor, heath, etc.

If the ph of soil is incorrect, nutrient uptake is limited or restricted altogether. It doesn’t matter how much fertilizer you add, the plants won’t be able to use it efficiently. Iron, for instance, becomes locked into soil that is too alkaline. It won’t matter how much iron you add, the plant won’t be able to pick it up and use it.

If growing is not optimal, plants start to yellow or look sickly, and there is no obvious signs of insects, the first place to start is by testing the soil. In granddads day, folks would actually taste the soil to test the ph. If it was sweet, it was acid. If it was sour, it was alkaline. Fortunately for us, we don’t have to go out to our gardens and eat dirt. Modern test kits are available at garden centers, they’re inexpensive and easy to use.

Most plants prefer a slightly acid to neutral soil. Neutral is a 7 on the scale while slightly acid is a 6 on the scale. And I did say most plants. Some plants do prefer more acid soil and some do like alkaline. It’s a good idea to know a little bit about what you’re growing.

Now, my grandfather had a magic ingredient that he continually added to the soil. This magic ingredient would actually create healthy soil, buffer perfect ph, and facilitate proper nutrient uptake. It also made plants not so tasty to insects.

A magic ingredient? Not hardly. A lost art and science. Definitely. His magic ingredient was that he dutifully returned everything back into the soil. Everything from plant wastes to manure to kitchen scraps. His magic ingredient was nothing more than pure natural organics. If a soil was found to be out of balance, it was a matter of a simple adjustment. A little bit of sulfur to buffer alkalinity or a little bit of lime to buffer acid and also tilling in more bulk organics.

Farmers and gardeners back then couldn’t rely on a lot of chemical fertilizers because they were either unavailable or they simply couldn’t afford them. Oh I’m sure they would have liked to have had them since it would have made life much easier. However, what we didn’t use then that we do use now is why they had healthier plants, higher yields, better tasting food, more nutritional food, and even more colorful flowers. Again, the difference is organics.

Organically prepared soil eventually becomes stable and naturally balance in ph. All necessary plant nutrients become available and plants are able to use what they need and only when they need it. An excesses of individual nutrients in organic soil will actually be buffered and not do the plants any harm.

Plants grown in organic soils are naturally more resistant to insects and disease. They’re simply healthier and insects and disease generally attacks plants that are already unhealthy to begin with.

Chemical fertilizers are like a quick shot in the arm and plants will greedily take in more than they need. This weakens a plants ability to resist disease and insects. Then, of course, you’re going to need insecticides. However, healthy organic soil is also full of millions of beneficial bacteria and micro-organisms. Chemical fertilizers and insecticides will kill these very necessary elements and weaken plants immune systems even further. And so in using chemicals, we create a never ending no win cycle.

Creating organic soil will take a little effort and won’t happen overnight. It will take a few seasons. However, the rewards will far outweigh the effort. And eventually you’ll find that you spend less time taking care of your garden and more time enjoying it.

To begin with, start saving those leaves and grass clippings. This is a wonderful no cost resource. If you don’t have any of your own, I’m sure your neighbors will give you some of theirs. You can compost them or shred them as top dressing that will eventually break down into the soil.

I’ll also suggest two books to you. Rodales Complete Book Of Composting and Rodales Encyclopedia Of Organic Gardening. These two books alone will give you all the knowledge you need for composting and organic gardening.

Other secret ingredients are all around you, are usually free, and are often found right in your own trash can. Kitchen scraps, coffee grounds, and even some papers can be composted.

Have a friend with a stable? Some folks will let you clean out their stable just for doing it. This is a very inexpensive way to add a lot of bulk organics very quickly. Keep in mind though that manure is better composted as it is extremely alkaline due to a high content of urea.

On top of all of this there is an endless list of organic materials, mineral dusts, and rock fertilizers available through organic gardening stores and sites.

So there you have it. I did learn something from my grandfather. And so did you.

Home Appliances, Select Them on Price or Energy Efficiency?

Filed under:Home Improvement Center — posted on @ 9:13 am

For many people, price is the most important consideration when buying appliances. What they forget, however, is that there are two prices for anything which consumes power, the buying price and the running price. Buying appliances with energy efficiency in mind may cost more up front but save you money in the long run.

Most modern appliances like refrigerators and washing machines carry a label indicating their energy efficiency. Products which use the least amount of power are qualified to use the “Energy Star” label. This is a government backed program aimed at providing consumers and businesses information about saving energy.

In order to be labelled ,energy efficient, a product must meet certain criteria. For example, refrigerators must use 15% less electricity than the minimum standard set by the federal government. Office equipment must automatically switch to a low-power sleep mode after a certain period of inactivity.

Almost every major appliance such as air conditioners, freezers, furnaces, and pool heaters qualify for the Energy Star label. Buying an Energy Star product will save you money on your utility bills and will be better for the environment. Using less electricity in the home means less fossil fuel consumed by power producing plants, and less greenhouse gas emissions.

Will an energy efficient product save you money? Absolutely! Each product has a label which says how much energy it consumes. You can use this information to figure out exactly how much power you will save over the life span of the appliance. Factor in rising energy costs and your savings are even more.

The energy efficiency of any product is dependent on the engineering of the various parts that use power. For example, an air conditioner has a circulation pump, a fan, and a motor to turn the blades, as well as electronic components for controlling the temperature. Each one of these can be designed to save energy, so the overall energy efficiency is affected by the quality of these components.

Some local governments offer incentives for people to buy energy efficient products. Be sure to get informed – you may qualify for rebates or low interest loans to purchase these items.

Digital TV for beginners

Filed under:World Of Technology — posted on @ 9:04 am

Good news digital TV is here!

What is so great about digital TV, you wonder?

Well, for one thing resolution is much improved. Currently, analog television provides up to 500 lines of resolution. The resolution of an analog TV is 720 x 486 for a total of 349,920 pixels. Digital TV especially high definition television provide resolution of up to 1920 x 1080 pixels. which gives total of 2,073,600 pixels. That means the resolution of high definition TV is 6 times greater than analog television. Also, the pixel in analog television resembles that of a tall building that is it is tall and rectangular. HDTV pixels are 4 times smaller which means you get 4 times more pixels in a given area and giving four times more resolution. That means you get sharper and clearer pictures.

High definition TV has a aspect ratio of 16:9 while analog TV has an aspect ratio of 4: 3. Our field of vision is more attuned to a wider view . We have a rectangular field of vision rather than a square one . That means our eyes see more of the left and right rather than the top and bottom. A wide screen image fills more of our field of vision and provide a better picture. Films and movies are also made closer to 16:9 ratio aspect so when these movies are shown on TV you wouldn’t get your picture cut off or the annoying black strips on your TV set.

High definition television enables you to enjoy Dolby digital surround sound. That means you can have 5.1 channels of sound for your left ,center and right front speakers and two rear surround speakers and finally a sub-woofer. Isn’t that great?

Conventional analog TV uses interlaced display which show images with 60 fields or 30 frames in a second. Each frame is broken into two fields consisting only of even or odd rows of 240 lines. The odd rows are shown first and the scanning process starts from left to right , then top to bottom . The whole process is now repeated for the even rows. The process creates artifacts such as visible scan lines and becomes more apparent as the size of the TV screen increases. The flickering which occurs also makes our eyes tired. Digital TVs support progressive scanning which draws 60 full frames in a second instead of only 60 half frames in a second. You get a smoother image with less flicker and scan lines are hardly noticeable.

Going digital means you have greater choices of programmes than before. Broadcasters can choose to broadcast standard definition television which permit multiple programming. Broadcasters are limited bandwidth to broadcast their channels. They make use of compression technologies called MPEG2 to remove unnecessary parts of a picture . Take an example of a beach scene where someone saunters across the beach. The only object that moves is the person. So data is being transmitted only for the movement of the person from left to right while the old data is used for the sky, the sea and the beach.

Remember your disappointment on seeing a NSTC TV screen with snowy images /ghostly images? This is because of broadcast signal is being blocked or the broadcasting station is too far. Well, you won’t have this problem if you have a digital TV. Images are either picture perfect and you don’t receive it at all. This is the nature of digital technology which is either 1 or 0.

In time to come, digital television would encompass the use of interactive television. Instead of just sitting in front of your television being a couch potato, it offers you opportunity to shop online, play games and enjoy other activities.
