Increase Company Collaboration with Microsoft Exchange

57% of the total revenue spent on corporate email software is being spent on Microsoft Exchange Server (Ferris Research, 2005). Microsoft Exchange Server is an email software package that resides on a server that enables office workers to collaborate more effectively. Whether you know it or not, most small businesses use it. Microsoft Exchange Server gives you more control over your company email and scheduling.

What are the benefits of Exchange Server? Exchange enables you to see and edit another user’s email, tasks, and calendar instantly (if they’ve granted you permission to do so). Having the ability to view others’ calendars means you are able to plan around meetings people in your office have already scheduled. You are able to create master contact lists and global calendars for your company so teams are always on the same page. You can also set the famous “Out Of Office Auto-Response” feature before you leave town with Exchange Server so those who email you know you are not in the office without calling. Best of all, you’ll have the option to view all of your email, tasks, and calendars by logging into your account over the Internet with a standard web browser (aka: Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator) (click here for picture) while you are out of the office in the event that you need to access your email quickly and don’t have your laptop with you. This feature is great if you need to get to your email in a pinch. best of all, it comes free with Exchange Server!

Are you ready for Exchange? Microsoft Exchange Server is a technology that is not unique to the world of business. That means that if your company is not using Exchange to collaborate, your competitors probably are. Microsoft Exchange is generally used for companies with 5 or more employees. Exchange Server is the most widely used type of email setup on the market today! In order for companies to get the full benefits of Microsoft Exchange, they must be running the program, Microsoft Outlook on their computers. This means if you’re running Outlook to view your email now, your company may be half way to Microsoft Exchange Server.

Can you use Microsoft Outlook WITHOUT Exchange Server? It is possible to use a program called Microsoft Outlook to receive email on the user’s computer without using Exchange on a server. This type of setup dramatically limits the functionality to the Outlook program however. This setup is called POP email. (For a comparison, click here) POP email presents challenges with backing up email messages. It also becomes a problem if users move from computer to computer because the messages do not move with them. You are also unable to share user’s email, tasks, and calendar instantly with others at your company. Public folders are not available as well for group calendars without Exchange.

It’s only a matter of time… When companies are ready to go to the Exchange setup, the employees are already familiar with how to get around Microsoft Outlook if you’re running in POP mode now. This makes the training process a whole lot easier when companies make the switch. Remember, if you’re a growing company and are already using Microsoft Outlook for your email, it’s not a question of if you’ll use Exchange Server…it’s a question of when.

Enjoy Christmas Everyday With Christmas Screensavers

Filed under:Internet Travel Resources — posted on @ 11:32 pm

Most of us say - Let every day be Christmas. But we say this only during Christmas. As Christmas passes, the spirit passes and after some days, we all get busy with our day-to-day life and forget everything about Christmas and its spirit.

Why do we wish every day to be Christmas? Because we all love the atmosphere of Christmas and the time, when we love giving. The times when we forgive, our hearts are full of love for others and compassion overflows. We love that kind of experience. Unfortunately we forget all about it after some time. How to retain that spirit and feel love all through the year? Let me give you a very simple remedy. Download few beautiful Christmas screensavers and desktop wallpapers on your desktop and watch them every day.

Let us find out how this works. Let us give you an example. When you watch something beautiful, when you hear lovely music and when you read inspiring and loving text, your mood changes for the better immediately. Your state changes to a very positive state. When you see something dirty, hear noises and read dirty words, your mood changes to negative in a fraction of a moment. Our sense organs can change our state in a short time. Therefore it is important that we battle with all the negatives with positives to keep our state happy and positive.

Christmas Screensavers with lovely music, video shots and messages of giving can do this very effectively. Whenever you are feeling bad and depressed, watch some of the Christmas screensavers and your mood will change immediately for the better. Why not give it a try? You can make every day Christmas.

Evaluating the Need for Separate ADHD Schools and Knowing Your Child’s Legal Rights

Filed under:Life Of Health — posted on @ 11:01 pm

by Tess Thompson

When a child has ADD ADHD, it is not uncommon for the first
person to recognize the symptoms to be the child’s teacher. Many
of the symptoms of ADHD can seem more pronounced in a structured
classroom setting, when a child is forced to sit still and focus
on something specific. Of course, a teacher’s suspicion is not
grounds for assumption that your child has the condition. A
diagnosis of ADHD should come only after valid ADHD assessment
tests and extensive professional evaluation that includes such
factors as his or her behavior at school, at home and at play,
and that eliminates the possibility that your child is suffering
from other conditions, such as depression or anxiety, that can
produce similar symptoms.

If you do determine that your child has ADHD and needs special
child ADHD treatment, you should be aware of the legal rights
your child has to an education that accomodates his or her
needs. ADHD children can have difficulty performing well in
school and teachers can become frustrated with students who have
behavioral problems or who require constant attention. Although
you can weigh the benefits of private tutors, homeschooling or
“ADHD schools” — special schools for children with learning
disabilities (ADHD is not technically a learning disability, but
some schools have programs that include instruction for ADHD
children), there are laws which mandate that your child receive
specialized education within the confines of the public school
system as well.

The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) is a
federal statute that requires schools to identify children who
have ADHD or other learning disorders and to provide special
education or provide other services to qualifying students. In
order to qualify under IDEA, a child’s ADHD must be found to be
severe enough to impair the child’s education. Children who
suffer from ADHD may also qualify under IDEA if they have
simultaneously been diagnosed with a learning disablity or with
emotional problems.

Chidren who don’t qualify for specialized education under IDEA
can still find help under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act
of 1973, which is an anti-discrimination provision designed to
protect people with disabilities. It prohibits programs that are
federally funded, such as public schools, from discriminating
against people with disabilities, and requires schools to
accomodate them. Accomodations can include things such as
altering test-taking rules or providing help with note-taking.

The Americans with Disabilities Act also prohibits
discrimination on the basis of disability, but includes
organizations which recieve no federal funding. Under this
provision, children with ADHD qualify for special help at public
and at private schools.

Although these statutes must be legally upheld by schools, some
school systems do not accurately train teachers and
administrators to recognize the symptoms of ADHD, and they are
often unaware of their legal obligations to accomodate children
who suffer from it. Your child does have a legal right to these
provisions, and you have the right to request them. In rare
cases, when a school has been found to lack in sufficient
accomodation, the state has paid for children to attend
specialized private schools. Many public schools, however, have
excellent systems in place, and more and more frequently,
teachers are being trained to teach all kinds of students,
including those with ADHD.

Dogs get more human every day

First pet stores began selling clothes for pets. Then kennels upgraded from a wire cage to four-star hotels for man’s best friend. Now you can even buy insurance for your four-legged friend. Everything from health insurance to third party insurance for the family pet is getting to be big business in the animal world.

Pet owners can find insurance for a myriad of pet related problems. For example, assistance in finding Fido if he goes missing; third party insurance in case Rex gets a little perturbed and bites the neighborhood bully; life insurance. All are valid reasons to consider buying pet insurance. But like insurance for your family, you should research the different insurance companies thoroughly before plunking down your hard earned money. So how do you decide what insurance company to go with and what type of insurance you are likely to need? Easy…know your pet.

Ask yourself these questions before you begin your research. What physical ailments is your pet’s natural enemy? For example, German Shepards are prone to hip displasia as they get older so a good health plan is something you would want to consider.

What percentage of the dog bites reported to the police are instigated by your breed? For instance, Pit Bulls are responsible for a good percentage of dog bites in the United States, though Rottweilers and German Shepards come in a close second. If you own one of these breeds, no matter how docile and kind you believe your pet to be, third-party insurance would be a good idea.

Finally, will your dog be a show dog, watchdog, breeder or family pet? If he or she is a show dog, life insurance may be good idea. Since Fido is helping to put food on the table, life insurance would help cover those losses.

Once you have the answers to these questions, begin your research. Go to any search engine on the Internet, type in “pet insurance” and you will be whisked away to an unlimited number of websites that sell what you are looking for. But like insurance for your family, some of the websites can be confusing. Ask your vet what company has given him the least amount of problems. Ask other owners of your breed what insurance company they use.

There are so many insurance companies out there that offer a wide variety of insurance plans at a low price (some companies offer full coverage for as little as $9 a month) that you are likely to sign up for something you do not need. So the answer to the insurance question when buying a new pet is unfortunately the same as every other pet-related question…Research, Research, Research. Though in my personal opinion, unlike clothes for your darling Tinkerbelle (which I think is more embarrassing for the owner than it is for the animal), or over priced training (which you can do yourself if you are willing to put in the time) pet insurance is a necessary expense. If you don’t believe me, wait until the bill comes due.

Mary Had A Little Lamb

Filed under:New Age Infos — posted on @ 10:13 pm

In this classic nursery rhym, Mary’s little lamb followed her
everywhere she went, even to shcool one day, but according
to God’s Word, His Lamb didn’t follow anyone, not even His
own mother, but instead He led the way because He was
and still is the Way today.

“But supposing Him to be in the caravan; they traveled on a
day’s journey; and (then) they sought Him (diligently, looking
up and down for Him) among their kinsfolk and
acquaintences.” Lk. 2:44 (Amplified)

At the tender young age of 12, Jesus was already filled with
wisdom, something that takes most of us a life time to
achieve! He was also filled with the grace of God which was
upon Him. This shouldn’t seem so unusual when you stop
and think that Jesus was God in the form of a humble 12
year old boy. This alone made Him one of a kind. He was
not a typical boy of his age. Jesus did not run away to pull a
prank on His parents. Instead, He knew He had business to
attend to out of obedience.

But, nonetheless, His parents who were normal parents like
any of us today, were worried and filled with dread to think
that something might have happened to their young Son.
After three days of looking they finally found Him and much
like any parent today, they were both ecstatic and upset at
the same time. Jesus was found sitting quietly in the court
of the temple listening and asking questions of the
teachers. (Lk. 2:46)

Not only was the young Jesus inquisitive, but everyone who
heard Him were astonished at His intelligence. They did not
realize who He was. His insight and understanding were far
beyond a normal person’s, especially for one so young. (Lk.
2:47)

It was their first reaction to scold Him, but Jesus set them
straight.

“And when they (Joseph and Mary) saw Him, they were
amazed; and His mother said to Him, Child why have You
treated us like this? Here Your father and I have been
anxiously looking for You (distressed and tormented).” Lk.
2:48 (Amplified)

“And He said to them, How is it that you had to look for Me?
Did you not see and know that it is necessary (as a duty) for
Me to be in My Father’s house and (occupied) about My
Father’s business?” Lk. 2:49 ( Amplified)

Just like many of us still today, His parents didn’t even
comprehend what He was actually saying to them. So many
times we can be face to face with the things of God and still
miss them. But we have no one to blame but ourselves
because God tells us that if we seek Him (diligently) we will
find Him. It’s more than just looking casually for Him, it must
be a serious undertaking on our part. Mary and Joseph
spent 3 of the longest days of their life diligently searching
and seeking after Jesus. They never gave up. And just like
the young Mary and Joseph, even after we find Him, we don’t
always understand what a treasure we found!

At the age of 12, Jesus was already telling them that they did
not have to look for Him…and neither do we. Actually it’s the
other way around.

“Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears and
listens to and heeds My voice and opens the door, I will
come in to him and will eat with him, and he (will eat) with
Me.” Rev. 3:20 (Amplified)

As long as we are willing to listen and answer Him, He will
come to us. He makes Himself availble to anyone and
everyone who desires His presence. He promises to be
right there. It’s not a game of hide and seek on His part. He
never was hiding from His parents, they just lost sight of
Him.

Many times we make things alot harder on ourselves than
necessary. God has made finding Him so easily
accessable for all who wish to find Him.

Even John the Baptist, who knew before hand that Jesus
was the Messiah Who was to come still doubted even after
He did show up. In fact John sent two of his disciples to go
to Jesus and ask if He was indeed the One. They weren’t
even sure or if they should continue to look. (Lk. 7:20)

Doubt is a very dangerous roadblock. It will blind us
everytime to the truth that is staring us right in the face.
Doubt cost John his very life in the end.

Jesus’ parents who finally found their Son, noticed that He
was doing His Father’s business and nothing changed
years later when the disciples found Him. He was still doing
His Father’s business. Jesus was then and still is today in
the business of healing and spreading the “Good News” of
the gospel. It’s the best news for anyone who has the ears
to hear it.

“And blessed (happy-with life, joy and satisfaction in God’s
favor and salvation, apart from outward conditions-and be
envied is he who takes no offense in Me and who is not hurt
or resentful or annoyed or repelled or made to stumble
(whatever may occur).” Lk. 7:23 (Amplified)

We, who have salvation through the Lamb of God will have
that peace, joy and satisfaction in our lives no matter what
the circumstances may be. It’s because of Mary’s little Lamb
that we have the promise of everlasting life through the Lion
of Judah! (Rev. 5:5)

As humble and quiet as Jesus came to us, He is just as
sure to return with wrath and fury to put an end to all
suffering of mankind once and for all. I don’t know about you,
but I’m happy that Mary’s little Lamb left her side to go about
His Father’s business, which was to save a wretch like me.

Unless we see the cross overshadowing the cradle, we
have lost the real meaning of Christ’s birth.

Business Opportunity

How to select an online business opportunity!

As you know my website, is about Business opportunities. I love to work from home with my business programs. Over the last 1 year I’ve tried almost every kind of business opportunity, get rich quick scheme and moneymaking program you can think ,but it didnt work out for me then. For all my efforts over the 1year, nothing seemed to fit or work for me. Does any of this sound familiar? I use a lot of time searching and try out these programs until i figure out that there was only a few once who appeal to me, and from there i started FOCUS on my Business opportunites at home programs. There is alot very good home based business opportunites, business opportunity, home business opportunity, work at home business opportunity, Internet opportunities, Online business opportunity on internet, but it is important for you to find the business opportunity program who you like to work with, and understand and would give time and efforts to work with in years to come.

Look for business opportunites programs with a very good follow up and great products, how long in business,etc..CEO, easy to reach by e-mail, mail or phone. A good training and support, easy to understand how to get the business up and run in a short time. Sponsor who answer your e-mail and follow you up, when you have found that business opportunity you would start doing business with, you should FOCUS ,and learn every “step by step” of the program. Its the key to success. And dont forget that running a business on internet needs to been taking care of and you need to” work” your business to succeed,of course. Make sense..?

Running a business form home is fun, being your own boss, setting your own business hour, but be aware of people around you! Its easy to forget time and surroundings, make your working hours “clare “,and dont let your family and friends suffer from your business, rather show them that this can be done from home in a normal matter of efforts and time..

Take a look at the online partner program I’ve opted at http://partner.nimbustel.com . Its a prepaid calling card business opportunity in USA which i found to be very good and reliable, and they have show me that this business is for real..Look out for Scams…! They provide you with everything needed to run a sucessfull online ecommerce business.

Yes, there are a few (many) other home businesses that the “small guy” can be successful with, you just have to look for the right one for you, check them out and find out everything who is possible before getting in and pay anything to them, when thats done you should be on your way with your home business.

Have you ordered courses and business “startup” packages that deliver a lot of hype and very little in the results category, its the same as i did..we all do that in beginning, there are a lot of free marketing tools to choose from and some very good programs who you have to buy, CHECK it out …You will find many on internet too..

Find the perfect online business at home for you and break free from the “rat race” and increase the amount of money and independence that you have in your life. Isn’t that what everyone really wants. Of course it is…and if you can start for free with you business, even better!

How to organise your digital and traditional photographs in a single system

Digital photography promises much. Store your photographs on
your computer, print them when you want, email them to friends
and family – share them to your heart’s content. Couldn’t be
easier, could it? So how come that for most of us storing and
sharing our photographs is a bit of a nightmare? The ease of
using a digital camera is its very undoing. It’s easy to take
some shots and then ‘work on them later’. The trouble is that
‘later’ doesn’t happen often enough and we build up a huge
backlog of images that we have to sort and process. That’s where
things start to get untidy. Very soon you won’t know what you’ve
printed or you won’t be able to find the original file of that
cute shot that your wife wants a copy of. So what’s the answer?
As the Greek philosopher Hesiod put it nearly 3,000 years ago,
“It is best to do things systematically and disorder is our
worst enemy.” You need to plan a system for processing your
photographs and be systematic in everything you do You probably
remember that after the thrill of your first digital camera, you
began to realize some of its limitations. Without a computer or
other digital device, it’s hard to share them with granny or the
cousins back home. You realize that you have to have traditional
prints to pass around and share. So the planning system you
adopt must cater for both digital and physical prints – you need
a single system that organizes both and ensures your precious
memories are stored forever. Here’s a six point plan to
establishing your own system. 1. Decide how you want to organise
your photographs Without a system, you’ll just get a list of
meaningless file names. The longer this goes on, the harder it
will be for you to find the photos that you want. You’ve got to
have a system – a way of organising – one that suits you. I
choose to organise my photos by event – but you could do it by
date, by family member or by whatever is meaningful to you.
Under ‘My Pictures’ on my hard drive, I have four sub-folders –
Family, Business, Holidays and ‘The Best’. The first three are
self-explanatory; ‘The Best’ is where I keep images of which I’m
particularly proud. 2. Create mirror images on both your
computer and photo album People love traditional prints so no
matter how proud you may be of your computer skills, to really
share your photos with friends and family, you’ll need physical
prints to pass around. And to get the most from your memories
you should have a single system that runs across both. Once
you’ve decided on your system – use the same categories on both
your computer and your physical photo album. 3. Taking your
photos Snap away happily but don’t carry around useless
photographs on your camera or waste your time downloading them
before deciding to bin them. As soon as you’ve taken photographs
have a quick look at them and dump the ones that don’t look
special. Be ruthless and immediate. 4. Downloading back home The
temptation is to rush and get the exciting photos on the
machine. This is where discipline is needed. You need to have an
uninterrupted session. If you can arrange that easily fine. If
you can’t you should set aside a regular time once a week to do
all your photographic work. There are four tasks: •Download your
photographs onto your hard disk •Edit them, e.g. get rid of red
eye •Give each file a meaningful name with a date – so instead
of ‘P1010012’ use ‘Sarah on the beach 07/03’ •Save them in the
appropriate folder. Now make a back up copy. This is essential –
you don’t want to risk losing your images. I use a ZIP drive for
back-up. 5. Print your photographs Plan what prints you want,
print them and put them into your album immediately. Update your
album index as you do so. 6. Store them and show them (but don’t
ever give them away) Never give your album photographs away. If
someone wants a copy, resist the temptation to hand them your
album copy. Instead, print them a new one or email them a
digital version.

Law Lemon Lawyer

Filed under:The Lawyers Way — posted on @ 6:06 pm

You’ve finally done it. You bought that car that you’ve been looking at and thinking about for months. It’s all very exciting, right? Well, that’s what we hope for anyway. But what happens if that car turns out to be a “lemon”. I know, this is something no one wants to think about, but unfortunately, it happens. The good thing is that you’re not without recourse. All fifty states have adopted some form of the lemon law that is written to protect people exactly like you. Since this law can vary from state to state, if you find yourself in this unfortunate position, the first thing you should do is contact a law lemon lawyer in your state.

Finding a law lemon lawyer that is familiar with the particular way your state operates when it comes to the lemon law is critical in ultimately winning your claim. This lawyer can evaluate your case and give you an honest opinion as to whether or not you even have a claim in the first place.

If you do, there are many steps that will need to be taken to prove it. The law lemon lawyer should be able to advise you on just what these steps are. Some of these steps will include documentation of all problems and repairs that will need to be kept detailed and complete. Invoices and receipts will need to be filed. Conversations with the dealership will need to be documented. In most states, your car needs to have been out of service for at least 30 days of the year before they will even consider it a lemon. If you have kept a record of all repairs and dates that your car has been in the shop, this will be much easier to prove than if you rely on the dealership.

Since these steps can prove to be time consuming and the entire process can be pretty drawn out, enter into this process knowing that you will need to be diligent and accept that it will take time. Having a law lemon lawyer for this process can help to expedite that process, though, and that in and of itself can make it worth your while. In some states, if you win your case, the lawyer fees will be included in your settlement anyway. If you lose, however, you will be responsible for all attorneys’ fees.

Practical Steps To Obtaing Bible Healing

There are promises of healing throughout the Bible. There are also practical steps to obtain our healing. Three of these practical steps are found in the following scripture.

Prov 3:7-8
7 Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.
8 It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones. (KJV)

(1) Be not wise in your own eyes.
(2) Fear the Lord.
(3) Depart from evil. These three things produce “health to thy navel and marrow to thy bones.”

These three things shall be health for us throughout our being. To our navel and to the marrow of our bones signifies a complete, thorough health.

These three things must go together. Do not eliminate any one of them and depend on just the other two. Do not remove two of them and depend on just one of them. Obey these words to the fullest. Utilize all three steps. Then it shall be health to thy navel and marrow to thy bones.

Then in the verse below, we find some encouraging words concerning our healing as it relates to our station in life.

Jer 30:17
17 For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after. (KJV)

Jeremiah 30:17 is one of the most faith-building Scripture in the entire Bible. It speaks of something that keeps professional counselors in business; it speaks of total rejection. It describes a people rejected to the point of being called Outcast. It speaks of the rejection of a people, so thorough and final, that no one ever sought after them to find out what went so very wrong for them.

In other words, God says to us that even if we are called Outcast by those around us, He will still heal us. Even if we dwell on the wrong side of the tracks, He will still heal us.
He says to us here that no matter who we are, He will still heal us.

He says to that no matter where we are from, He will still heal us. He says that no matter where we live, He will still heal us. We may be in such a state that “no man will ever seek after us.” No matter! He will still heal us.

God says that He will restore our health to us. He also says that he will heal us of our wounds. Thanks be unto God! He gave us a healing Jesus.
