Still getting those harassing calls from the creditors? If you have to pay large amounts to the creditors every month then it’s the right time for you to come out of this vicious circle and avail a DEBT CONSOLIDATION LOAN.

We always think that we will spend less than we get, but in real life the scenario is quite opposite for we tend to spend more than what we get. However, if the debt problems are rising now and you have to take a step, then Debt consolidation is a great idea.

The purpose of a debt consolidation loan is to make the monthly payment affordable at better terms. The loan provider will deal with all the creditors on your behalf. A borrower becomes accountable to only one lower monthly payment on a single loan.

Benefits of Debt Consolidation Loan

It frees the debtor from the multiple creditors and he is answerable only to one creditor.

It can help a borrower in improving his credit rating by making the payment on the loan in full and on time.

If a debt consolidation loan is secured, then it is low rate loan.

Thus, debt consolidation loan brings forth the beautiful ‘life after debt’.

Debt consolidation loans can also be availed if you have a bad credit history and in this case if you pay the amount back then your credit rating shines, for you will have then paid so many creditors on time.

Just open your mind to the idea of debt consolidation. Get yourself a debt consolidation loan and get out of the struggle to get back to your normal life with no threats from the creditors. But make sure to do a thorough analysis and get the right assistance to get rid of your debt problems.

Protecting Your Computer From Power Surges, Data Loss, Viruses, And Spyware

Protecting Against A Power Surge:

Your computer is an expensive investment; you should protect it from a power surge. If a sudden rush of electricity hits, a surge protector will blow the fuse or trip the breaker, this is what saves your computer. You should be sure to use a surge protector with a phone jack to keep the phone line from being a way for the electricity to travel to your computer. You should know that a surge protector cannot safeguard you form a direct lightning strike. If you completely unplug your computer and modem during a thunderstorm, this is the only sure way to protect your computer against lightning strikes.

How Do You Protect Your Computer From Loss Of Data?

If your hard disk crashes it can’t take all of your important saved information and software with it if you have backed it up. To protect your computer data everything should be ‘backed up’ by saving it to a floppy disk or compact disc, this is your best safeguard against data loss. So, periodically you should make copies of the information on your hard disk.

Protecting Your Computer From Viruses and Spyware

You must also protect your computer, data, privacy, and information from viruses and spyware; every time you install a new program, copy files, and download from the Internet you are susceptible. These days it is a must to have a good, reliable virus protection program. Be sure to get one that will review each new file and check it for viruses. Also, you should be able to get regular updates via the Internet because there are always new viruses that you will need protection from on an ongoing basis.

Do You Have a “Universal Life Policy?”

What kind of life insurance policy do you have? Is it a “term” policy? Is it a “whole life” policy or “universal life policy?” If you don’t know what kind of policy you have, you could be in big trouble. Everyone needs to know what kind of policy they have, how much it is and the most important factor, how long it will last. But too many times in my career I have met with people that don’t know what kind of policy they have or I have heard this “My husband or wife takes care of that.” What are you going to do when you need to know this vital information? This information could be the difference between being able to pay estate taxes or landing in the poor house. The point is you need to know.

This article focuses on the “universal life” policy which came really into bloom during the eighties and was touted as a new way to fund life insurance right in between whole life and term life. The “universal life” or “flexible premium life” allowed you to do what it says, “be flexible” with your premiums, you could pay this much or that much and keep the face amount but the “cash bearing” aspect of the policy would be different depending on how much you paid into it. This kind of policy can be a powerful tool in insurance planning if done correctly but can lead to disaster as well and I have seen this one too many times.

I sat one time across from a gentleman just about to turn 70 and was reviewing his policy which was in fact a universal life policy. We were looking at it when we came to the part in the policy called the schedule of premiums and the contract outlay and low and behold, his policy was in default due to lack of premiums and cash value. Needless to say this man’s insurance policy was not any good and he was 70 years old. This can and will happen to you if you don’t look at your policy and know what you have and where your money is going. Age 70 is not a good time to start shopping for life insurance.

This is what happens in situations like this and it can and could have already happened to you. The agent has sold you an under-funded policy. By this I mean that you are not paying enough premiums to sustain the life of the policy. If you had an agent sell you a universal life policy without an illustration to age 100 showing the policy lasting through to this age, you might have made a mistake and more than likely you have an under-funded policy. This could have happened by either the agent looking for a quick sale or the premium was too much for you budget so you decided on the lesser amount. Either way this should have never happened.

Part of the monthly payment goes towards insurance and the remainder goes towards the cash account. What is usually not discussed is that the cost of insurance goes up every year. The earlier years it is not noticeable but as you get older those costs increase. Now as the years go by you are still making that $50 a month payment but the cost of the policy is actually $75, where is the difference being made up from? If you answered the cash account you are right. Every month, $25 dollars is being pulled from the cash account and every year that will increase as well. You will not get a call from the agent telling you that you need to increase your monthly premium. This is why it is called under-funded and you and your family will pay dearly for it with the cost of having no insurance when it counts.

The solution is easy. Most states now require an illustration because of this deception so make sure you get an illustration and the agent shows you where the policy last through age 100. More than likely when this happens a good agent will be able to show you that your policy face amount has increased as a result of good funding. Never the less you will then have the peace of mind knowing your life insurance will be in force and you won’t be one of the unlucky people shopping for life insurance at the age of 70. Actually the goal I have for each and every one of my clients is to have a universal life policy that when they retire they will never have to pay another premium again. Retirement is the time to stop paying bills, not increase them.

11 Creative Ways to Make Big Profits from Your eBook - Part 3

What do you do when you spend your valuable time and energy on creating an ebook? Do you start selling it online and then spend a lot of time to create another ebook from scratch?

What if I told you that you can create an ebook once and easily multiple your profits from it? Would you be interested to discover these profit-pulling ideas?

If you’ve read Part 1 and Part 2 of this article, you’ve discovered 8 hot ideas on how to multiple your ebook profits. Now here are 3 more creative ideas…

Hot Idea #9: Turn Your Publication into Software

You can create a software program that automates or simplifies what you teach in your ebook.

For example if you sell an ebook on how to write profit-pulling sales letters, you can create a tool that offer sales letter templates and people can simply fill in the blanks and have their own killer sales letter ready in minutes.

You can sell your software as a backend to your ebook and also a new stand-alone product. Since using software is easier than learning to do it yourself from scratch, many people will buy your software.

Hot Idea #10: Turn Your eBook into an Audio Course

You can create an audio course simply by recording your voice while reading your ebook text. You just need to add a little emotion and excitement to it to make it feel more live. You can also add a part to it whenever you feel is needed.

After you finish creating your audio course, you can sell it on CD or as downloadable audio.

Since audio courses offer a higher perceived value, you can sell your audio course for a higher price. For example if your ebook costs $37, you can sell your audio course for $97.

So why would people pay the extra money to buy the audio course?

Because some people learn much better by listening than just reading. What’s more, listening to someone talking to us with excitement is much more fun than staring at the white screen for a long time.

Hot Idea #11: Start a Success Stories Membership Website

When you sell your ebook for a while, there must be some of your customers who have followed your teachings and have gotten amazing results by doing what you told them.

You can create a membership site and each month, interview one of your successful customers who has gotten the results your other customers want to achieve.

Your goal should be helping him reveal his secrets to success the way it’s easy to understand and follow for other people. Then you’ll publish that interview on your membership site for other members.

This will be a great backend for your ebook because your ebook customers would love to see how they can get results in action.

Also seeing how other people just like themselves have reached what you promise, gives them hope and motivation which will also reduces the number of refund requests.

Final Thoughts

Let me share a secret with you…

To become more and more successful online, you need to be creative and think outside the box.

Millions of people have their own website and try to make money online.

To stay above the crowd, you need to be “unique”!

The 11 creative ideas that you just discovered are very valuable and will help you make multiple your profits from the ebook you create once.

But you shouldn’t stop at these 11 ideas. Try to find more and more ideas to multiple your profits with the minimum amount of time and effort.

You can do it!

So what are you waiting for?

To your success,

Your Good Health is Priceless Even if it Seems Too Expensive in Today’s Dollars

Filed under:Online Templates Resources — posted on @ 8:08 am

Sandy sold her $1,500.00 boat she had for over 5 years to Ross who was willing to pay $1,000.00 more than the value of this boat. Sandy was joyous to off load her aged boat for $2,500.00. But, there was a catch. Ross was willing to pay $50 a month for 50 months until paid. Sandy thought she pulled off a good deal. But, was it?

Why Ross wanted to pay only this amount? The answer lies in the Present Value of a Dollar.

You see, a dollar today is worth more than the same dollar, years down the road. The dollar today will have less purchasing power as time passes, especially when it is a long time from now. But, Sandy did not know that, and thought that she was getting a very good deal. Instead she was going to be paid with a declining dollar.

Likewise, your health can be regarded as having a higher value today than in the future. The more you care for your body today, the more it will serve you well tomorrow. Your longevity would be more promising in the future if you do not live carelessly today. I have seen 40 year old bodies looking like 60 year olds, mostly because of abuse.

It is all well and good to exercise and get flexible, eat well, and sleep well, to stay in good health But, that alone may not be enough to melt the fat accumulation you body may be prone to be… For this, you’ll need specialized training and fitness equipment, dumbbells, weight training devices, or decide that you want to be private so you get a home gym etc.

But, would you be cutting yourself short buy accepting declining dollars to maximize your body’s health?

Would you look for the bottom of the line equipment –cheap ones –or the very best built ones that cost a little more? Exercising with a cheap flex machine can bust a strand in the middle of the stretched position and snap back like a rubber and damage your ligament. This may take a long time to heal or never heal and you’ll have to live with a deformity, perhaps for life.

And, as with any other exercise equipment, the nuts that hold the weight together can become loose causing a weight to fall off and smash your toes; a machined part might break off because of a poor weld at a joint on the machine causing you too strain your back or muscle that leaves you crippled for life. And, could you imagine what pain and agony you would have to endure forth rest of your life when these mishaps occur to your body because you thought it was prudent to buy cheap exercise equipment?

If this is your thinking, then you are not taking full advantage of the principles of the Present Value of a Dollar—you are not taking full advantage of the Present Value of your Life.

Your life is worth more today than many years down the road. You must do all your can for your body today to keep it in tip top shape so you’ll enjoy your life more now and continue to do so as times passes.

So, you want quality health. You get that with quality equipment –ergonomically safe light but strong. So, give your body quality attention. Focus on the one and only body you have so you enjoy the best of life.

You have a very good deal today– Present Value—Take it–it is like money in the bank. The future is an imagination of what it could be.

Preserve and protect your body starting now.

Telling it the Whey It is - Health Benefits of Whey Protein

Filed under:World Of Nutrition — posted on @ 7:58 am

Nutrition; A confusing subject at best for many athletes, supplements are even more confusing. Every week a new product enters the scene! They all make their miraculous claims, but the truth is that a large majority of them are garbage! You really don’t know what’s in a product these days. Most supplements contain additives, some are listed, and some are not.

It’s getting to the point that some athletes don’t take any supplements at all; especially high level or paid athletes fearing the fact that they might be caught up in a doping scandal. And that’s too bad, but I can understand the concern. Taking care of your body before and after strenuous activities or workouts is difficult sometimes, when you’re caught in the middle. If you’re interested in better health and improved physical fitness, then you’ve surely heard of whey protein.

Why do most athletes use whey protein?

I don’t think most athletes don’t know why they consume protein. If I ask one; I probably couldn’t get a straight answer – maybe they would say it builds bigger muscles. A large majority only know what they read in Muscle and Fiction. The fact of the matter is that protein levels are depleted through exercise. Muscles require amino acids to prevent deterioration, give endurance and build mass. Whey proteins, being the most complete protein; delivers all the essential amino acids that muscles need for repair and rebuilding, improving body composition and performance. It is also an excellent source of BCAA’s (Branch Chain Amino Acids) which are the first ones used during exercise and resistance training. Another plus is that whey contains leucine; a very important, an essential amino acid for stimulating muscle protein synthesis (building or formation) and growth.

What is it?

Commercial whey protein comes from cow’s milk. Whey is the by-product of making cheese and was usually thrown away as a waste product. Now researchers say that whey protein is high quality, natural protein that is rich with amino acids essential for good health and muscle building. That’s true to a certain extent, but you have to read the fine print. The quality of whey protein is only as good as the cow it comes from. Preferably free-range cow free of growth hormone, pesticides and anti-biotics!

A healthy cow means healthy whey – simple.

Whey is also naturally found in mother’s milk (which makes it a good idea for mothers to consider breast feeding their newborn). It is being considered for use as a fortifier of grain products because of its considerable health benefits and bland flavor.

Although protein is also found in other foods such as meat, soy and vegetables, whey protein is proven to have the highest absorption (digestion) levels in comparison to all others.

Who should consider using whey protein?

Anyone can use it. I haven’t seen anyone who’s allergic to whey protein. Whey has many health benefits, a big one being immune support. Whey increases the levels of Glutathione in the body (an anti-oxidant needed for improved immune function). Others just as important are bone health and sports health (speeds up the recovery process, and enhances immune system function), which we discussed earlier, and weight management. Also vegetarian athletes can benefit from the use of whey.

Because amino acids are ‘building blocks’ for the human body it is sometimes used by hospital burn patients to speed up the healing of wounds or burns.

The high quality protein that comes from whey makes it a recommended choice for those who need optimal benefits from restricted diets including diabetics, those on weight management diets and even ill patients not able to consume enough protein in their diet to assist with healing.

Are there any side effects to using whey?

No. I personally have taken it for years, and will continue to do so. But I’ve gotten smarter over the years and have become “even more” particular as to what I put in my body. Whey protein is a food and so it does not have the risks associated with other supplements, so there’s nothing to worry about there. That said, too much of anything can hurt you. Extremely high use of whey protein can overload the liver which can cause serious problems. Moderation is always recommended. The only “negative” I see with whey (that I didn’t really pay attention to until 3 years ago) is that mostly contain artificial sweeteners such as aspartame, sucralose, and saccharin. Terrible stuff! But they have been around for so long that we all have kind of taken them for granted. These chemical agents should be against the law to make, but the manufacturers of these sweeteners are seemingly untouchable and actually “above the law” or have influence on the food industry laws that are written. Hey, money talks!

Athletes (and anyone else for that matter) need to start reading the labels of the foods, drinks, and energy bars they purchase, and check for these poisons. You won’t see or feel a dramatic difference, because many of these toxins work slowly and virtually go unnoticed, that’s the scary part! But it’s just a matter of time before you start to notice something, because they “all” have side effects.

It’s going to be difficult, but you should avoid these chemical sweeteners at all costs, and try to purchase products sweetened with natural sweeteners such as herbal stevia. One whey product that I’ve found that I can’t wait to try is by Dr. Joseph Mercola.

Here’s the link. http://www.mercola.com/forms/whey_healthier.htm/

If anyone gets their hands on this before I do, write me and let me know what you think. And I’ll do the same.
Other than that; the use of whey protein is a natural and healthy way to make sure you get the proper amount protein in your diet; therefore increasing your health and well being.

Take care and always think outside-of-the-box.

10 Top Reasons to Create a Blog for Your Business

I postponed creating a blog for my business because I
thought there was no marketing value in it and the ones I’d
seen were primarily news blogs or personal blogs. Well,
that was some time ago for now many businesses are creating
blogs to attract more visitors and make more sales.

What is a Blog?

This is a small or large online journal that allows the
author to frequently write on topics of personal interest
or of interest to his/her visitors. The writing style is
usually informal. Visitors can instantly add their comments
to the end of the authors writings or posts. The posts are
in chronological order ie day, month and year. Topics may
include commentary on the Internet, brief philosophical
discussions, or social issues plus links to other sites the
author favors.

The author of a blog is often referred to as a blogger.

Blogs are alternatively called web logs or weblogs.
However, “blog” is less likely to cause confusion, because
“web log” can also mean a server’s log files.

10 top reasons to create a blog for your business

1. Ability to add content in minutes. You don’t have to
spend time uploading (FTP) files to your host like static
sites. You can update your content from any computer that
has internet access. If you have a brilliant idea you want
to write about you just need to log in to your
administration panel and enter your post.

2. Separate design from content. Blog software is database
driven. This means you can alter the theme or template of
your blog without affecting the content. Therefore you can
immediately test different colors and designs to determine
what best appeals to your visitors.

3. Search engine friendly. Blogging software such as Word
Press allow you to generate search engine friendly pages.
Instead of your pages ending in long URLS ie

http://www.mysite.com/main.php?category=books&subject=biography

they can end in .htm ie

http://www.mysite.com/pagebooks-biography.htm

Search engines like web sites that are updated frequently.
Sites that don’t receive new content quickly become stale.
One of the main characteristics of a blog is that it is
frequently updated so search engines will visit it often.

4. Create RSS Feeds. RSS (really simple syndication) feeds
are integrated within blog software. So every time you post
something to your blog it will create a RSS feed
automatically. It will also notify some of the larger sites
that carry these feeds and make them available for
syndication. This is a great viral marketing method that
will quickly attract many visitors.

5. Build link popularity. To increase your sites’ rankings
in Google and other search engines, you need to generate
many incoming links to your web site. The more links you
have the better. If you create a blog that contains
valuable content, you will have many people linking to you.
RSS feeds are becoming a very popular and an easy way to
read content quickly. Since your blog has this feature
already built in, your link popularity will build faster
than if you had a site with no feeds.

6. Encourages interactivity. Visitors can immediately add
their own comments to your posts. This helps build a long
term relationship with them and win their trust. It will
also make your blog stickier because you will get many
returning visitors eager to read others’ comments or write
more of their own.

7. Make money. Blogs also offer a great way to place
AdSense Ads on your pages. Word Press blogging software has
a plugin that easily allows you to place AdSense Ads
anywhere on your pages as well as all current pages on your
blog. With a static site you would have to add the AdSense
code to each page. You can also make money by promoting
affiliate sites or selling your own product.

8. Customizable. Word Press blogging software has over 500
plugins and hundreds of different themes to choose from.
This gives you the flexibility to make your blog the best
it can be for your business purposes.

9. Easy administration. Here are some of the features of
the Word Press administration panel:

-add content immediately

-change the theme (look and feel) of your blog without
altering the content.

-create different permissions for people who will add
content to your blog ie administrators, editors, contributors.

10. Help market your newsletter. Many emails don’t get
through to your subscribers these days because of spam
blockers residing on your visitors computer or web host’s
server. A blog that contains RSS feeds will enable visitors
to receive your newsletter automatically by subscribing to
the feed on your blog. You can also send your visitors an
email that includes a link back to your blog. This will
also help build links to your blog as people visit it.

Tip:
Before you create a blog make sure you put some
thought into the purpose of it and what topics you want to
write about. Make a schedule to write often (ie daily,
weekly or monthly) so it doesn’t grow stale and lose
interested visitors. If you have been putting off creating
a blog, START NOW as you may be leaving money on the table.

Protecting your on-line real estate

Now that you have an active website and ezine, you should be
concerned about protecting it! Let’s face it, your website
is wide open to anyone with an itchy right clicking finger
and an Internet connection.

Protecting your intellectual property and website content
is not as difficult as most people think. I imagine you
put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into your website’s
planning, concept, and creation. Correct? Why not take an
extra couple of hours to protect it from all the Internet
slime that’s waiting around the corner to steal it?

Your first step in your security checklist should be a trip
to “10 Big Myths About Copyright Explained.” You may find
many of your questions answered here.

Once you get the feel for the kind of protection that’s
readily available to you, it’s time to get serious!

All the copyright, patent and trademark information you need

Here is a popular patent search system

Take time out today and see what is available to you. Why
wait until you are a victim? Take the time to research the
above resources. Many people do not realize that the
copyright registration fee is only $20. Keep in mind that
federal trademark and patent registration fees are much
higher, but a copyright may be all that you require to
securely document your work.

Federal trademarks can be very expensive, but in some states -
Tennessee, for instance - you can register your trademark
with the state for as little as $5. This protects you from others
within your state stealing your information, and should be
done even for company names, logos, slogans, etc. Contact your
Secretary of State’s office in your state capitol for more
information.

The US Patent and Trademark Office placed its trademark database
online. Now you can search the database directly at.
Do you know how expensive a patent search can be?
Do it here free: http://www.uspto.gov mdb/

I stress to you once again - DO NOT PUT IT OFF. The longer
you wait, the less likely you will be to bother doing it at
all. Your copyright registration will be good for many years
and only takes a little time to complete.

What’s The Difference Between Frame Relay, Private Line, & A Point-To-Point T1?

How is “an expensive frame relay type service to the internet” different than a “less expensive plain T1 to the internet”….AND how are either of these different from a private line or point-to-point T1?

Here’s my opinion……

Don’t worry about the technology difference between frame relay and a plain T1….or either of these and a private line or point to point T1.

A frame T1 runs at just about the same speed as a point to point T1. Much more important to worry about is what’s on the other end of the circuit. If the other end of the circuit is the internet backbone, and you have 1.5M throughput to the backbone, then that’s a “dedicated” connection, the best grade of service you can get. If the other end of the circuit is to a carrier’s serving office, or DSLAM, or aggregation point, then the 1.5M throughput is to their equipment, not to the internet backbone, and you have a “shared” connection. A shared connection means that your provider has arranged for a bulk internet connection from a larger carrier and it splits some out for you — but rarely do they split out your bandwidth only for you.

For example a shared provider might buy a wholesale DS-3 from Global Crossing. A DS-3 is the equivalent of 28 T1 circuits. The shared ISP would try to have many customers sharing that T1 circuit, much more than 28 customers — that’s how they make money.

Same thing with phone systems — you might have twenty extension phones in your office, but only 5 phone lines with the phone company. This recognizes that not all users need to use the phone at the same time.

In the internet world, shared ISPs are betting that not all customers need their full bandwidth at the same time. If a shared provider pays $6000 per month for a DS-3, and sells T1s for $300/month, they break even at 20 customers. ISPs will oversell their bandwidth because not all customers need their full bandwidth at all times. If you’ve been reading this message for the past 15 seconds, and your PC is doing nothing else, you haven’t used your bandwidth for the past now 20 seconds.

Now…..if you need the internet circuit for email, and looking at web pages, and research, a shared T1 connection is fine. But if you’re running time sensitive or bandwidth hogging applications like hosting a website at your location, or if you’re running VOIP applications, or streaming audio or video, or controlling machinery remotely … then a shared T1 connection will be a big PIA (pain in the *&!) at some point during the month when the other customers will be sucking up all the bandwidth leaving you with less than you are paying for.

So don’t worry about the technology of the access circuit, worry about what’s on the other end. If you can get away with a shared T1 connection, you’ll save some loot. If you have critical applications, then your life will be filled with drama until you get a dedicated T1 connection.

When Will He Divorce Her?

Filed under:Life Of Relationships — posted on @ 6:54 am

It’s a common question. A person (most often a woman) waits and waits for a man to divorce his wife and begin a public relationship with her. He always seems on the verge of doing so, or, at least has good reasons for putting it off.

When will he divorce her? If the question has to be asked, then the answer is probably, “Never.” The question implies that it has already been too long and that the promises are not being kept.

Why would a woman hang on, when it would appear to most outsiders that there is little chance of him leaving his wife and marrying his mistress?

The answer is never simple. Every person has their own story. However, it is usually some kind of emptiness story. It may be a woman in an empty marriage, waiting for the fulfillment promised with her lover. It may be a single woman unsure of her worth and glad to receive what attention she can. It may even be a very accomplished woman that has “fallen” for a man that “sweeps her off her feet” and then won’t come through with the finish of the story.

In each case, there is the initial titillation of playing the hide-and-seek game. While this game grows old for the woman, it continues to provide adrenaline and thrill to the man. This is a reinforcement for continuing with things as they are. He may feel like the guilty school boy, but there is a large part of him that enjoys it.

It’s not that he doesn’t care for her. He undoubtably does. But he also cares for his wife, his children, his home, his car, his career, and hisgood standing in the community. He cares, but not for her alone. It is obvious from his behavior.

You might wonder how a couple could allow themselves to get into such an untidy if not immoral position to begin with. It’s been my experience that, except for the serial cheaters, most couples slide into these relationships through companionship, not expecting anything more to come of it. Some get there because their values allow a casual fling and they find themselves much more deeply attached than they ever intended.

So, what do you do, if you’re asking about when he will divorce her?

You could expose your relationship with him, hoping this will force his hand and he will leave her. Alas, he probably won’t. You’ll probably just force them into marriage counseling together.

Your best option is to find a life for yourself apart from him. Very few people can leave a relationship without another to go to. So, force yourself to date others. Attempt to find relationships that promise as much or more than the one you are waiting upon.

If you are married, then get to work on that relationship. See a marriage counselor. Work out your issues in the context of your existing relationship before trying to move on to another.

Oh, and what if he does divorce her? He cheated once (with you), why would you ever trust that he wouldn’t cheat again, this time on you?
