Pet Insurance & Public Liability – Are You Safe From A Personal Injury Compensation Claim?

Are you one of the million of Britons famous the world over for being a pet owner and lover? If so, do you have pet insurance? If not, you may well want to read on if you want to save yourself millions of pounds….

Let’s look at two, not uncommon, scenarios that may happen to a pet owner in the UK:

Scenario 1:

You own a dog. The dog is out in the garden. The post comes to the house to deliver a letter. In the course of delivering the letter your dog bites the postman.

Scenario 2:

You own a horse. The horse is grazing in the field. The horse is startled, jumps the hedge and crashes into an oncoming car.

Do you know what would happen in both of these scenarios? Well, if you don’t already know, as you may recall from the recent famous case involving Princess Anne, in Scenario 1 you could be liable to pay damages under the Dangerous Dogs Act. Less well known, in Scenario 2 you could be liable to pay damages under a recent House of Lords interpretation to the Animal Act 1971. Either way, you’re paying.

How can you limit the liability you’ll suffer if either of these unfortunate events where to occur? Without some form of pet insurance policy you could not. As such, if you have a pet and want to save yourself from the prospect of having to pay out a potentially large amount of money in compensation damages to a third party – now is the time that you should be considering getting pet insurance.

Although pet insurance is unlikely to cover you for the full costs you that you may need to pay to both defend your self against a claim and also pay compensation if you lose, as there is likely to be a minimum excess payment and maximum cap payment, for a reasonable annual premium payment you can arrange to have cover that would pay a large portion of this amount.

At the end of the day, however, having pet insurance is like having any other type if insurance. Would you go out n the roads and drive your car without insuring yourself against an accident? Would you leave all your valuables at home without having any home contents insurance? Do you want to take the chance that you could be used for million in personal injury compensation without having paid a minimal amount in pet insurance?

Ice Massage for Back Pain

Filed under:Hall Of Medical Resources — posted on @ 7:56 pm

You’ve hurt your back before and have sworn that you will be more careful. However, unknowingly, you’ve just hurt your back again. Maybe this points to a chronic problem; and maybe, not. However, you should not hesitate to do something about your back pain.

Back injuries, and so pain, are often caused by muscle strains. Lifting an object that is too heavy or lifted wrong can cause strained muscles. They can also occur during athlete competitions, a fall or simply a sneeze that caused a sudden awkward movement. While it may not be the first thing that comes to mind one alternative treatment is ice massage.

Ice not only helps lessen the pain of a back injury but it also reduces the blood flow. This helps to lessen the swelling and potentially minimize any internal bruising. The goal of ice therapy is quite simply to promote healing of the injured area. However, ice massage for back pain must be used instantly once the pain begins.

There are many different forms the ice may take. You can pour a bunch of ice cubes into a towel and after folding it so that they don’t fall out use that. Or you can use store prepared cold packs. These are very useful land can be kept in the freezer so they are available to use whenever you need them. With these you want to be careful that they don’t split and leak the gel inside them, as this can be harmful to the skin. If you have neither of these options available to you, use a package of frozen vegetables; the best would be corn or peas, as the smaller vegetables will allow the package to more easily mold to the area.

Another useful idea to make ice massage easier is to take a paper cup, made from heavier material like Styrofoam. Fill the cup with water and freeze it. Then you peel the Styrofoam back enough to expose the ice and use it to massage the area. If you have recurring back pain, then maintain a constant supply of these cups in the freezer.

Ice massage is most effective if used over a period of time. Some professionals suggest limiting it to five to seven minutes while others allow from ten to twenty minutes. But all agree that if the area becomes numb, then you have to stop the treatment.

The area is gently massaged with whatever from of ice pack you’ve chosen in a circular motion. Make sure that areas where the bone is nearer the skin are avoided. This includes the spine when dealing solely with back pain, but would also take in the knees, elbows and shoulders. At first the massaged area will begin to feel cold. Don’t be surprised that when it starts to hurt. Your skin will turn a pinkish color before it becomes numb. Stop at this point in time. If you wish, you can repeat the ice massage several times throughout the day. However, for your next session, ensure that your back has already warmed up and become room temperature again.

Ice massage for back pain is an effective and safe method that you can easily do from your home. there are many specialized packs that you can buy. These often come in leak proof containers, which can be thrown into a gym bag, as they can remain frozen for eight to ten hours. Some are even weighted to increase the feeling of pressure during massage. These are easily available but often costly. Still, certain precautions are to be taken. Try not to leave the cold pack directly on the skin. It is preferable that you wrap the cold pack in a wet cloth even while using it. You should also stop the ice massage once the skin in the affected area begins to feel numb. Also if the treatment does not begin to show significant results after seventy-two hours, you should consult your healthcare provider.

Major League starting pitchers more than any other athlete in any other sport are creatures of habit. Most starters pitch every fifth day and have a regimented plan on what they need to do in the four days leading up to their next start. Most pitchers will soft toss one day and long toss the next day. Just about all pitchers will get their running in between starts as well. They all keep books on how they have gotten hitters out in the past. Some write it down while others keep it in their head. It is also real important that starting pitchers have a good relationship with their catchers. A good catcher can get a pitcher through a start even when he doesn’t have his best stuff.

This week we are going to highlight the major league pitchers who had the best home records last year. All results are based on how the team did in the pitchers starts. To make this list their must have a better than 2-1 win ratio and their must be more than 10 results. Of course we are only reporting pitchers who are on the same team they were on last year. Like we said earlier pitchers are creatures of habit and familiarity with the mound in their home ballpark is a big deal as well as most pitchers will make half of their starts at home.

Here are the top home win/loss team starts records by pitchers in 2005.
John Smoltz (ATL) 14-4. Chris Carpenter (STL) 13-5. Mark Mulder (STL) 13-5. Roy Oswalt (HOU) 15-4. Andy Pettitte (HOU) 14-4. Brandon Backe (HOU) 10-3. Oliver Perez (PIT) 8-3. Jason Schmidt (SF) 9-4. Jake Peavy (SD) 12-5. David Wells (BOS) 10-1. Matt Clement (BOS) 12-5. Randy Johnson (NYY) 15-4. Ted Lilly (TOR) 9-4. Mark Buehrle (CHW) 15-5. Johann Santana (MIN) 12-5. Jamie Moyer (SEA) 15-2.

The two most unlikely pitchers to hit this list are Oliver Perez who went 8-3 in his home team starts for a bad team in Pittsburgh and the ageless Jamie Moyer who went 15-2 in his home team starts for a poor Seattle team. My advise would be that you play on all pitchers on the list when they are favored by $150 or less.

Tom Freese has had winning seasons in MLB in four of the last five years. Tom cashed a combined 68% ATS with his College Basketball Conference Tournament and Big Dance releases last year. You can get all of Tom’s plays here everyday. Join in and win big with Freese.

Creativity: Ways To Be More Creative

1. Meditation:

Our minds are often like glasses of water filled with dirt. The
stresses that we endure throughout our day cause that glass of
water to get shaken up. The water gets murky and our minds are
distracted. This is when we are at our least creative state of
mind. Meditation is a great way to allow that shaken up dirt to
settle, allowing the glass of water that is our mind to be clear
once again.

When you meditate, turn off all distractions in the room (music,
noises, and lights). Be alone. Sit up against a wall and just
let your mind wander. It’s important to sit upright and not
slouch or you may fall asleep. The goal is to let your mind just
“settle”. Then you will be in a more creative frame of mind for
thinking up new ideas.

2. Record Your Dreams

Dreams are a great source of inspiration for creativity. They
not only involve new untapped ideas, but they hit upon the
emotions that you have buried deep inside you (your
subconscious). These emotions can be a powerful source of energy
for creating inspiring masterpieces or ideas.

There are many that believe that they don’t have that many
dreams, when in fact we all dream every single night. We even
wake and remember these dreams; however, as soon as we hit the
shower, that dream is gone from our memory. Someone could even
ask us later that day if we had a dream and we might make the
mistake of saying “no”, having no recollection of the dream
whatsoever.

This is why you need to record your dreams. This helps with
remembering them. Keep a notebook by your bedside table and upon
waking from a dream, write it down. You will find that by
following this habit over the course of a few weeks, you will
even start to remember multiple dreams upon waking up each
morning.

3. Brainstorming

We often make the mistake of writing down a numbered list (or
outline) of our ideas and this can cause us to think too
logically. The most creative ideas never came from thinking
logically with the left side of our brain.

To trick our minds into thinking with the right side of our
brain, we can use the Brainstorming technique. Brainstorming is
the process of jotting down on paper anything that comes to
mind. There is no organization in a brainstorm session. You just
get a pad of paper and begin writing things down. These could be
just words or sentences. Try not to get hung up on the spelling,
grammar, or punctuation of what you right down. Don’t let
yourself make critiques or judgments of what you write. Just let
the words flow. The idea behind this technique is to break free
of the organizational part of your brain and allow your mind to
release all thoughts.

When you are done, you can sift through what you have written
down and with any luck, something will click and you’ll get an
idea.

Dealing With Grief and Loss - How to Mend a Broken Heart

What is it about Grief & Loss that upsets us so much? Is it the heavy duty emoting that we have to do to get through our suffering? Is it the fear we have about opening ourselves to all this pain? Because, let’s face it, it’s hard down there, in the land of grieving where all those emotions toss us around like a cork on a stormy sea.

We understand that this is necessary, at a surface level, but how we are feeling is what really counts. In that place we call Grief & Loss, is where pain dominates our life and where suffering is the paramount teacher. This is really difficult, and we know it only too well at times like these. We go there because we have to, but we try hard to escape, as soon as possible.

What is necessary now to get through to the end of this process? Is it simply a matter of toughing it out, or, do we have to dredge and dig and pummel ourselves along the way? It’s hard to be sure what we must do at such times.

All those Gurus that say “do it this way or that way,” are they capable of handling it themselves? As a survivor, going through grief, I would want to know that, wouldn’t you? The essence of false advertising is “never having been there yourself,” is it not? Absolutely, this we all know without a doubt.

So what do we require then to move through this landscape called Grief & Loss? We seem to know this at some level, don’t we? We seem to know that deep down where our sorrows dwell, there is an inescapable reality. We have to feel this. Oh yes, it’s an ugly fact, but true nevertheless. We have to feel this pain in order to exorcise it from our bodies. Yes, we have to feel it, so we can learn that this too is survivable. Isn’t that the most important thing in all such activities – to know where you are at in your own heart when you finally get to the truth?

This truth I talk about is your truth, that feeling in your gut when you know you are right. Since this is your truth, then only You can determine its validity for yourself. No guru can ever take you there. Because deep down, this is your “house,” your well-spring of creative experience. What happens here defines your life, tells you who you are and, right now, what you have to suffer at times of grief and loss.

To some that may seem sad though, to arrive in this “feeling” place where grief has brought you. But is it really? Perhaps it’s a better thing than you imagined, this place where truth resides within. Perhaps it’s more than you ever bargained for. Sure, grief brought you here, but what else goes on in this place of tender emotion? How about looking around, since you’re already here?

These are your life lessons after all, to have and to hold, until your truths can be borne. How could you ever have a guru do that for you? No such luck! You have to do it yourself. But what a fantastic opportunity to get to know yourself better, to live deep inside your own heart and soul while this grieving process goes on around you.

Let me assure you that you will survive. You will overcome these tragic effects. Because there is truth in there where you live. And that truth will take you somewhere important - for you! This is Your Truth, remember, and only you can assess, experience and benefit from the effects it will have upon you.

So do it! Allow yourself to descend to where it hurts and find out for yourself what this experience of grief and loss is, and what it can teach you that might correct your misperceptions about Life, Love & Purpose. Yes, you have access to the truth, just as I do, just as we all do. As these lessons arrive, they are yours for the taking. We all get them. Grief and Loss are but one more avenue to help us get to our very own Truth. Yes, the suffering will eventually pass, but the Truth – well, that’s forever!

Why Learn Languages?

Filed under:Life Of Language — posted on @ 11:05 am

Why learn languages? Why would anyone want to learn someone else’s language? Obviously, there are a lot of reasons, and if the question is on your mind, then you probably have a desire or need to learn a language yourself. The answer is often different for people. Put 10 random people together who are learning another language and you will probably have 7 or 8 different reasons and 5 or 6 different languages. Every answer is valid. Every reason is the right reason for that person and every language is the right language. There is no wrong answer to the question ‘why learn a language?’ and there is no wrong language to learn.

The ability to learn another language is not limited by economic background, ethnic background, nationality, gender, race, religion, age or the grades you got (or are getting) in school. While everyone is different, and we all have differing abilities and strengths, we all have language ability to some degree. Maybe we all aren’t going to become great orators or novelists in another language, but we all have the ability to learn, and communicate in other languages.

There is no danger of learning ‘too much.’ You can’t fill up your head with too much language, and there’s no danger of you losing knowledge of the languages you already know. In fact, learning a foreign language (or more than one) improves memory, math skills, analytical skills, problem solving and increases critical thinking and creativity. Furthermore and most remarkably, learning a foreign language actually improves our reading, writing, speaking and listening skills in English.

Languages don’t just pop up out of nowhere, they evolve from other languages and change over time. Many of the most widely spoken languages are related and share some vocabulary, and even if they aren’t, languages are always borrowing words from each other. English is full of words from many other
languages. Learning another language not only gives you new knowledge, but expands upon your existing knowledge of English and gives you a whole new way of understanding it. Furthermore, you begin to learn how to learn languages, making it easier to learn other languages and understand how language and
communication works in general. Other languages are not just a word for word translation of English, but an interpretation of events and opinions from a different point of view.

So, why learn languages? Ok, so there are some benefits. Can learning a language benefit everyone? In a word - Yes. I’m sure if you look around and evaluate your life you will see lots of opportunities to use different languages. We are all surrounded by people who use other languages, or opportunities we could
benefit from by using other languages. The possibilities are there if you look for them.

You may have relatives living in Japan, or you want to visit China. Perhaps you have a life-long desire to see Italy or you are planning a vacation in Argentina, or retirement in Costa Rica. All are valid reasons for learning a language. Learning for travel is one of the most common reasons to learn a language. There are more opportunities to travel today than there have ever been before, and they are likely to increase in the 21st century Global Village.

Many people learn a language to connect with their roots. You may still have relatives living in the ‘old country,’ or you may just want to define yourself a little bit. Learning the language of our ancestors can help bring us into better contact with ourselves and open up a whole new understanding of ourselves and how we got to be who and where we are.

Do you have a new addition to the family by marriage? Learning even a little of your new family members language can bring both families closer together. Or maybe you’re looking for love yourself. Think of the possibilities when you learn another language. The increase in possible social contacts is tremendous when you add a whole new way to communicate. That goes for love, friendship, travel or business.

Learning a language for business is a very common reason. The business opportunities that have arisen in the last few decades have made it almost imperative for a businessperson to have language skills. English may be spoken by many people and it is the language of the internet, but in order to really cultivate
business relationships and get ahead in the business world, language skills are a must. There are a wide variety of industries in which having language ability is a great advantage. It broadens our job skills and career options.

The reasons for students to learn languages are many, and not just because you need it to graduate or get a certain degree. Obviously, improving English skills and overall communication skills are both valuable to students. Improvement of memory, creativity, problem solving ability and analytical skills also are of significant importance to a student. Studies show that bilinguals routinely outperform monolinguals in all areas of testing. Scores for SATs and other tests are shown to be higher for foreign language students, and the longer the foreign language study the higher the average test scores. Having second language skills also makes a student more competitive in the job market.

Learning a language isn’t just learning some new grammar concepts, vocabulary and different sounds. It gives insights into other cultures. It creates a more positive attitude toward people who are culturally different and gives us a better understanding of what it’s like to be an immigrant. Accomplishing this life skill will give you increased prestige in your own culture and a markedly increased status in other cultures. It’s a required skill to become a World Citizen. Ultimately, learning other languages gives us a better
understanding of our own language and our own culture, and a new viewpoint to look at the world in which we live and define our place in it.

One of my favorite quotes about language by Ambrose Bierce :

Belladonna, n.: In Italian a beautiful lady; in English a deadly poison. A striking example of the essential identity of the two tongues.

It’s meant to be funny and it reminds us that languages really are different, but it makes me laugh every time I read it. This, to me, also reminds me why I like to learn languages. It’s fun! The inner workings of each language are full of little nuggets that are downright enjoyable to learn. So, why learn languages? Lots of the reasons above pertain to me, but my answer is much simpler - because I enjoy it.

Getting Wallpapers And Logos For Your Mobile Phones

The concept of mobile phone wallpaper is the same as that of a PC.
They are backgrounds, usually graphical, that appear on the phone when the handset is switched on. On some phones, wallpapers can double as screensavers that appear after some inactivity on the phone.
Wallpapers are fun to implement as it is one of the features of a mobile phone that you can customize to suit your preference. Many people use pictures taken with the phone’s own camera, downloaded images or graphics sent via SMS to them.

Wallpapers were created as an extra incentive for buyers to patronize phones in the face of competition in the industry. It is one of the areas of converging technology where computer application are gradually being merged into mobile phone applications. Phone manufacturers added wallpapers to their phone features to serve as incentive for buyers who would like to see their phones featuring their favorite PC wallpapers. These innovations have the aim of producing innovative features to their buyers so that the mobile phone use becomes more fun and interactive.

No matter the brand of your phone, be it Nokia, Motorola, Siemens Panasonic, Alcatel, LG, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Philips, Sagem, Sharp or Toshiba ther are many kinds of wallpapers to suit any kind of handset.

Your phone may come with a preset wallpaper or non at all. Setting up or changing the wallpaper is no hassle at all and the menu interface is there to guide you through the process. If your phone does not have interesting wallpapers, you can download some from the web if your phone supports it. It is however of importance to note that wallpapers would normally work with color screens.

Like ringtone, you can download wallpapers from the web using either a cable transfer, WAP server or SMS service.

If you are zealous about wallpapers you may have to consider screen resolution and sizes. Before downloading the wallpaper ensure that your screen resolution can support the wallpaper graphics. High resolution graphics especially pictures can occupy a large amount of space and therefore requires increase in memory if you would want to obtain them. Aside that, the screen size may not be compatible with the graphic you are downloading.

Now let’s search the web for some free wallpapers.

http://www.freemobilefun.net features colorful wallpapers which several phone sets can support. Each page displays about 15 pictures and together there are about 15 genres to select from.

Wallpapers add vitality to mobile phones especially with handsets that can use them as screen savers. Remember they can be customized from your stored digital pictures if you want to be constantly reminded of a favorite scene anytime you make a call.

All About Acne and Blemish Control

A common problem that affects most of us as teens is acne. While 80 percent of us struggle with this affliction, many have trouble controlling it. Acne blemish control typically begins with assessing the problem at hand. Most of us don’t have a clue how to properly fight pimples and breakouts, therefore we take a clueless route, which only begets more acne. Acne blemish control is done through understanding and proper skin care.

I’m sure many people recall the hardships of their adolescent years. The insecurities, the hormones, the pizza face. When I first noticed a pimple on my face, I did what most naive teens do, and popped it. This is a mistake on several levels. First of all, popping a blemish can cause scaring. In addition, when you pinch or squeeze a zit, you only irritate it further. A more efficient road would be to treat it with some form of acne blemish control. There are a deluge of products gracing the drugstore shelves these days. Controlling and destroying our acne doesn’t have to be so painful.

To become better educated on acne blemish control, it is prudent to seek advice from a dermatologist. They can give you proper guidance in controlling your breakouts. There are a number of prescriptions available to fight this ego crusher. Back in high school, my best friend was severely affected by acne breakouts. He was that guy people made fun of and called pizza face and blemish boy. Not only was his face covered, but he had the classic “backne” as well. I could tell that this was a huge shot to his self confidence. A large problem was his acne blemish control method. He would literally wash his face six times a day. This is overkill, which results in severe drying. Eventually he found a remedy through a dermatology clinic.

A great source to resort to today is the Internet. You can find an abundance of information on skin types, and levels of acne. Acne blemish control no longer consists of rubbing alcohol on a zit you just popped. There are solutions and treatments galore at your very reach. Whether you’re looking for a mild exfoliant to cure your breakouts, or a three step system to deal with more severe blemishes, you will find a remedy online. If you wish to get a more immediate treatment, the drugstore down the street will likely carry a variety of acne fighters.

But I Can’t Write An Ebook

You only have to do a quick search on Google to see how popular Ebooks have become: and the main reason is not the literary prowess of Ebook authors, but rather the ability to make your Ebook available to a niche market. The publishing costs of producing a paper-and-ink product are prohibitive - unless of course you’re aiming for the large commercial market. But the costs of producing an Ebook are minimal. All you need is an idea, a computer, a little software and access to the internet.

But I have never written a book before.

This is the cry of many would-be authors. And they couldn’t be more wrong. There are only 2 main points you need to keep in mind:

Firstly, write about something you know, something you are passionate about. And if you need to expand your ideas simply use the internet. A search on Google (or any other search engine) will bring back a plethora of resources for you to use. (This doesn’t mean to say you should copy information verbatim - but taking the general flow of a particular article and translating it into your own particular style is quite acceptable).

Secondly, keep it simple. Don’t try to write for a large audience - imagine you are talking to one person, having a conversation with a friend maybe, and try to convey your interest in a simple and straightforward style.

What Ebook software to use.

There was a time when all Ebooks were in PDF format. Although many Ebooks are still written using this format, a huge industry has grown up whose sole aim is to make Ebook creation as simple as possible. Personally, I use Ebook Generator which allows you to compile a series of web pages, along with all the associated links, into an Ebook with just a few clicks. But searching on the internet you can find a variety of software packages at reasonable prices that will do just the job you need. My advice is to start out small and only when you feel more self-assured (and perhaps have had a little commercoal success) should you invest in something a little more advanced.

Marketing.

This is probably the hardest part (especially if you have no experience in any kind of marketing). But again, a lot of the hard work has been done for you. Companies like clickbank are set up to allow you to distribute your Ebook without having to bother about the technical side of Ebook delivery. And most companies offer some sort of affiliate scheme which recruits other people to sell your Ebook for you (for a modest percentage of course). But since you don’t have to pay anything until you actually make a sale, you’ve got nothing to lose.

So why not give it a try - you’ve got nothing to lose (except a little of your time) - and there’s nothing more satsfying than making that first sale.

Forex Trading Best Practices

FOREX, the term for the FOReign EXchange market, is an international exchange market where currencies from many different countries are bought and sold. Both long-term hedge investors and short-term investors that seek quick profits use FOREX. Trade reaches between 1 and 1.5 trillion US dollars per day. Needless to say, FOREX is a very lucrative market. Many wonder how to gain the most profits by trading with FOREX. There are a few simple trade practices that can help any trader, either an amateur or a professional make significant profit from FOREX.

The best traders firstly understand the intricacies of FOREX trading. In order to be successful, one must understand how FOREX works. FOREX transactions are not centered in an exchange, unlike the stock market. Many transactions can take place at different times all over the world. This is important to note if one is going to invest in FOREX. In order to trade, one must simply find a trader (there are many around the world, some can even be found online), decide the currency to purchase, sell currency, and make profit. However, if FOREX was this simple, everyone would do it. In reality, most people have to gamble with FOREX because no currency is completely stable, and there is always the risk for losing money.

One of the best FOREX practices, but also the most potential hazardous is marginal trading. Marginal trading is when an investor speculates on currency prices by getting a credit line. This can lead to a vast gain, as well as a potential loss. Because FOREX can be traded without real money, trading with borrowed capital (marginal trading) can be very appealing. Using this techniques, an investor can invest more money without having to deal with as many money transfer costs. Marginal trading also allows bigger positions to be opened with a smaller amount of actual capital. This trading practice is certainly for the short-term investor.

The best long-term practices with FOREX are Technical Analysis and Fundamental Analysis. It is a good idea for small and medium sized investors to invest in technical analysis. Technical Analysis assumes that all information about the market and future fluctuations of a currency can be found in the price chain. In other words, technical analysis involves looking at the past events in the market and assuming that these trends will continue. This is a very good strategy because, quite simply, history has a habit of repeating itself. This is also safer because it entails less guesswork than marginal trading, since the investor assumes that history will continue and therefore makes a safe investment in a strong currency that seems likely to continue a positive trend.

Fundamental Analysis is the process of considering the current situation of the country of the currency. Elements such as a countries economy, political situation, and future must all be taken into account in Fundamental Analysis. Investors then make investments based upon this knowledge. The best investors not only analysis a countries current situation, but the rest of the world’s interpretation of that country. Like any stock market, the value of the commodity is not merely based on exact numbers, but on perceptions of that commodity. If a country is believed to be on a positive path economically, than it’s currency will do well in FOREX.

FOREX can be a potentially lucrative investment. However, the success of FOREX trading depends on the practices and knowledge of the investor. It is important for any investor to analyze the market and determine what exactly he or she wants to achieve in investing. Long-term gains and short-term gains require different strategies. The best investors are always well informed about the market, the world economy and have the best traders available. If one follows these practices, FOREX will certainly prove to be a very rewarding investment.
