Deadlifts are a very potential muscle-building exercise, that will rejuvenate your entire physical condition, to a whole new level — if executed astutely.

Here are some facts, on how Deadlifts can dramatically improve your physical power, to singularly maximized levels:

  • Deadlifts Will Quadruple your Natural Testosterone & Growth Hormone Levels each time your subject yourself into this exercise (performed once / or twice a month.)

  • Deadlifts Will Increase your Metabolism at Incredibly Fast Rates and Transform Fat into Pure Energy.

  • Deadlifts Will help your urination, detoxification, and “gas-liberation” (don’t Cackle - it’s a fact)…

  • Deadlifts Will Enhance your Sexual Performance & Desire, if performed Methodically.

  • Deadlifts Can Improve your Lung’s Functionality and Heart’s Efficiency, Dramatically.

  • Deadlifts Will Boost your Immune System to recovering fast from various Illnesses.

  • Deadlifts Will make you speedy, powerful, leaner, reactive, energetic…

I lust the feeling of small in duration, highly intensive Deadlifts which successfully force my body, to excrete a constant flow of testosterone, that awakens a voracious beast inside me…

After a ‘Deadlift Workout’ I can feel my sexuality rise so sky-high… my muscles so engorged, that my poise is automatically triggered and empowered to the absolute maximum.

Past NFL Draft Picks - Hit or Miss

As much as the Mel Kipers of the world try to convince us otherwise, the NFL Draft is a highly inexact science. Need proof? Just look at some of the prominent Draft Day hit and misses from the last decade. And these aren’t obscure fourth rounders; each player listed below was selected in the first 10 picks of the first round.

1995 Draft

Hit: 3. Houston Oilers - Steve McNair, QB, Alcorn State
“Air” McNair has been the foundation of the Oilers/Titans franchise and was named co-MVP in 2003. He also led the Titans to Super Bowl XXXIV, commanding one of the greatest last-second drives in Super Bowl history - only to come up one yard short against the Rams.
Miss: 1.Cincinnati Bengals - Ki-Jana Carter, RB, Penn State
Missed entire rookie year after suffering a knee injury in preseason. Rushed for only 1,144 yards and 20 touchdowns over 57 games with the Bengals, Redskins and Saints.

1996 Draft
Hit: 4. Baltimore Ravens - Jonathan Ogden, LT, UCLA
Under the direction of Ozzie Newsome, the Ravens drafted the team’s two cornerstones in 1996, taking Ogden at No. 4 and then Miami linebacker Ray Lewis at No. 26 overall.
Miss: 6. St. Louis Rams - Lawrence Phillips, RB, Nebraska
In 35 games with the Rams, Dolphins and 49ers, Phillips rushed for 1,453 yards, on 3.4 yards per carry, and 14 touchdowns. Out of the NFL since 1999, Phillips has had successful stints in the CFL and NFL Europe.

1997 Draft

Hit: 1. St. Louis Rams - Orlando Pace, LT, Ohio State
Won Super Bowl XXXIV and was an integral part of three MVP awards (Kurt Warner in ‘99 and ‘01, Marshall Faulk in ‘00).
Miss: 9. Arizona Cardinals - Tommy Knight, CB, Iowa
In 73 games, Knight accumulated only three interceptions and 2.5 sacks with the Cardinals, Ravens and Rams.

1998 Draft
Hit: 1.Indianaplois Colts - Peyton Manning, QB, Tennessee
Named MVP in 2004 and co-MVP in 2003, Manning now owns the single-season NFL records for touchdown passes (49) and passer rating (121.1) after a brilliant 2004 season.
Miss: 2.San Diego Chargers - Ryan Leaf, QB, Washington State
Leaf played in 25 games with the Chargers, Cowboys and Seahawks, finishing his career with 3,666 passing yards, 48.8 completion percentage, 14 touchdowns, 36 interceptions and a 50.0 passer rating.

1999 Draft
Hit: 2. Philadelphia Eagle - Donovan McNabb, QB, Syracuse
Was booed on draft day by Philly fans who wanted the Eagles to draft Texas running back Ricky Williams. Has since led the Eagles to four consecutive NFC Championship Games and Super Bowl XXXIX last year.
Miss: 3. Cincinnati Bengals - Akili Smith, QB, Oregon
Drafted ahead of UFC quarterback Daunte Culpepper (No.11). In 22 games, Smith passed for 2,212 yards, five touchdowns and 13 interceptions. He will get another shot in the NFL after signing with Tampa Bay in
February. He spent time this spring playing in NFL Europe.

2000 Draft
Hit: 5. Baltimore Ravens - Jamel Lewis, RB, Tennessee

In 2003, Lewis joined O.J. Simpson, Eric Dickerson, Barry Sanders and Terrell Davis as only the fifth running back in NFL history to rush for 2,000 yards in a single season.
Miss: 1. Cleveland Browns - Courtney Brown, DE, Penn State
After drafting Kentucky quarterback Tim Couch with the No.1 overall pick in ‘99, the Browns drafted Brown No.1 overall in ‘00. Did not
live up to his surname )Paul, Jim, ect.) in Cleveland, recording 17 sacks in 47 games over 5 seasons. Is now a member of the Denver Broncos.

2001 Draft
Hit: 5. San Diego Chargers - LaDainian Tomlinson, RB, TCU
The Chargers passed up a chance to draft Viginia
Tech quarterback Michael Vick, trading with Atlanta to acquire Tomlinson, quarterback Drew Brees and kick returner Tim Dwight. In only 4 seasons, L.T. has 5,899 rushing yards, 2,022 receiving yards and 60 total touchdowns.
Miss: 3. Cleveland Browns - Gerard Warren, DT, Florida
Though Warren produced 16.5 sacks in 60 games over four seasons, he was not worth the price tag (or the No.3 overall pick) and followed the rest of the Browns defensive front to Denver this offseason.

2002 Draft
Hit: 2. Carolina Panthers - Julius Peppers, DE, North Carolina
In only 44 games over 3 seasons, Peppers has 30 sacks, 12 forced fumbles, three interceptions and two defensive touchdowns. He also helped lead the Panthers to Super Bowl XXXVIII.
Miss: 6. Kansas City Chiefs - Ryan Sims, DT, North Carolina
Peppers college teammate was the first defensive tackle selected - ahead of Tennessee’s duo of John Henderson (No.9) and Albert Haynesworth (No.15). Has record 5 sacks in 37 games.

2003 Draft
Hit: 10. Baltimore Ravens - Terrell Suggs, LB, Arizona State
A classic case of over-analyzing measurables rather than game tape. Suggs was labeled a ‘tweener and fell to the Ravens, where he has 22.5 sacks and 7 forced fumbles in 32 games over two seasons.
Miss: 6. New Orleans Saints - Johnathan Sullivan, DT, Georgia
In 21 games over two seasons, Sullivan has only 1.5 sacks and one forced fumble for the inconsistent Saints.

2004 Draft

Hit: 10. Houston Texans - Dunta Robinson, CB, South Carolina
A tremendous playmaker, Robinson recorded six interceptions for 146 yard (24.3 yards per return) and three sacks in his rookie season.
Miss: 6. Cleveland Browns - Kellen Winslow II, TE, Miami
Played in two games as a rookie before breaking his leg. Was involved in a motorcycle accident the May, putting his 2005 season - and possibly his career - in jeopardy.

Role of Enzymes in Nutrition

Filed under:World Of Nutrition — posted on @ 7:17 pm

Enzymes are chemical substances produced in the living organism. They are marvellous organic catalysts which are essential to life as they control all the chemical reactions that take place in a living system. Enzymes are part of all living cells, including those of plants and animals.

The term enzyme, which literally means ‘in yeast,’ was coined following the demonstration of
catalytic properties of yeast and yeast juices. Although enzymes are produced in the living cell,
they are not dependent upon the vital processes of the cell and work outside the cell. Certain
enzymes of yeast, for instance, when expressed from the yeast cells are capable of exerting
their usual effect, that is, the conversion of sugar to alcohol.

A striking feature of enzymes is that while they enter into chemical reaction, they remain intact in
the process. They however, act with maximum efficiency at a certain temperature. Lowering the
temperature below or raising it above this level slows the reaction. A high degree of heat, that is
above 60 o C, permanently destroys their action.

It has been estimated that there are over 20,000 enzymes in the human body. This estimate is
based on the number of bodily processes that seem to require action. However, so far only
about 1,000 enzymes have been identified. But their great role in nutrition and other living
processes has been firmly established. They are protein molecules made up of chains of amino
acids. They play a vital role and work more efficiently than any reagent concocted by chemists.

Thus for instance, a chemist can separate proteins into their component amino acids by boiling
them at 166 o C for over 18 hours in a strong solution of hydrochloric acid, but the enzymes of
the small intestines can do so in less than three hours at body temperature in a neutral medium.

A feature which distinguishes enzymes from inorganic catalysts is that they are absolutely
specific in their actions. This means that a particular enzyme can cause reactions involving only
a particular type of substance or a group of closely related substances.
The substance on which
the enzyme acts is known as “substrate”. The specificity of an enzyme is, however, related to
the formation of the enzyme-substrate complex which requires that the appropriate groupings of
both substrate and enzyme should be in correct relative position. The substrate must fit the
enzyme like a key fits its lock.

Enzymes which are used in the cells which make them are called intracellular enzymes.

Enzymes which are produced in cells which secrete them to other parts of the body are known
as extracellular enzymes. Digestive juices are an example of the latter type.

We Get What We Give

Filed under:Life Of Relationships — posted on @ 2:33 pm

As with anything in life, when it comes to attracting the love of your life it is important to remember that we get what we give. Specifically covered in this article are all the ways in which we take care of ourselves as it pertains to this subject.

If we do not properly take care of ourselves, we are essentially showing our body, mind and spirit that we do not truly love ourselves. When we don’t eat right, we may justify it by the fact that contemporary life means having a never-ending ‘to-do’ list. It has become so much easier to just grab a bite from the nearest fast food restaurant than to make a healthy home-cooked meal, that we often put blinders on in favor of convenience over long-term health.

Having a regular form of exercise to stretch and strengthen our muscles and to provide heart healthy aerobic stimulation tends to get short-changed as well and ends up as a low priority on our ‘to do’ list, if it is even there at all.

In our hurry up and get as much done as we can world, we tend to push ourselves and in so doing don’t get enough restful sleep. If this tends to be a problem, we can forget about taking time to relax at least once a week to recharge our batteries and just take it easy if only for an afternoon. And what about taking regular vacations? It may seem like a great idea, but many find it practically impossible to actually take the time and go somewhere.

Then, there are the more subtle, yet even more powerful ways that we can pamper ourselves that some never even allow themselves to experience. Things like getting a massage, facial, pedicure, manicure or anything else that makes you feel good and lets your earthly troubles seem like a distant memory for a short time are extremely effective methods of self-pampering. And, we all need a little self-pampering before others will feel free to pamper us. This goes for all you macho guys out there too.

If we aren’t taking specific steps to take care of ourselves regularly, we are cheating ourselves out of not only our health in the long run, but we are also blocking the way to receiving love from another. A troubling thing is that some of us may already know all of this stuff, yet we still find excuse after excuse to allow ourselves to procrastinate these very important aspects to showing love to ourselves. This comes right down to your subconscious conditioning and needs to be addressed. If we have a belief somewhere within ourselves that we are not worthy or not important, it may manifest itself in the form of not taking as much care of ourselves as we are actually capable.

Stop putting off until tomorrow or until next week the proper care that you should give to yourself without a second thought. Right now is the time to take action. Pamper yourself and treat your body like a temple in all that you do so that the love of your life can come along and treat you the same way. It is truly only when we love and accept ourselves completely that we are free to receive complete love and acceptance from another.

Warmest Regards,
Lisa Stuart

Why Receive Christian Pre-marital Counseling?

Why Christian Pre-marital Counseling?

“Love is long suffering, and is kind; love has no envy, love is
not boastful, love does not behave itself inappropriately, seeks
not its own, is not easily provoked, thinks no evil, rejoices
not in injustice, but rejoices in the truth; love bears all
things, believes everything, endures everything”. 1 Corinthians
13:4-7

These beautiful words hold us to a high standard. That is why it
has been said that before marriage one ought to open our eyes
wide, but afterwards keep them half closed. In order to hold up
this standard, so necessary for a marriage to work, we need to
choose wisely. To decide if you are ready for marriage, you need
to choose someone you can trust, because distrust erodes a
relationship, and so does undeserved trust. You also need to
know what your responsibilities to the marriage partner are so
that you can evaluate yourself realistically. These two things
can be done with the help of pre-marital therapy.

Why do you need Christian pre-marital therapy? The quote above
is from the Bible. The greatest book of love is the Bible. The
book of Luke is considered by many to be the most beautiful book
ever written. The book of Luke, as well as the gospels of
Mathew, Mark, and John, tells how Jesus died to save us - the
believers and now the church- from our sins. “Husbands, love
your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, giving himself
up for it”. Ephesians 5:25. God is the expert, par excellence,
on love.

There is nothing wrong with going to a psychologist, a social
worker, a professional counselor, or a psychiatrist for
pre-marital and marital therapy. In fact I would encourage you
because churches sometimes give only six sessions of pre-marital
couple therapy, or group pre-marital therapy with non
professional married couples as group leaders and this is barely
just enough. Many couples who have received pre-marital therapy
say that it helped them but that they wish they had received
more therapy. There is so much need in the church for marital,
family, addiction, and other kinds of counseling, that there is
not enough pre-marital therapy. I would recommend supplementing
the church’s pre-marital therapy with other pre-marital
counseling.

However, Christian pre-marital counseling adds a dimension that
secular therapies do not usually have. For example, the
Christian counselor advises couples not to have sex before
marriage. In his book on dating, Boy Meets Girl, Pastor Joshua
Harris explains how a manager of a hotel for honeymooners would
run out of activities for the newly married to do. This was
because the now bored couples had pre-marital sex. Whereas,
Joshua and his wife, who did not have sex prior to marriage,
hardly left their room!

In the city where I live there is a saying among the
non-believers. They say that marriage kills sex. But it is not
marriage that kills sex, but pre-marital sex that kills
marriage. I knew of one couple that lived together and had sex
everyday before to marriage. After marriage, the wife confided,
they had sex once a month. It is not worth it to ruin twenty
five or more years of marital sex for one year or even less of
pre-marital sex.

If you are contemplating marriage and you are living together,
you must move apart and stop having sex for a time until you get
married under the guidance of the pastor or Christian counselor.
Physical intimacy is like a battery. It becomes charged with non
sexual activities and gives off energy with sex. Do not skip
that pre-marriage charging time. When thinking about what
pre-marital therapy is, people have different points of view.
One woman tells how she was looking forward to marital therapy
thirty years ago. “I thought that we would receive counseling
courses about marital responsibility, but the entire time, the
courses, which were called ‘marital counseling’, were about
catechism.” She was disappointed as were many people in the
course.

Decades later, now divorced, she expects that marital counseling
should be about what marriage is, what people expect it to be,
and what it will really be like. Dr. Wayne Mack makes a point
that partners differ in expectations and should not wait until
marriage to discuss these differences.

Dr. Nancy Alvarez, secular psychologist and sexologist says that
some men want marriage with weekends off. That means they spend
weekends drinking with their male friends as if they were
single, instead of being with their wife. Obviously, that does
not work out. Couples should also discuss why they are in love
with one another. It has been observed that some people become
happy when they hear why their betrothed wants to marry them,
others become angry.

It is certainly natural for a marital counselor to talk about
spiritual intimacy. In the book, The Five Love Needs of Men and
Women, Christian marital experts Dr. Gary and Barbara Rosberg
explain how there are two kinds of intimacy in marriage,
physical and spiritual. Differences in religion could lead to a
lack of understanding and different values. But not everything
is religion.

Counselor Grisel López of El Sendero de la Cruz Christian Church
in Puerto Rico explains that even in the case that the couple is
of the same religion, some couples do not have compatibility of
ministries. For example, if both are church leaders, and one
sings in the altar and the other preaches, they are compatible.
But if one is training to be a foreign missionary and the other
is a pastor of a local church, then one of the two will have to
give up his or her dreams for the success of the other, because
they can not make both dreams come true and live together
happily at the same time.

She adds that even church leaders, who know the Bible in
general, still need pre-marital counseling. Some churches do not
require pre-marital counseling for church leaders because the
leaders know Christianity well, yet the divorce rate for
Christians is about the same as for non-Christian marriages.

According to Dr. Wayne A. Mack, some of the things covered in
pre-marital counseling are relations with in-laws, making a
budget together, comparing differences in the way each one
expresses love, good communication (a factor in most marital
problems), and conflict resolution. It is important to plan
ahead how you will approach problem solving, not waiting for the
problems to begin and then start by seeking marital therapy.
This is because there will be problems anyway so reducing their
volatility will prevent bad memories that are hard to forget
later.

Dr. Mack’s workbook, Preparing for Marriage God’s Way, can be
used both in addition to marital therapy, (or independently, for
those persons who live in areas where there is little
availability of Christian pre-marital therapy). Two copies of
the workbook are used. Each member of the couple reads and fills
out the answers individually. Then the couple meet and discus
their answers together. Mack suggests they can make note of
significant differences and seek therapy for those issues as
well.

Pre-marital counseling can be fun also. You get to take
personality tests with your betrothed, learning more about each
other in the process. Or it could lead to more deeper and
interesting conversations to talk with your loved one. Some
people think they already know each other well. But even people
who have been married twenty years face surprises.

You should also find out some of your betrothed’s faults in the
process. There may be faults that you understand about, this is
called unconditional love. But there could also be faults that
you do not tolerate. Some things are not negotiable like giving
little importance to fidelity. Others might not matter to one
husband, for example, that his future wife likes a relaxed style
of housekeeping, as long as she is a business woman, but it
could matter a lot to another man. Counselor Grisel López
teaches that the best way to find your ideal love is to tell the
truth about how you are so you can find someone who will be
happy with you instead of turned off. If you do not reveal your
faults you will not know if it is safe to relax your guard with
your betrothed and find the joy of being loved as you are.

Essential To Convert Leads Into Sales

Convert Leads Into Sales. Why is it that so many sales people fail to follow up on sales leads that are handed off to them by the marketing department? It never ceases to amaze me how often I hear the same complaint from sales managers and from marketing managers who are working hard to drive new opportunities in the door. Part of the issue with sales people and their lack of willingness to follow up on sales leads is many sales people have large egos and believe that anything that has been brought to them by others is probably not very good.

They have this, “I’m the king of my territory” mindset, which translates into them thinking that if they haven’t created an opportunity for the company, it must not be real. It’s the job of sales management to dispel this notion and make sure that your sales people are taking all of the leads that are coming to the company through its various marketing programs seriously. A good way to convert leads to sales, is to focus weekly attention on reviewing the sales leads that are coming in from marketing and from telesales efforts and categorizing those leads in getting a quick report from each of your sales people on what they’re doing to follow up on the leads that are coming in.

Lots of sales people are still resistant to this process. And sometimes, it makes sense to segment the responsibility of following up on leads between field sales people who don’t believe they have the time or don’t believe in the quality of the leads that they’re getting, and inside sales people, whose sole responsibility it is to qualify and further advance the sale with leads that are still in fairly early stages of gestation.

Most big, best in class companies in many industries have now gone to an inside sales function whose job it is to qualify and continue to nurture leads forward, until they’re ready for the involvement of outside or field sales. If your company is struggling because it’s not capable of getting its field sales people to follow up on sales leads, think about changing the mix of your sales organization and moving some of your field sales resources into an inside sales role. Probably this means that you’re going to have to replace a few people and you’re going to need to do some recruiting because the profile and aptitudes of an inside telesales lead generation person are quite different from the profile and aptitudes of field sales personnel.

We find that many companies are in the process of reducing their field sales head count and shifting some of that mix towards an inside sales model because of the lower cost and increased efficiency, and teaming those inside and outside personnel together is a much more effective way to make sure that you’re aligning your resources correctly and making sure that you’re following up on every single lead that’s coming in through marketing. Many companies are spending money on marketing but they’re not following up on leads. As a result, they’ve got huge leakage through their pipeline and they’re wasting resources on programs that are not being optimized. Think about how to make sure that each of those precious leads that your marketing department’s producing for your company is followed up on in 2006.

Daily Complete Vitamins - Recommended Daily Vitamin Considerations

Filed under:Online Templates Resources — posted on @ 6:02 am

Daily complete vitamins should perform important functions such
as slowing the aging process, strengthening the immune system
and increasing energy levels. When considering which daily
complete vitamins to take, remember that the least costly
ingredients in a recommended daily vitamin are the vitamins and
minerals. Your body also needs a wide array of anti-aging
natural substances proven by clinical studies to provide
specific health benefits.

Ideally, recommended daily vitamin and nutrient requirements
would be supplied from your diet. For whatever reasons, many
people make poor food choices every day. Junk food, processed
food, sodas and sweets have become the norm for millions. Even
with a well-balanced diet, studies find that nutrient values of
foods have been declining for decades because of soil depletion.

Choosing one of the high-quality, broad-spectrum daily complete
vitamins helps fill the ‘nutritional gaps’ that everyone has.
The recommended daily vitamin essential nutrients that the body
requires are extensive and are much more than just vitamins.
High quality daily complete vitamins should include nutrients
such as:

* Amino acids like L-Carnosine, alpha lipoic acid and acetyl
L-Carnitine that have powerful proven health benefits.

* Bioflavanoids such as quercetin. Studies suggest quercetin may
have inhibitory effects on various forms of cancer including
breast, leukemia, colon, ovary, oral squamous cell, endometrial,
gastric and non-small-cell lung carcinomas.

* Enzymes such as lipase and protease that improve the
bioavailability of the nutrients.

* Immune system enhancing nutrients such as aloe vera, beta
glucan 1,3 and polysaccharides.

* Neuronutrients like DMAE that is reported to minimize buildup
of age spots in the brain. DMAE has been shown to stimulate
lucid dreams, suggesting possible sleep pattern enhancement and
memory enhancment.

* Eye health nutrients such as bilberry, lutein and zeaxanthin.

These recommended daily vitamin nutrients must be in correct
proportions to each other based on the latest research. Few
persons are qualified to design daily complete vitamins
formulas, and most qualified persons are employed in the
pharmaceutical industry. There are many different ‘fractions’ of
each natural ingredient that must be examined individually, and
the interactions of the various fractions followed at the
molecular level to determine what metabolic pathway they may
take in the body. For example, most people know that zinc
benefits the male prostate, but few manufacturers/marketers know
that most forms of zinc will not follow the metabolic pathway
needed to get to the prostate.

And the ‘delivery system’ for daily complete vitamins is
crucial. The active ingredients in most tablets, capsules, and
liquid supplements never reach the intended organs. This is
because they are damaged by stomach acids, or in the case of
cheap tablets made with binders, pass right through your system.
Done correctly, the daily complete vitamins and nutrients are
released along with the enzymes intact in the duodenum (small
intestine) where maximum absorption can occur.

If you are serious about slowing down the aging process,
remember that no single magic pill or recommended daily vitamin
supplement will help you achieve this objective. The best
anti-aging daily complete vitamins are not the one-a-day vitamin
type. One capsule or tablet cannot hold all that’s needed in
necessary quantities as it would be too large to swallow. The
minimal vitamins found in the typical one-a-day supermarket
vitamins are just the beginning and probably a waste of money.

And if you try to design your own vitamin supplement plan, it’s
easy to end up with a dozen or more individual vitamins,
minerals and supplements to take daily, which is a hassle and
expensive. Further, if certain substances are out of balance,
it’s possible they can combine to produce other unwanted
compounds that can be harmful.

Another important consideration for daily complete vitamins is
that women need a different vitamin formula than men. Women’s
supplements need nutrients proven by clinical studies to support
the balancing of female hormones in the years before, during and
after menopause. And the best complete vitamins for men should
contain ingredients proven to support healthy male prostate.

Learn as much as you can about what finding the best anti-aging
daily complete vitamins really means. Your health, energy and
wellness is the issue. Before spending your money, be informed
about the health products you’ll be taking every day.

International Trade Sites

If you have an online web site or sell on Ebay, you know that it
can be difficult to find the right items to sell and even harder
to find those items at the right price. Well here is a service
that can make those difficulties go away. International Trade
sites are the answer to finding some of the best items at the
lowest prices.

International trade sites connect you the buyer with
manufacturers from all over the world. Many manufacturers are
trying to contact sellers here in the United States to buy their
products. Many sellers use these international trade sites. One
of the most common trade site is called Alibaba.com. It connects
buyers and sellers from all over the world. There are hundreds
of thousands of items being sold on their web site everyday.

The internet has made it so easy to do business across the
globe. Many big sellers on the internet get their product from
overseas manufacturers for pennies on the dollar that you pay
for them. There are huge profits to be made if you can find the
right product at the right price. With online payment and
shipment tracking options, it has become much easier to send
money and get details about your shipments so you don’t have to
worry about lost goods. If you’re looking for a great way to
increase your profits, take a look at international trading
sites.
